    Abstract:
    This article provides an analytical description of the importance of the television industry in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for shaping public opinion among the population of Russia's regions. It convincingly emphasizes that, despite the total dominance of social media in the media space, television broadcasting retains a significant position in the media market, maintaining and strengthening this position through the virtualization of its content and its transformation into digital broadcasting. This article examines and analyzes the factors that determine the priority of regional television channels in shaping public opinion in the constituent entities of the modern Russian Federation.     This article examines the role of public relations and digital communications in promoting a region’s export potential. PR is analyzed as an instrument of foreign economic activity and international cooperation. Using the example of the Health and Tourism Festival “Na Rakhate”, implemented in the Republic of Bashkortostan since 2022, the study demonstrates the transformation of an event-based project into a sustainable communication platform that contributes to building a positive regional image, expanding international contacts, and promoting export-oriented services.

    In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand both the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of AI into everyday life, as well as to find ways for society to adapt to the new realities associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into communication systems.

    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence. The necessity of a differentiated approach to its development, taking into account the stages of professional formation of teachers, is substantiated, and key directions for enhancing conflictological competence in general education are identified.

    В условиях интернационализации отрасли и преобладания англоязычных первоисточников в сфере информационной безопасности (ИБ) владение профессиональной английской терминологией следует рассматривать как обязательный компонент подготовки будущих IT-специалистов. Цель статьи заключается в обосновании необходимости системной интеграции англоязычного лексикона ИБ (в частности, vulnerability, patch, encryption, SQL injection) в образовательные программы СПО и высшего образования, а также в предложении организационно-методической модели внедрения терминологии в учебные дисциплины и практико-ориентированные модули. Рассматриваются принципы отбора терминов, их соотнесение с профессиональными компетенциями и трудовыми функциями, а также инструменты контроля результатов обучения: глоссарии, кейс-задания, лабораторные работы и проектная документация с опорой на материалы OWASP. Показано, что максимальный эффект достигается при междисциплинарном подходе, при котором терминология осваивается в контексте реальных процессов обеспечения ИБ: управления уязвимостями, обновлениями, криптографической защиты, мониторинга и реагирования на инциденты, а также безопасной разработки.

    The article analyzes the concept of relational pedagogy as a fundamental approach to building an effective mentorship system in higher education institutions. Relational pedagogy is defined as an approach that focuses on fostering strong, respectful, and trusting connections among participants in the educational process. The article explores the key principles of this approach (respect, trust, cooperation, empathy, and dialogue) within the context of interaction between a mentor and a mentee. A comparison with historical and contemporary pedagogical concepts is made including "pedagogy of cooperation," humanistic pedagogy, and the theory of educational systems. The paper presents an author's interpretation for integrating the principles of relational pedagogy into university mentorship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of this integration. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance the efficacy of the relational pedagogy within the mentoring processes, illustrating how its implementation contributes to the students’ comprehensive development.

  • Iran and Iranians as Perceived by Udmurt Writers in the 1950s–1970s

    The image of Iran occupies a significant place in Udmurt literature of the 1950s–1970s. Works about Iran are beginning to reveal new facets in our time, in an era of global confrontation with the West and a turn to the East. The object of this analysis is the literary texts of G. Simakov, M. Pokchi-Petrov, G. Khodyrev, and V. Vladykin. The aim of the study is to examine the reception of Iran in Udmurt texts of the 1950s–1970s. The primary research method is descriptive and analytical, utilizing receptive criticism techniques. The results of the analysis are as follows. In his stories and play “Beyond Kopet-Dag”, G. Simakov depicted life in Iran during the Great Patriotic War, during the Lend-Lease program. The texts contain many unexplained passages and events that are easily fleshed out by the modern reader. M. Pokchi-Petrov and G. Khodyrev, who had contacts with Iranian student actors, seek points of contact between Udmurt and Iranian cultures. The appeal of Udmurt poets (V. Vladykin and others) to Persian culture, for example, to rubai, is intended to expand the boundaries of national poetry, in which rhetoric and declarativeness prevailed. Iran became one of the most important bridges between Udmurt literature and the East in the period 1950–1970.

    For the vast majority of businesses, uninterrupted access to borrowed financial resources is a crucial prerequisite not only for stable operations but also for continued growth. However, in modern Russia, business lending faces a complex set of serious challenges. One of the most pressing issues is the high cost of borrowed funds, which significantly increases the financial burden on businesses. Furthermore, lending institutions impose strict requirements on potential borrowers: mandatory collateral, transparent financial reporting, and a proven track record of successful business management. The situation is further complicated by the country's overall economic instability and unpredictable exchange rate fluctuations, which together create additional pressure on business lending. This study examines the development of business lending in Russia from 2021 to September 2025. The results indicate a decline in loan volumes in 2024–2025 and an increase in interest rates. However, existing prospects, such as lower interest rates, the development of alternative financing sources, government support, and the digitalization of financial services, could significantly improve the situation.
