  • The literary and translatory perception of A. N. Ostrovsky’s play "Without a dowry" in China

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the reception of one of the most famous plays of A. N. Ostrovsky in China – “Without a Dowry”. The play belongs to the late period of the playwright's work and is characterised by a complex genre. In Russian literary studies it is considered as a socio-psychological drama with a bright lyrical beginning. The aim of the article is to give an idea of the translation, literary and literary perception of the play in China. The author of four versions of the play's translation into Chinese, Chen Bingyi, analyses the peculiarities of the play's translation. It reveals the main aspects of literary research on the play in China and examines the particular understanding of “Without a Dowry” by the playwright and translator Chen Baichen. By comparing the plots of A.N. Ostrovsky's drama and Chen Baichen’s drama “Love on a Steep Cliff”, the article highlights the influence of the character Katerina from the famous play “The Storm” on the interpretation of the female protagonist and the genre characteristics of “Without a Dowry”. The analysis demonstrates that Chinese translators, literary critics, and playwrights collectively perceive this psychological drama by Ostrovsky as a social drama within the historical and cultural context of 1940s China.

    Abstract:
    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of an experimental study of the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development). The views of scientists on the specifics of the process under study in preschool children with ONR are considered. Criteria and indicators are presented, the characteristic of the levels of development of narrative speech is given. The conditions for the development of narrative speech in older preschool children with the third level of general speech underdevelopment are described. Conclusions are formulated based on the results of the control stage of the experiment, indicating the effectiveness of the use of elements of the TRIZ method in the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development).

  • The risks of reducing tax revenues in connection with the conduct of SVO

    Abstract:
    Tax revenues to the budget are a significant part of the income of any state. A decrease in tax revenues can lead to a budget deficit and to a decrease in funding for various government activities and programs. The special military operation was not initially designed for a long time, and therefore its financing and execution resources were limited. In the process of its implementation, it turned out, as expected, Western countries perceived it sharply negatively and began to impose sanctions against Russia, which limited budget revenues, as well as the possibility of financing this operation. Therefore, there is such a problem: on the one hand, to continue the operation, funds are needed that can be received by tax revenues, and on the other hand, the very conduct of such an operation significantly reduces the possibility of tax revenues due to sanctions of Western countries.

    Abstract:
    The scientific and technological progress of the 20th century (book publishing, radio and television broadcasting, cinematography, etc.) created all the possibilities for the rapid transmission and dissemination of not only socially significant, scientific and other information, but also of artistic and aesthetic thought. The purpose of this article is to identify the main factors contributing to artistic borrowing in literary works, and the reasons why similar phenomena (plot, theme, problem, etc.) are identified in literatures that are not in direct contact. The question of the originality of the work of fiction in modern culture becomes relevant, because it is an indicator of the uniqueness of the national philosophy and aesthetics. National literature is not only or not so much the language of narration, but also the problems, characters, conflicts and ways of solving them, typical for a particular people. Certainly, artistic techniques also matter, which are more related to general literary and general cultural phenomena.

  • Linguistic-stylistic and literary interpretation of S. Zweig’s short story "Governess" at the plot and character level

    Abstract:
    The interaction of literary and linguistic approaches in the process of analyzing a literary text makes it possible to penetrate into the depth of the artistic work. This is the relevance of the study. The authors conducted a philological analysis of the ethical S. Zweig’s short story “The Governess” using these approaches. The following means were identified to characterize the psychological tension of the characters: climax and introspection. The analysis of linguistic-stylistic means in the description of the presented images of characters and their interactions is carried out. The analysis revealed the following tropes: direct nominations amplified by the epithets; repetitions of verbs and nouns; artistic comparisons; metaphors; metonymies; paraphrases; hyperboles; personifications; internal parallelisms; figures of “default”; internal monologues; rhetorical questions and exclamations. Three stages of dynamization of the emotional experiences of the main characters are identified with the help of linguistic-stylistic means: 1) slight suspicion, vague contradiction, caution; 2) distrust, suspicion, nervousness, agitation; 3) open protest, experience, grief, despair, disappointment, tears, silence, darkness. The conclusion states that S. Zweig made the best presentation of linguistic and stylistic means to characterize the main characters and the growth of their emotional tension.

    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation. The research materials are historical facts, scientific articles, dissertation studies, data of practitioners and experts, opinions of the leaders of education development in Russia and other authors.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the research is due to the objective need for further implementation of the achievements of the theory of problem-based learning in the educational process of secondary school through the development of new, more advanced, technological maps of the English lesson that meet modern conditions and regulatory framework. Based on the analysis of scientific publications, it was revealed that at present there is a lack of practice-oriented methodological recommendations based on the technology of problem-based learning for English lessons in general educational organizations. Studies aimed at introducing problem-based learning in English lessons do not always take into account the specifics of meeting the requirements for the development of the technological map of the lesson, including the provisions of the Federal Educational Program of Basic General Education and the updated requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education, which entered into force on September 1, 2022. Therefore, the authors have developed a technological lesson map, which is based on the theory of problem-based learning and includes the most effective components of linguistic and pedagogical models of problem situations. Evaluation of the implementation of the research results according to the methods of E.V. Mukhacheva and L. Michelson proved that the technological map of the English language lesson developed on the basis of problem-based learning in secondary school contributes to the achievement by students of educational results in the academic subject "English" required by the Federal Educational Program of Basic General Education and the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education.

    The article describes the results of applying the theoretical research method - the method of analyzing scientific knowledge systems to study the possibilities of extending the previously developed typology of cause-and-effect relationships to the implementation of various options for the "Compilation of a story based on a series of plot pictures" methodology as part of speech therapy work with preschool children with general underdevelopment speech. Variants of this technique are described, their diagnostic and corrective significance is indicated. Further, in accordance with the previously formulated principles of cause-and-effect relationships, the distribution of didactic material is presented according to various options for conducting the methodology “Composing a story based on a series of plot pictures”. This material can be used to diagnose and correct verbal-logical thinking and coherent speech in preschool children with general speech underdevelopment.

    В статье отмечается, что старший дошкольный возраст является этапом интенсивного психического и физического развития, данный возраст характеризуется особенностью развития познавательных и мыслительных психических процессов – внимание, воображение, речь, память, мышление, восприятие. В настоящее время отмечается увеличение числа детей, которые отличаются эмоциональной неустойчивостью, повышенным беспокойством и неуверенностью (тревожность). Проблема тревожности у детей актуальна в современном обществе, в дошкольных учреждениях всё чаще возникают вопросы о состоянии детей. В связи с этим происходит поиск эффективных методов и приёмов, которые будут способствовать преодолению тревожности. Одним из методов коррекции тревожности является метод арт-терапии, который даёт положительную динамику при использовании в коррекционной работе с детьми старшего дошкольного возраста.

    The problem of an integrated approach to the ecologization of domestic education is important and relevant in the context of the formation of a sustainable development worldview in society. The inclusion of the basics of environmental education in the training program for drivers of various categories in driving schools is an important aspect of environmental education for adults. To date, issues related to the negative impact on the environment of vehicles and ways to minimize it are not included in the training programs at driving schools. In the chapter, using the method of ecological and economic assessment, it is proposed to assess what damage to the environment can be prevented if environmental issues are included in the educational programs of driving schools. Fostering a responsible attitude to the environment in the new generation of drivers is an important component of the development of ecological culture.

    Abstract:
    In team sports, a significant role belongs to the team characteristics of the personality of athletes. In recent years, cheerleading has grown as one of the most popular extreme sports. The purpose of the study was to study the psychological characteristics of the personality of cheerleading athletes, aimed at team building and reducing injuries. To achieve this goal, V.K. Gerbachevsky’s “Level of claims”, C.D. Spielberger and Y.L. Khanin’s “Personal and situational anxiety”. V.V. Boyko’s “Communicative tolerance” methods were chosen. Based on the results of the analysis, a psychological model of a correctional program developed and implemented, aimed at team building and reducing the anxiety of athletes. Athletes of 15–16 years of cheerleading of the first (n = 15), including the introduction of the model of the program and the second composition (n = 15), who were engaged in the usual program, examined. It conducted the studies in natural conditions during cheerleading training. The program included psychological training and teamwork on complex acrobatic elements for 60 days. The received data processed using the methods of mathematical statistics with the calculation of M±m ±(. The significance of differences was determined by Student’s t-test for parametric data. It performed the correlation analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The study results showed that, in order to form a team and reduce injuries in it, team sports should consider age patterns and developmental features. When developing models of correctional programs, one should focus in the training process not only on developing the skills of joint movements of athletes, but pay special attention to the formation of such team characteristics as trust, responsibility, mutual understanding, mutual respect, tolerance. Particular attention should pay to the relationship between the team and the coach, who responsibility for team ethics and a comfortable environment in the team of athletes.

    Modern education is undergoing serious changes and is aimed at developing competencies for students to be successful in society: critical thinking, communication skills, cooperation and positive interaction skills, social and cultural awareness, functional literacy, etc. Accordingly, the forms and methods of teaching and development of students of different age groups change accordingly. The most effective strategies for working with children include those that help students understand what is being presented to them in class, providing meaningful feedback, approaches that improve metacognition, and students' ability to plan and evaluate their own learning. In the present study, we have made an attempt to develop a program to develop the linguistic abilities of teenagers that is based on the basic principles of subject-subject interaction in the educational process. The developed program caused a number of changes in the motivational and cognitive spheres of the students, and positive changes in the mastering of linguistic material. The received data testifies to the efficiency of the created psychological and pedagogical conditions at the lessons and the positive influence of the subject-subject interaction at the lesson to the development of the teenagers' linguistic abilities of the studied group.

    The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the struggle of the regional authorities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra with the destructive movement of Columbine, which is rapidly gaining momentum in Russia. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that even despite a number of measures taken at the federal, regional and local levels immediately after a whole wave of massacres in Russian schools in the period 2014-2018, even in 2022 there are repeated precedents of seizures and murders of schoolchildren, as well as teachers within the Columbine subculture. At the same time, the content of the work focuses on the experience of interaction between the public regional departments of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra among themselves, as well as with local authorities and organizations to prevent cases of columbine among the youth.

    Abstract:
    Annotation. The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development). The analysis of scientists' views on the specifics of the process under study in preschool children with ONR is presented. Criteria and indicators are presented, the characteristic of the levels of development of narrative speech is given. The conditions for the development of narrative speech in older preschool children with the third level of general speech underdevelopment are described. Conclusions are formulated based on the results of the control stage of the experiment, indicating the effectiveness of the use of elements of the TRIZ method in the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development).
