  • Sociocultural and Anthropoecological Distinctive Features of Pedagogical Discourse

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of socio-cultural reality due to the aggravation of the contradiction between globalization and national-oriented processes, the increasing struggle of cultures, economies and ideologies, and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the article is to consider sociocultural and anthropoecological distinctive features of pedagogical discourse. The author points out that anthropo-innovations, such as genetic engineering, cyborgization, cloning, integration with artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical advances, and GMO products threaten the existence of a person in his or her mental and physical integrity. The restriction of anthropological innovations is due to spiritual revival, reliance on traditional cultures, as well as the best cultural and pedagogical national experience, and is determined by the understanding of the soul as an integrating component of a person. In the Humanities, the description of an increasingly complex socio-cultural reality is closely related to its description in the context of various discursive plans. This approach is also promising for pedagogy. At the same time, modern trends in the development of the discursive approach “blur” the boundaries of pedagogical knowledge. The article presents a highly specialized definition of pedagogical discourse. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature. It is proved that the pedagogical category “zone of proximal development” in its socio-cultural and anthropo-ecological contexts favors understanding of the distinctive features of educational and pedagogical discourse. It is concluded that orientation to the zone of proximal development of the individual contributes to the consistency of the socio-cultural experience, including nationally oriented components, transmitted by the teacher, with the life experience of the student, favors his or her emotional involvement in the educational process.

    Abstract:
    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.

    Abstract:
    The proposed material is devoted to issues on higher legal education and state requirements for the organization and implementation of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education in Russia. The author studies the material on issues and problems of modern higher legal education, analyzes the legal acts in the field of education, including the state requirements for higher legal education. In the process of preparing this material, the following research methods were applied: analysis, generalization, comparison, etc. The research results have been discussed at All-Russian and International conferences, and many of them have been published. The author comes to the conclusion that the problems of higher legal education in Russia are based on the unverified use of approaches and guidelines of the Bologna process, as well as embedded in the current system of educational institutions of higher education, which includes “dummy universities”. Therefore, in order to improve higher legal education and improve the quality of training of students – potential lawyers in higher education institutions, the state and political will of the country's leadership and relevant departments in the field of education is necessary to form an effective Federal system of higher legal education, which provides for unified and coordinated Federal state requirements for the specialty “Jurisprudence” and the system of training specialists in the qualification “lawyer”, which provides for training in higher education institutions for at least 5 years.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problem of university training of pediatricians for work in the primary health care sector - children's clinics, in accordance with the objectives of the national project "Health Care". Taking into account the main goals of the national project aimed at reducing mortality in general and infant mortality in particular, the main way to implement it is the full staffing of medical personnel in primary health care in order to ensure access to medical care for the population and focus on preventive measures. The authors of the article analyzed the causes of the imperfection of providing primary health care for children, the low motivation of medical students to work as a local pediatrician, examined in detail the features of training at the pediatric faculty. The specifics of the pedagogical process aimed at training of future pediatricians at the university are specified and the author's view on its implementation is proposed. The authors formulate and justify a strategy for reforming the training of future doctors at the final stage of preparation. The need for an integrated approach to reforming the educational process, taking into account the formation of professional competencies of the local doctor, is shown. The authors also consider it necessary to expand and deepen knowledge not only in the field of pediatrics, but also psychology for future primary care physicians in order to improve the quality of medical care. Particular attention in the education of the future pediatrician should belong to practical skills, according to the qualification characteristics of the local doctor, which requires the availability of educational activities in simulation centers and university pediatric clinics. The authors consider the introduction of mentoring by experienced specialists over young pediatricians an essential condition for a high level of skills development. To solve the problem of low motivation of students to work as a local pediatrician, the authors propose expanding the possibilities of further professional and career growth. The most important and promising direction of optimizing the education of future district pediatricians, from the authors’ point of view, is the possibility of organizing specialized departments for training general practitioners at a medical university.

    The article is devoted to the development of the direction of work on the creation of qualitatively new innovative solutions to ensure the reliability of connections of machine elements. The recommendations are based on the analysis of studies on wear process of the fixed joints of machine elements during microdisplacements in contact under the influence of vibration at high temperatures. It is established that physical and chemical processes occurring in the area of actual contact of the joint elements are varied and the effect of temperature on tribological characteristics of frictional contact is complex, since with an increase in temperature the reduction of worn-out volume can occur as well as increase of it. To predict the resistance of the contact to fretting, it is necessary to conduct a force analysis on the contact and determine the spectral composition of vibrations affecting the friction contact.

    The article presents the main provisions regarding the activities of some civic associations, which are formed and functioning with the participation of the state. The attention is paid to the role of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, which implements public control measures in the field of health protection, including the measures in the framework of interaction with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. In addition, the significance of the All-Russian civic movement «People’s Front» For Russia» in the ensuring conditions for exercising the constitutional right on health protection and medical care by citizens is noted.     This paper investigates the possibility for using the proposed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing as well as knitting production and implementation of technology of reused yarn recycling, including using back winding of defective semi-finished products, spooling the thread with its simultaneous steaming and processing with emulsion to improve the properties of reused yarn. The main purpose of this article is to study the physical and mechanical properties of reused yarn in order to obtain high-quality products. The issue of ensuring the operational reliability of the developed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing and knitting production is considered.

    The main aspects of the interrelation of illustrating the text and methods of their perception are revealed in the article. For a more convincing and full-fledged visualization of a literary work, a comprehensive and in-depth study of episodes of the text is necessary. The purpose of the article is to identify the interrelation between the visual arts and philology – the methods and form of studying a literary work for its further illustration. In connection with this the following tasks were set out: 1) to identify the main methods and ways of a literary work perception; 2) to analyze and compare specific ways of illustration; 3) identify the features of book design creation. The following features of illustration were revealed during the study: its interrelation with the text, functions of replenishment and explanations, the influence of visual perception, integrity and semantic logic of creating drawings for text, taking into account the purpose of illustration (age, scientific character, visibility, etc.), the use of appropriate technology of illustration.

    The article analyzes the strategic objectives of Russian printing companies engaged in foreign economic activity. The analysis was carried out on the example of the printing house LLC "SHAR". The paper reveals the prerequisites for the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) as an indispensable tool for a comprehensive analysis of a company planning to carry out foreign economic activity, and already carrying out it. A SWOT analysis of Shar LLC was carried out with a focus on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Recommendations are given. The conclusions are formulated.

  • Category of Terrible in the Tale and the Ethnic and Cultural Education in Kindergarten

    Relatives of child told him the tales before appearance the kindergartens as special institutions, and then the role of this narrators was passed on the kindergarten teachers, which were standing to read the folk and author's work on books. The aim of paper is to show, how the replacement of the environment from home to official substantially changes the perception by child of the tales, and the pedagogues must select the recitation especially carefully. Methods: brief historical survey about the features of the existence of folktales in patriarchal social environment gave; and the comparison with firsthand acquaintance of children with tales at present conducted. Result: the folktales were created in archaistic epoch and that is why not correspond with modern ethical standards. And even author's tales of the classical writers, that were built on folktales, inherited many their traits, including the mention about cruelty. Come to the conclusion that the componentry of aesthetics of terrible contain in the folktales and are able to hurt the immature child's soul.

    This article discusses the implementation of a model of inclusive education in general education organizations and the construction of an educational route for students with disabilities. It is through the substantive and organizational sections of the adapted basic general education programmes that special conditions are created and observed to ensure that children with special needs and disabilities have equal access to quality education in general education organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development and the recommendations of psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions. The main aim of the study is to systematize and improve the professional competencies in supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups on the development of adapted basic general education programs of educational organizations. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the following analytical methods have been employed: retrospective analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of periodical press and proceedings of scientific conferences on the subject; as well as practical methods (including own experience of working in the fields of specialized education and advanced training). In addition, BE of FVE “Chuvash Republican Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia” proposed a program of advanced training “Organizational and Substantive Aspects of Inclusive Education,” based on legal, theoretical and methodological principles. The results of the conducted study show that supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups – are gaining significant practical knowledge of developing adapted basic general education programmes. It can be concluded that the planned results of the program suggest elimination of professional deficiency concerning the organizational and substantive issues of constructing an educational route for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education, as well as development of adapted basic general education programs of an educational organization.

  • Modern Aspects of Contents Adaptation in Teaching Literary Reading to Blind Elementary School Students

    The article is focused on the problem of teaching blind elementary schoolers in literary reading lessons in elementary school. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to bring into compliance the content of the education of children with severe visual impairments with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for blind students (option 3.2). At the present time, teachers of schools for blind children continue to experience difficulties in adapting the content of education in this subject. The aim of the article is to analyze and summarize the existing typhlopedagogical experience of teaching this group of children and to determine the directions for adapting the content of teaching literary reading to blind elementary students. Methods used in this study include analysis, description, and comparison. An analysis of the typhlopedagogical heritage suggests that teaching reading to blind elementary schoolers has a number of peculiarities due to the negative impact of visual impairment on their speech and cognitive development, motivation for activity; this can be overcome by adapting the content of education. In their turn, the directions of adaptation can be reached by adjusting the contents of textbooks, enriching the children’s sensory experience, developing their speech and thinking, and using a differentiated approach in teaching by redistributing educational material and developing assessment criteria that are appropriate for the blind students’ needs. The results of this study have important meaning for employees of schools for visually impaired children because they allow to implement a differentiated approach in teaching and to adapt the contents of the Literary reading school subject according to the special educational requirements of children.

    Abstract:
    At the present stage of the agro-industrial complex development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, raw materials play a key role. The lack of raw materials is especially acute problem for enterprises that process agricultural products. The problem of providing raw materials to enterprises of the Kostanay region that process livestock products is studied at the article. The development of agricultural cooperation in the Kostanay region is one of the factors of food independence and security of the region. At the same time, the existing mechanism for the formation and functioning of agricultural cooperatives does not fully provide a solution to this problem. The model of «anchored agricultural cooperation» is proposed as a tool to ensure a stable raw material base for processers. This model provides for the partnership of small peasant (farm) holding, individual entrepreneurs with a large anchor producer or processor.
