    Abstract:
    In this article, the problem of quality education in general and the question of investing in education in particular are studied. Modern consumers invest in their education, seeing in these investments the opportunity to increase their attractiveness and value in the labor market, and large organizations, industries invest in training of personnel, considering this contribution as a guarantee of their own survival in the conditions of global competition. The author notes changes and updates of investment directions in the field of education, as well as promising areas of activity in the secondary vocational education of Sevastopol.

    Abstract:
    The author of the article notes that the legal culture determines the level of legal knowledge, legal understanding and legitimacy. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of the legal culture of the reign of Peter the Great. Attention is paid to causality and factors affecting the quality and condition of the legal consciousness and legal culture of the period under study looked through in the historical and legal context. The researcher concluded that the reforms of Peter I significantly changed the content of the legal culture of Russian society, primarily due to the increasing role of legislation and politics.

    The article studies the development processes of Russian legal education, which should be based on the idea of implementing a model of constitutionalism. The attention of the author is paid to the problems of legal understanding, the construction of a state based on the rule of law, the goal of which should be the establishment of coordinated interaction between all subjects of legal relations – the state, society, personality, which need to be paid attention by modern law education. The paper notes that the assertion of a constitutionalism model in society as a general social value is connected with the authority of fair legislation.

As a result of the joint work of the entire teaching staff, the competence of all participants in the educational process in the field of healthy lifestyle development will further help students to find their place in the world. Education is presented as highly motivated and personally-oriented, ensuring the maximum demand for personal potential, recognition of the person around and awareness of own importance.

    In article criteria for assessment of corporate culture at school as the organizations of special type are offered. The main approaches to assessment of corporate culture of the organizations on the basis of which the system of criteria for it assessment in the educational organizations is developed are considered. Within article rather independent system of criteria and indicators for assessment of corporate culture, in relation to specifics of the educational organization is offered. Offered systems assumes assessment of corporate culture in points. It allows to conduct monitoring and to compare the level of this culture at different schools and in dynamics.

  • Features of education quality evaluation of technical universities graduates

    Abstract:
    The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.

    In present article the main requirements to the organization of methodical work in the pre-school educational institution are considered. The author identified the problems associated with professionalism and interest of teachers in the work, as well as possible ways of solving these issues by introducing non-traditional methods and forms of interaction with the team. The work contains examples of the most modern ones of them: dispute, business game and team building. The article also examines the main criteria for assessing the effectiveness of methodical work in pre-school educational institution.

    The article is devoted to understanding the role of digital resources in the modern educational space. The main attention in the work is accentuated by the fact that the development of science in the field of high technologies has a huge influence on the development of education.     An emergence of abstract mathematics and philosophy in the VI–IV centuries BC is considered in this article as the third information revolution (IR) associated with the transition of human practice to a higher level of complexity. The author traces in detail the history of philosophy and mathematics as educational disciplines. The problem of renewal of the curricula on philosophy for non-philosophical faculties is clearly posed in the work. The article also proposes a scheme of programs on the course of the philosophy of mathematics.

  • On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

    Abstract:
    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

    In present article valuable components of social potential are considered. The authors note that special attention should be paid to the study of the educational potential of modern youth as a resource and reserve, which determines the future state of society. In work on the basis of the authors researches the comparative analysis of basic vital values, educational potential of three groups of the youth of the Volga region – studying, working, jobless is carried out. As a result, the conclusion is presented, which consists in the allocation of groups of young people who have a great educational potential (entrepreneurs and students).

    The work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the concept of primary military-environmental adaptation of military students. A brief description of the main directions of scientific analysis of the problem in the works of some domestic and foreign military teachers. The aim is to give a comparative description of the key approaches formed within the domestic and foreign socio-pedagogical schools.     The article is devoted to the understanding of M.     In this work the question of educational and methodical ensuring discipline «Choral solfeggio» in the Higher educational institution in the direction of preparation «Conducting» is brought up. Various methodical approaches in a number of not numerous grants addressed to choral conductors, in particular the last years, based on use of constructive and «live» material in teaching this discipline, and the works devoted to the main forms are analyzed: intoning, acoustical analysis, dictation. The purpose and problems of a course as link between basic discipline of solfeggio and practical skills of a choral class reveal, and also two positions in teaching «Choral solfeggio» are presented.
