    Abstract:
    In the chapter of the monograph justifies the need to use a regionally oriented e-course as a means of additional education in teaching the Russian language in a multi-ethnic environment. Based on the results of the survey of teachers working in polynational classes, the problems of teaching the Russian language of Inophone children in schools in the Murmansk region were identified. A brief overview of Internet resources allowing to improve knowledge and skills in the Russian language is presented. The structure and content of the author's regionally oriented e-course are described, which includes materials that can demonstrate the specifics of the Kola North, its linguistic and cultural characteristics. It is argued that such a course will not only allow developing the linguistic and linguoculturalist competence of Inophone children, but will also contribute to a more successful socio-language adaptation of students.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of students' project-research activities carried out within the work of the scientific circle and project gas pedal of the Department of Human Resources Management at Volga Region Institute of Management named after P. A. Stolypin – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. P.A. Stolypin Volga Institute of Management – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The aim of the article is to study and analyze the models of professionalism of managerial activity of famous Russian and Soviet statesmen in the research-historical retrospective. The material of the manuscript is an experimental approbation of the method of reconstruction of the psychological profile of famous historical figures. In particular, the famous Soviet aircraft designer S.P. Korolev. The methods of research include the analysis and synthesis of biographical and autobiographical material, questioning of experts with the help of standardized interviewing techniques. Also, the article considers in detail the stages of professional development according to E.A. Klimov, including 8 phases. R.M. Belbin's «Group Roles» test identified the dominant roles in team interaction. By the method of Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlov, G.M. Manuilov styles of professional-activity communication were revealed, psychodynamics was measured by A. Bass and A. Darkey questionnaire. Conclusions on the set of competencies and psychological characteristics that ensure the successful implementation of professional activity are presented as the results of the study. In particular, the thesis about the uniqueness of the biographical contour that forms an individual managerial style is expressed.

    Abstract:
    The article presents an attempt to consider the leading methods and means of developing the digital competence of schoolchildren in the context of the digitalization of language education. It is noted that the most important component of teaching foreign languages ​​is the connection of the taught discipline with reality. In the era of digital technologies, ICT competence, digital competence, digital literacy, media literacy, Internet literacy, which need to be developed in order to more effectively solve the tasks set by schoolchildren, become integral competencies. The following teaching methods and tools aimed at developing the above competencies are considered: Quizziz, Kahoot, Quizlet and Learnis online platforms; interactive Internet resource Learning apps; video podcasts; PROClass knowledge quality monitoring system.

    Abstract:
    The formation of cadets' legal competencies during their studies at a maritime university is determined by pedagogical conditions, which are developed by teachers in stages, depending on the content of legal disciplines. During the period of study at the university, cadets first get acquainted with the discipline "Jurisprudence" in the first year. The objective of the course is to develop universal and general professional competencies in the field of legal regulation among cadets, which determine the content of the norms of Russian and international law, taking into account conditions, resources and restrictions. The degree of quality of maritime specialist training depends on the level of professional competence development, which includes legal competencies in the field of Russian and international law. However, the course of the discipline "Jurisprudence" includes general rules of law and does not determine the specifics of the training of cadets in maritime law. Thus, the author proposes in the study the pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies in the study of the discipline "Jurisprudence" and an assessment of their effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria and indicators for assessing the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets in the first year. The object of research is the process of developing diagnostics of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies. The subject of the study is the assessment of the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets. The author proposes a system for diagnosing legal competencies, which collectively form a part of the professional competence of a maritime university graduate.

    In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the economy is in need of professionals with completely new competencies. So, the ability to make decisions based on big data, act in a situation of uncertainty, analyze and critically comprehend incoming information, etc. comes first. A modern employee is required to assimilate a new way of thinking, ethics and attitudes, the formation and development of digital culture and digital literacy. The training of such specialists becomes the most important task of education. However, the analysis of modern research shows that teachers themselves also need tools that would allow them to effectively perform their professional duties in the new economic reality. Based on the review of the requirements and the main groups of risks caused by the digital transformation of education, we conclude that the presence of a well-developed standardized model of digital competencies of teachers can become a reliable support for teachers and teachers. Also, the introduction of such a model in the educational programs of universities and professional development programs will bring the professional training of teachers in line with the requirements of digital transformation.

    В условиях серьёзной трансформации, которую переживает современное образование, хорошо зарекомендовал себя и успешно реализуется компетентностный подход. В соответствии с образовательными стандартами он нацелен на формирование у выпускников вузов универсальных и общепрофессиональных компетенций. Универсальные навыки (soft skills) необходимы всем и обеспечивают эффективность человека в любой сфере деятельности. На формирование универсальных навыков, в частности, направлены реализуемые в ННГУ им. Н.И. Лобачевского курсы «Ведение переговоров» и «Развитие лидерского потенциала руководителя». В статье описан опыт их реализации, который показал возможности и преимущества сочетания традиционных и инновационных (тренинговых) технологий в учебном процессе.
