  • Formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren as a didactic problem (regional aspect)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the issue of organizing meta-subject activities of students in the process of organizing physics classes, both in regular and extracurricular activities using educational action maps. The author comes to the conclusion that the system of tasks of the map contributes to the creation of educational situations that ensure a fruitful beginning, flow and completion of cognitive activity of students. Thus, the educational task of physical education – the formation of metasubject results of students is performed by a system of educational actions with the study of educational material and step-by-step learning at the level of cognitive interest in science.     Abstract:
    The author proposed the use of project management tools in order to improve the spatial development of non-agglomeration territories of the Samara region. The results of the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures are briefly presented: 1) to create municipal road funds for rural settlements in need of construction/reconstruction of rural roads; 2) to organize co-financing of the construction of new roads of intermunicipal importance to ensure rapid communication with cities and regions within the Samara-Tolyatti agglomeration. To optimize management processes within the framework of the proposed activities, the “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” models were used.

    Наставничество в логопедических группах является одним из ключевых методов работы с детьми, испытывающими проблемы в речевом развитии. Логопедические группы предоставляют возможность детям общаться и взаимодействовать друг с другом, что способствует более эффективному прогрессу в их развитии. Однако для достижения максимальных результатов необходимо наличие квалифицированного наставника, который будет оказывать поддержку и руководить процессом работы. В статье рассмотрены основные принципы наставничества в логопедических группах, а также его роль в индивидуальном развитии каждого ребенка. Обсуждены практические аспекты работы наставника: от выбора подходящих методик до создания эффективных коммуникативных стратегий. Познакомившись с этой темой ближе, можно получить ценные знания о том, как помочь детям преодолевать трудности в речевом развитии через коллективную работу и процесс наставничества.

В парках, скверах, аллеях города и его окрестностях исследовано 19 площадок конского каштана (Aesculus hippocastanum L.). В течение сезона отмечен рост плотности заселения минера на большинстве исследуемых площадок.

  • Participation of Russia in the Proliferation Security Initiative

    Abstract:
    As a result of the security threat posed by the proliferation of nuclear and missile technologies, the Proliferation Security Initiative was developed. However, the effectiveness of the Initiative has been called into question due to the failure to reach agreement with a number of states. This article reveals the particularities of Russia's membership in this initiative. The methodology of international legal research and analysis of data is applied in this paper. In the paper the conclusion is made that PSI as an organizational and legal form of international cooperation in the sphere of WMD nonproliferation is currently in the process of development. Its effectiveness depends directly on compliance with international law. Since the PSI has not gained global coverage to combat terrorism and WMD proliferation, with the loss of participants as Russia and China, the fight against WMD terrorism should be conducted exclusively with the direct involvement of the UNSC.

    Abstract:
    This chapter considers relevant issues of risk calculations in the field of technosphere security. An enterprise which deals with the incineration of medical waste was taken as a basis, where for several years of its existence the problem of the disease of the operators of the incinerator installation with rosacea was identified. Hazard groupings by their types were performed, their parameters were determined, their risk levels were determined and a quantitative assessment of occupational risks was carried out according to the risk assessment matrix. As a result, according to the school of the integral indicator, the value of the individual occupational risk of the incinerator plant operators was established, which turned out to be high.

    Abstract:
    The objective of the chapter is to elaborate suggestions for improving the mechanisms of building harmonious interfaith relations in the Arkhangelsk region. On the basis of statistical data and normative legal acts the current state of intergroup interaction is analysed and the regional policy guidelines for religious associations are identified. The authors confirm the predominantly peaceful nature of interactions in the multi-religious community. The need for more intensive actions on the part of both the authorities and the clergy to achieve the common objective of developing allied relations between confessions is emphasised. The experience of the implementation of measures for state regulation of interfaith relations in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The suggestions for the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region are formulated.

    The chapter presents the results of experimental work on the implementation of the design process for assessing the quality of the educational potential of interaction with the families of schoolchildren. Based on scientific approaches, the content and structural components of the concept of ‘educational potential of the family’ are explained, a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational capabilities of parents is singled out, a set of diagnostic materials is compiled, including the assessment of all levels and components of educational potential. The educational program was the central tool for the effective development of the educational potential of students’ families in the process of interaction with the school at the formative stage of the experimental part of the study.

    The article is dedicated to Alexander Vladimirovich Volkov (1992–2023), a scientist-archaeologist, a member of the search team «St. George's Ribbon», who worked as the head of the sector of archaeology and ancient history of the Chuvash National Museum. He was known for his multifaceted activities in different fields. The purpose of our article is to restore the facts of his biography and to characterize the main directions of his activities on the basis of documentary, scientific works and oral history sources collected by us. A young scientist, archaeologist, he consciously came to the search movement and consciously volunteered for a special military operation to defend the Motherland, where he died heroically. Alexander put a lot of effort to preserve the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, now it is our duty to keep his memory alive.

The work is of an informative and educational nature in memory of a person who has passed away, whose activities deserve to be reflected in the memory of the residents of our region. The authors aim to promote the formation of feelings of citizenship and patriotism, respect for the history and culture of their country. The upbringing of the younger generation should be carried out precisely on the example of such heroes as our fellow countryman. His story had a strong impact on the public consciousness of the villagers, especially on the consciousness of young people.
