  • Some Features of the Lexicon of the Russian Language Personality

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the process of modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary enrichment as a result of cultural-historic development of Russia in concert with the Russian language. The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze semantically-structural features of lexical units being the most relevant and widely used in the modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary; to characterize the «linguistic personality» term based on the native and foreign linguist scientific studies; to interrelate active vocabulary enrichment of modern linguistic personality with cultural-historic development of language, nation, country. The following linguistic investigation methods were used: method of observation, method of description, method of content analysis, method of scoring. As the result of study 5 lexical units, the most relevant and significant from national history and modern geopolitics viewpoint, used in speech of contemporary native speakers of Russian living both in Russia and outside, were discovered, described and analyzed: «alphabet», «satellite», «Sputnik V», «the Trans-Siberian Railroad», and «the Baykal-Amur Mainline» words. Conclusion. Cultural-historic development of nation and country encourages evolution of language system lexical level which leads to vocabulary enrichment of linguistic personality using this language as means of communication.

  • The Practice of Implementing Work Programs of Education in Educational Organizations of the Chuvash Republic

    The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic in bringing the basic educational programs into compliance with the requirements of the Law on Education No. 273-FZ (as amended on July 31, 2020), in particular, on the development and implementation of the work program of education and the calendar plan of educational work as an integral part of the basic educational program to the pedagogical community; to describe the mechanism of organizational and managerial, informational, methodological support of educational activities of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic. Methods. The study of the dynamics of the readiness of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic to implement work programs of education was carried out using a comparative comprehensive analysis based on the results of monitoring studies, the compilation of ratings of educational organizations, discussions. Results. The need for organizational, managerial, informational, methodological support of the activities of educational organizations for the development of work programs of education and calendar plans of educational work led to the development of a republican model of methodological support of educational activities. Local activities, as well as the distributed responsibility of the subjects of the republican education system, including methodological support systems, for the preparation of teaching teams for the development and implementation of work programs of education and calendar plans of educational work, provided quantitative and qualitative indicators of the readiness of the regional education system to implement educational activities in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Education No. 273-FZ (as amended on July 31, 2020). Conclusion. The conducted research revealed the existence of an appropriate level of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the readiness of the education system of the Chuvash Republic to implement educational tasks and determined the further direction of its development - methodological support of educational activities of educational organizations, ensuring the quality of this area of work.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the importance of pedagogical support for the process of forming students' readiness for professional creativity in the field of personnel management. The results of a ten-year study of the process of training students-future human resource managers at the Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin are presented. The features of the perception of future professional activity revealed during the study period indicate a lack of understanding by the first-year students of the meaning, content, specifics, capabilities, and the creative nature of the chosen profession. It is proposed to conduct a curatorial hour, within the framework of which the curator teacher lays the foundations for determining professional creativity in the field of personnel management and, together with each freshman, helps to form an individual trajectory for the development of a future professional.

    Abstract:
    The paper attempts to dive into the problem of the formation of a possible person from the position of the transdisciplinarity of the existing knowledge about a single substance (B. Spinoza), cognizability of the world (I.M. Sechenov), personality and society (N.A. Berdyaev), man in culture (M.K. Mamardashvili, V.P. Zinchenko), the problem of the ideal (E.V. Ilyenkov), objectivity and subjectivity of consciousness (M.M. Bakhtin, G.G. Shpet), as well as cultural-historical, activity paradigms of human mental development (L.S. Vygotsky, A.R. Luria, A.N. Leontiev, etc.), cultural-analytical approach. Since the truth, according to M.M. Bakhtin, is fundamentally incompatible within the limits of one consciousness, we invited outstanding thinkers of the past and present from various fields of science and art to a correspondence dialogue. After all, truth is always eventful, it is born at the point of contact of different consciousnesses. The limitations of scientific concepts in understanding the essence of the movement of a holistic person to a possible person are overcome by the presence of living metaphors in the text. The starting point in the reasoning is the thesis about the vital bodily-spiritual unity of a child who naturally lives simultaneously in the past, present, future, real and imaginary worlds, endowed with the main passion of a person – to be, to be fulfilled, to take place. The main issue discussed in the article is the possibility of a child reaching the ultimate state, striving for which he can become a possible person, able to form himself personally, despite any external circumstances (M.K. Mamardashvili), that is, constantly in various activities and actions to perform an act of surpassing himself. A number of arguments are given in favor of this. Among them: the presence of unlimited development potentials in the newborn in the form of fused sensory-emotional-motor reactions (innate reflexes) and extreme sensitivity to environmental influences, thanks to which the child is able to accept any trajectory of development under the influence of a «humanized and humanizing environment»; the appearance of elements of thought from feeling; the emergence of memory – the primary fact of personality, and the unity of universal and individual consciousness associated with it, familiarization with the material Universe – from its timeless beginning to its timeless end; substantiation of the thesis that a person is not a set of functions, and a certain dynamic integrity of a person means that the main thing in teaching and upbringing is, based on the natural biological laws of development, the introduction of the child with universal values in joint – dividing activity, Intermediary Action in terms of B.D. Elkonin [17; 29; 38; 39], stimulating living acts that contribute to the manifestation of the student's abilities and efforts of a historical person embedded in a cultural subject; his comprehension of the meaning of life situations, their creative understanding, the emergence of an experience of the responsibility of an act as the first phenomena of possible human development.

    Abstract:
    The creation of a structure for monitoring the quality of education in modern conditions is a necessary and significant management structure for the development of education in educational institutions, ensuring the achievement of real results that are adequate to the modern requirements of society and state standards. Improving the content of education, the use of new educational technologies, the development of various types of educational institutions, innovative processes in them require modernization of the pedagogical monitoring system. In this regard, the problem of monitoring the quality of education is one of the most relevant in the theory and practice of modern school management.     In modern realities, the issues of ensuring the personnel security of the municipality are of particular importance. Personnel security is a necessary component of any organization, including a municipality. In relation to the municipality, this issue is particularly relevant. There is an increase in the regulatory legal acts regulating the issues of ensuring personnel security. The article identifies the main tools for ensuring the personnel security of the municipality: selection and selection of personnel, loyalty and reliability, control, as well as various methods for assessing the personnel security of the municipality. It is concluded that the correct use of assessment methods can significantly improve the objectivity and reliability of the data, and, consequently, the personnel security of the municipality.

  • The Linguistic Origin of the Hori-Buryat Pagan Name Odo / Odoy / Otoy

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of personal names of pre-Tibet-Mongolian origin of the corpus of the historical anthroponymicon of the Khori-Buryats. The purpose of the article is to introduce the historical anthroponymicon of the Khori-Buryats as one of the Mongolian-speaking peoples written out from the censuses of the State Archive of the Trans-Baikal Territory for 1850–1851 in the aspect of comparative linguistics. One of the tasks of this study is to determine the preliminary meaning of names like Odo / Odoy / Otoy and, accordingly, the possible linguistic origin of these names. Materials and methods of research. The anthroponymic material is personal names with unclear semantics, written out from the censuses of 11 Khori-Buryat kins for 1850–1851 from the documents of State Archive of the Trans-Baikal Territory. It is known about the complexity of the ethnogenesis of any people, not excluding the Khorin Buryats as one of the Mongolian peoples. Historical anthroponyms of any ethnic group with an adequate «deciphering» of their meaning can serve as a kind of proof of the hypothetical participation of different tribal communities of the historical past, both in language and in their ethnicity, and of the peoples and territories of their modern habitat. The research methodology is based on the comparative method, the component method, and the comparative-historical method. The scientific novelty of the study of the names of the historical anthroponymicon is obvious for the following reasons: firstly, historical personal names that have been documented in archival documents have been introduced into scientific circulation; secondly, these names have not been studied for their ethnolinguistic before this article; thirdly, the preliminary results of the meaning of these names, and most importantly, their linguistic origin, have an absolute perspective for the development of many humanities, primarily Siberian onomastics, in the context of contrastivistics and comparative studies.

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors. Discussion and Conclusion. Why does the mentor of a targeted digital educational intensive have a psychological advantage? Can everyone become a mentor in network communication for the rest, and what are the digital education mentor’s competencies? What contribution can everyone make to the training of the others? The discussion these issues in the context of management strategies for the development of international education, and the implementation of the European plan for the quality of digital education will be useful to for heads of educational organizations, departments of continuing professional education and academic mobility of educators.

    Abstract:
    In the context of the increasing level of requirements, new re-forms and standards in the modern educational system, teachers experience a significant emotional burden. The professional activity of a university lecturer is accompanied by increased moral responsibility and, consequently, is characterized by a high level of emotional, and in the future, professional burnout. Some socio-psychological and professional features, as well as risk factors for professional burnout of higher school teachers, are noted. The results of the study of the diagnosis of professional burnout of medical university lecturers are presented. It is noted that in specialists who are lecturers and doctors at the same time, professional burnout is more pronounced than in lecturers who are engaged only in pedagogical activities. The factors that mostly cause the process of burnout of teachers are identified: work experience, age, dissatisfaction with work, stress resistance. The recommendations on the implementation of the skills of self-regulation of the emotional state, aimed at preventing the syndrome of professional burnout, are given.

    Abstract:
    Based on the analysis of the contemporary state of the development of the system of motivation and stimulation of labour of the personnel, the directions of improving of such processes are defined in the article. It is stated that the effective reparations management benefits to both employer and employee. Employees receiving fair salary, generous bonuses and remunerative incentives in exchange for their work will linger to their jobs, keep high performance and morale. It is noted that the issue of fair labour remuneration is highly relevant these days. The fact that the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, allowing to solve this problem, has been developed in Russia is highlighted in the article. Author concludes that the effective reparations management contributes to employee’s involvement thus leads to the company’s success.

  • Comparative Analysis of Desires and Ideals in the Structure of the Value Sphere of the Personality of Younger Schoolchildren

    Abstract:
    The article presents the generalized results of a comparative empirical study of the manifestation of desires and ideals in the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger school choldren in secular (n=218) and orthodox (n=212) schools. The orientation of meeting the needs of younger schoolchildren and its classification is shown. The analysis of the identified ideals and role models of modern younger schoolchildren is compared with the results of a study of the ideals of children in Germany and America conducted in the early twentieth century. General and specific results of comparative analysis of empirical data are presented. The author proves the need to develop and implement in the practice of spiritual and moral education programs of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren in cooperation with the school, family and Church. At the same time, the methodological significance of the anthropological principle of education with its religious-philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects is emphasized.

    The flourishing of the anthropocentric approach in linguistics has led to scientists’ close attention to the definition of a linguistic persona. Man, his speaking and behaving manners in various situations have become the study object in various branches of linguistics. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main approaches to the study of the linguistic persona that exist in modern integrated linguistics, their characteristic features. The work also discusses the model of a linguistic persona, its understanding generally and properly.

The relationship between psycho-logical safety and psychological well-being of a student is considered, which is specific in terms of involvement, control, and risk-taking.
