    Abstract:
    The emergence of new public policy priorities in the field of education changes the role of lifelong education in the system of socialization of the individual, as well as the nature of interaction between various subjects within the educational process and beyond. To increase competitiveness in the labor market, students of higher educational institutions need to be prepared to quickly master new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of professional activity in the labor market. One of the forms of obtaining specific knowledge and skills for students in parallel with higher education is additional education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general professional competencies among bachelors of pedagogical education using additional education programs. Materials and methods of research. The research materials are the methodologically based on a scientific review of research approaches developed in domestic pedagogy in the field of improving the system of training generalist specialists in the development of additional education programs. The research methods are the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literary sources, as well as questioning of students. Research results. At the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev Center for Continuing Education. To determine the possibility of additional professional education, a study was conducted among students of this university in order to identify their awareness of the possibilities of mastering additional education programs. The results of the survey, according to which many students plan to undergo additional education in standard programs, 20% plan to receive certificates or certificates in a whole range of programs. Conclusions. The system of additional education adapts future teachers to the specifics of modern socio-economic conditions, high demands from the labor market and, ultimately, forms a highly qualified specialist with a wide profile, capable of a continuous process of self-improvement in the process of professional activity.

    The article considers the factors of psychological stability of a teacher. Definitions of tolerance and frustration tolerance, as well as its forms are given. Psychotherapeutic techniques for increasing the level of frustration tolerance and emotional stability of a person in the conditions of professional activity of a teacher are described. It is noted that the formation of frustration tolerance is a condition for the emotional stability of teachers.

  • The regional component of the jargon of street groups of the 1980s and 1990s (based on the speech material of Yoshkar-Ola)

    The work is devoted to the study of the vocabulary of youth groups in Yoshkar-Ola in 1980–1990. The purpose of this article is to characterize the local features of the language of Yoshkar-Ola youth unofficial groups. The research material was the jargon of participants in street gangs in the capital of the Republic of Mari El at the end of the twentieth century. The sources of language material were documentary literature, journalistic articles, dictionaries of substandard vocabulary and recordings of live speech of former group members. During the research, methods of linguistic observation and description, dictionary interpretation, and contextual analysis of lexical units were used. As a result of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that a number of jargons discussed in the article have become part of the unofficial microtoponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola. The likelihood of such lexical units appearing in dictionaries of non-literary vocabulary published by leading publishers is extremely low. The collected material contains information about the etymology of the unofficial toponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the communicative preferences of local youth and the linguistic realities of 1980–1990. The sublanguage of hooligan youth is very close in nature to Russian argot. A more detailed study of the jargon of street gang members may help change the uncritical attitude of Russian speakers towards the language of the criminal world.

    The article provides an overview of the main indicators of financial stability of XXX LLC for 2019 to 2022, the order of their calculation. The analysis of the dynamics of traditional indicators of the efficiency of the use of the capital of the enterprise is carried out using a specialized econometric package of the MS EX-CEL program. The empirical basis of the study is the company's reporting data. Based on the results of the evaluation of the company's activities, conclusions were drawn and measures were proposed to improve the use of the company's fixed assets.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of the status and activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) as a special form of interstate integration, the main purpose of which is to ensure security in the territories of the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS): the formation and goals of the CSTO activities are covered, the main stages of military-political transformations within the CSTO are considered, the regulatory and legal foundations of interstate interaction in this structure are studied; analysis of its effectiveness as an institute of regional security was carried out, significant problems and development prospects were identified. Among the current threats and challenges in the sphere of attention of the CSTO are illegal migration, drug and arms trafficking, transnational crime, and information security. Acute questions are also the Ukrainian crisis and the construction of a paradigm of a block confrontation between the CSTO and NATO.

    The article reveals the current ideas of K.D. It is considered how patriotic education of students is organized during the educational process, how educational projects and tasks are based on digital, Internet technologies characteristic of the youth subculture for its effectiveness, attractiveness for young people (according to Ushinsky's idea, a person should be educated according to the "spirit of the times", the social environment, culture).     The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic area of activity of state authorities to counter terrorism among the population in the Primorsky Territory. As a result of the study, it was found that the ongoing preventive measures to counter terrorism among the population of the region are not able to reduce the number of registered crimes of a terrorist nature. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that the state program of Primorsky Krai «Safe Land» include measures related to monitoring the situation, identifying and eliminating factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of the ideology of terrorism.

    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

  • Lake Svetloyar in modern sacred discourse

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the sacred discourse of Lake Svetloyar. The material of the analysis is the texts of interviews taken from residents of the village of Vladimirsky and guests who visited this place, video content posted on the YouTube social network, publications in the media dedicated to the lake. The conducted discourse analysis reveals the peculiarity of the sacred discourse of Lake Svetloyar today as a complex and conflicting combination of Orthodox discourse, the discourse of neo-pagans, representatives of new age, individual religiosity, as well as the excursion activities of employees of the Museum and Tourist Complex “Grad Kitezh” in the village of Vladimirskoye. The article concludes that for all of them Lake Svetloyar is a natural sacred space, one of those in Russia in which either the Russian national and cultural identity, or the spiritual uniqueness of all mankind, or the source of individual “cultivation of the spirit” is most strongly manifested. The results of the study confirm that Lake Svetloyar, as one of the most important sacred spaces in Russia with a corpus of various narratives revealing its special nature and status, with a complex of ritual practices formed around it, remains significant and actively functioning in the modern socio-cultural space.

  • Ethnic archetypes in the first Sami novel “Alkhalalalai” by N. Bolshakova

    The article is a continuation of the research on the mythopoetics of the first Sami novel “Alkhalalalai”, written by N. Bolshakova. The authors aim to identify ethnic archetypes that have found expression in the work. The material for the analysis was the novel and some of the ethical archetypes in it. The study is based on a theoretical analysis of research in the field of a number of humanities, in particular, anthropology and cultural studies, mythology and folklore, literary studies, and ethnography; synthesis of the obtained data, methods of mythopoetic and linguoculturological analyses, comparative typological method. As a result of the study, the authors were able to identify and characterize ethnic archetypes that reflect the values and experience of a particular ethnic group. In the Sami literature, the appeal to the archaic is clearly expressed, which is explained by the comparative youth of the existence of the Sami written culture. The age-old oral traditions that form the basis of modern Sami literature provide a message of the past and present in the culture of the northern people. The study of the mythopoetics of the novel by N. Bolshakova from the point of view of ethnic archetypes was carried out for the first time, which is the novelty of the work. The archetypism of the work of ethnic writers helps to build a model of the world of the indigenous people of the North, to determine the specifics of national literature.
