Terms of payment

Card payment is available through Alfa Bank JSC.

VISA, MasterCard, and the Mir payment system are accepted.

Payment is carried out in accordance with Visa, MasterCard and “Mir” international payment system regulations on the principles of confidentiality and security of payments. The most up-to-date verification, encryption, and data transmission methods are used to ensure compliance with these regulations. Credit card data entry is implemented on Alfa Bank JSC protected page.

On the payment page, you will be required to enter the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the information required is printed on the card itself. Three-digit security code is the number on the back of the card.

After that, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which will be sent via SMS. If you do not receive the code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

The cases of payment refusal:

• the card is not eligible for online payments (contact your bank for more information);
• insufficient funds (contact your bank for more details);
• the card details were entered incorrectly;
• the card has expired. The expiration date is printed on the front of the card (month and year until which the card is valid). For more information, contact the bank that issued the card;

All information provided (name, address, phone number, email, card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Card data is received only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
