    Abstract:
    The methods of using techniques for determining the intellectual giftedness of a child in secondary school are examined, the analysis of existing methods for identifying signs of giftedness is carried out. The authors proposed psychological and pedagogical models for identifying giftedness for a subject teacher. Particular attention is paid to the importance of diagnosing gifted children for improving the educational process system, solving urgent issues, since the personality of a gifted pupil should not be adjusted to the general standard of education and a school should create all conditions for the development of giftedness.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the issue of possible prospects for personality development of gifted children. The author’s approach is based on the results of research made by American psychologist L. Terman. Analyzing the subject, the author pays special attention to acceleration in personality development of the gifted children as one the educational strategies. The author is also touching upon the issue of establishing a special school for gifted children. The general conclusion made in the article is that various manifestations of giftedness and a child’s advances in various fields at an early age regretfully cannot guarantee success in his future path of self-realization.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of training personnel for work with gifted children. The subject teacher needs to identify such children, reveal their creative and intellectual potential. Researches show that children with spacious mind need such a teacher, who will be able to develop their intellectual abilities not by increasing the number of tasks to be solved, but by applying modern approaches to teaching gifted students. To work with gifted children, the teacher must have the following personal characteristics: a predisposition to creative activity; the ability to quickly adjust the individual work plan depending on the pupils’ capabilities; the ability to identify and predict giftedness. Teaching gifted children, the teacher will also learn, improve, and develop himself by constantly participating in competitions and grants, speaking at seminars and conferences, publishing articles in journals, and spreading his experience.

    Abstract:
    The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.

    Abstract:
    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.

    The personnel potential of the population is a significant factor affecting the successful development of the economy of the region and the country as a whole. The outflow of personnel, the imbalance in the human system, the low level of employment of graduates of vocational education, youth unemployment – all this is a serious problem, particularly due to lack of demand and the low prestige of the profession in a given place and time.     Abstract:
    The education of younger schoolchildren is a responsible job, since younger schoolchildren form character traits, lay the foundations of knowledge, beliefs, worldview, moral guidelines. Therefore, education issues require close consideration. Theoretical research methods were used in the work: abstraction, that is, the process of education in the school was considered in isolation from family education and other factors that actually affect the younger student; and the method of mental modeling is to mentally simulate the situation when the educational process proceeded according to one scenario, for example, the opinion of the teacher was expressed without the student’s readiness to perceive the information according to another scenario, when the teacher took into account the characteristics of the child and the environment. The result of the research was the allocation in a broad topic of school education of several key points that teachers should pay attention to.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of dialogue as a method of traditional cognition and a consistent semiotic instrumental expression of human culture, which explores the systems and ways of social communication in the society. The article focuses on dialogue as a special form of a cognitive process and mediation, having its distinct features, analyzed when the individual is included in many systems of sociocultural interaction at the level of functional integrity. Along with comparative and descriptive approaches, analytic and dialectic methods have been used. The significance of two historical stages of dialogue development as a method of cognition has been analyzed, as well as their distinguishing characteristics and comparative relationship. The method belongs to a group of ritual methods organically related to the art of human self-change as a person. Each of these stages bears its own specific features related to the human genesis, ethics, communication and the metaphysical world. It can be concluded that in the contemporary world, dialogue fully reflects the peculiarities of communication of presence, as well as the value principles of social perception of time and space in the context of the symbolic model of mediareality, which in turn is changing the typology, interests and character of the modern subject. The prospects for development of the phenomenon are also related to the semiotic ideas about the nature of a human, their conceptual apparatus and functional load in the symbolic organization of mental activity as such. Being under the control of consciousness of communicative strategies implies a controlling role of the worldview in relation to them.

  • Interrelation Features of Mental States and Interpersonal Relations of Children with the Teacher

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the identification of interrelations between mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher in the group of preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is out of question, since the definition of the interrelation features of mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher is significant in understanding the mechanisms of children’s development in ontogenesis and it is associated with the study of the factors of child’s formation as a person and his socialization. Methods: psychodiagnostic methods, adequate research objectives, methods of statistical processing of experimental data (criterion r-Pearson linear correlation coefficient, cluster analysis) were applied. Research results. The article presents the results of relational and cluster analysis. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the typological differentiation of the teacher's relations with children is developed. The dendrogram of relations types of teachers with children allowed to identify the following types: authoritative, controlling, emotionally-patronizing, dominating, formal. The correlation analysis allowed to reveal interrelation features of relations types of the teacher with children and mental states. The analysis of correlations allowed to allocate through and special, characteristic only for a certain age stage of development, negative and positive mental states of preschoolers. conclusion. It is found that the authoritative position of the teacher in relations with preschoolers causes high-energy positive mental states. Negative states of high level of activity are manifested depending on the controlling and dominant types of relations. Psychical states of low energy level are associated with emotional-patronizing type of relationship.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality.     This article discusses the development of self-esteem in primary school age, its changes and factors of self-esteem in students from the first to fourth grades. The article gives the concept of self-esteem. The authors note that the primary school teacher should take into account the psychological, individual and differentiated approach to learning. Self-assessment of a junior schoolchild is an unstable phenomenon and becomes differentiated. This is manifested in the emergence of the emotional orientation of the general self-esteem and the child's ability to self-assess.

    The article deals with the problems of professional training of persons serving sentences in correctional institutions. Getting basic general education by convicted persons is an effective means of correction and contributes to the further re-socialization of the individual after release. The article deals with the features of the educational process in relation to certain categories of convicts (disabled, minors). The authors have analyzed the foreign experience of the use of educational and vocational programs in relation to prisoners (on the example of programs in the USA) and drawn conclusions about the possibility of using this experience in peal institutions of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of educational programs in the institutions of the penal system, the authors have proposed revisions and additions to the articles 108 and 112 of the Criminal executive code of the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. The relationship between digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies is defined. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry is proposed. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011–2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation are revealed. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.
