    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to studying the features of interaction in young families where the spouses profess Islam and Orthodoxy. Muslim and Orthodox families also participated in the comparative study. The Mann-Whitney U-test was used to assess differences in the indicators of these groups. The family sociogram (variants of a real family and an ideal family), the family environment scale, and the method «Analysis of family relationships» (a questionnaire for parents) by E.G. Eidemiller and V.V. Justickis, unstructured interview with the respondents were used as the research methods. It is established that family interaction in inter-confessional families is characterized by the preservation of the Patriarchal family hierarchy, relationships are maintained among members of the extended family, and an attitude towards preserving humanistic values is formed between the spouses. The spouses care for each other to a high level, and the partners have a strong sense of belonging to the family. Some violations in the styles of family education were revealed, namely, the presence of dominant hyperprotection, condoning hyperprotection, and moral responsibility. At the same time, condoning hyperprotection is more pronounced and more common in male fathers from interfaith families.

    Abstract:
    The article examines current problematic situation that has developed in Russian higher education, when the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FSES HE) according to the bachelor-magistracy system does not provide the required quality of training students as professionals demanded by Russian employers. As a result, the government is losing a huge potential for the development of its economy in the form of graduates of Russian universities who are not employed in their specialty. Today we need a scientific approach to solving existing problems in Russian higher education from the standpoint of the interests of the government and the Russian economy.

  • Positional Vision of Poetic Text Structures as a Tool of Interpretation (Based on the Poems of Joseph Brodsky)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.

    Three main areas of media psychology are analyzed: media analysis, media education, and media therapy in the crisis conditions of the pandemic. Today, media psychology faces a number of completely new, unexplored problems and practice-oriented tasks in a radically changing media environment, including in conditions of social distancing. Thus, the author emphasizes the increased practical significance of using the psychotherapeutic potential of the media in order to reduce and minimize the negative effects not only of the mass media itself, but also of the consequences of crisis situations.

    Abstract:
    Land administration seeks to obtain optimal social, economic and environmental benefits while promoting the principles of sustainable development. An important element of this process is the understanding of the macroeconomic situation for making adequate management decisions at various levels: local, re-gional, national and global. This information is provided by land administration systems ((LAS), the core of which is a multipurpose cadastral system integrated with other spatial information systems and public registries. In this article, the au-thors present the structure of land administration built in modern Europe and also show the specifics of the design of systems in relation to socio-economic conditions. The publication presents a vision of the role of the cadastre in the global system of accounting and land administration, with cadastral accounting considered as the main infrastructure for ensuring the economic, social and environmental benefits of all users, including individuals, business and the state.

    The article is devoted to a particularly important problem for higher education: the possible risks in the interaction between the university lecturer and the students in the conditions of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Views of various university professors on the problem are presented. Special attention is paid to several possible risks in the interaction between university lecturer and students: disruption of normal human communication; the state of modern technology – the Internet and the computer; the readiness of the two subjects – the university lecturer and the students to communicate optimally in the Internet space, realizing the two main forms of education: online learning and distance learning; the identification of the two forms of organization of the interaction between the university lecturer and the student in the conditions of a pandemic – online learning and distance learning; the overcrowding of the university lecturer when using online learning or distance learning, which has a negative impact on his health.

  • On the Question Legal and Cultural Interaction Between the Sasanian Iran and the Eastern Roman Empire

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to prove the presence of a deep (archaic) ideological foundation in the Roman-Persian political and legal complementarity of the times of late antiquity. Methods. The author uses the «panoramic approach», сomparative analysis of primary historical sources and the structural-functional method. Results. The author’s attention is devoted to the antique community in the legal content of imperial titles, the correlation of temporary and spatial understanding of the power of the Roman emperors and the power of the Persian Šâhanšâh’s. The main author’s thesis: 1) the provision on the Hellenization of Persia during the time of Khosrow Anushirvan; 2) the thesis on the principle of extraterritoriality of imperial power, formulated by the Romans in the era of dominatus and transfered from the Eastern Roman Empire into the Sassanian Eranshahr; 3) the author’s definition of the imperial form of government, based on the principle of «over-sovereignty» common to Iran and Byzantium. Discussion. Firstly, the spaces of Eranshahr and the Roman Empire were considered by ancient intellectuals as the «common heritage» of the Hellenistic Asian kingdom of Alexander the Great. Secondly, the roots and semantic content of the titles of the higher sovereigns of Persia and Rome (emperors) had common cultural and political origins and military-administrative premises. Thirdly, if at the initial stage of the interaction between the Persians and the Romans there was a strong influence of Persia on the everyday life of the population of the East Roman provinces, then in the 6th century the East Roman ethnocultural pattern «Christian Oecumene» became decisive in the Sassanian Mesopotamia.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to discussing social and pedagogical context for the processes of upbringing and education. The purpose of the study is to disclose the specifics of upbringing and education contributing to positive socialization of the individual in the circumstances when the social component of modern life has gained greater significance. The research methods include the study and analysis of academic and pedagogical publications on the discussed issue. The article examines integration and differentiation as trends in the progress of modern pedagogical science. The author highlights the issue of interconnection and independence between general pedagogy, social pedagogy and other human sciences. The idea of social context for traditional pedagogical processes of education and instruction is argued in the article. The author focuses on transformation that these processes undergo in the present-day context for an individual’s social development, as well as on risks and barriers in solving educational problems arising in that context. The article reveals the role performed by child’s upbringing and education as factors of positive socialization. The author presents her standing in viewing the concept of “positive socialization”, and in defining the role of positive thinking in this process. The article also suggests there is a need for socio-pedagogical support for an individual’s positive socialization. The concept and content of socio-pedagogical support of a student in the process of upbringing and education is briefly revealed. The author concludes by stating a demand to modify methodology of researching processes of education and instruction in the domain of an individual’s socialization.

  • Methods to Form the Pedagogical Culture of Parents in the Educational System of the School

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of pedagogical culture of parents, the goals of development of pedagogical culture of parents and methods of formation and improvement of the level of pedagogical culture of parents. The paper focuses on the tasks of interaction between an educational institution and the family in the upbringing of children. Methods of study. To study the possibility of forming a pedagogical culture of parents, we used a questionnaire to survey the needs of parents to interact with the educational institution and the interest of teachers in working with the family, the «Ideas about the ideal parent» method by R. V. Ovcharova, Y.A. Degtyareva, «Family Biofield» inquirer by V. V. Boyko and «Determination of parenting skills» questionnaire by O.L. Zvereva. Results of the study. The article shows the results of the impact of the program, which includes a seminar using the case technology «pedagogical culture of parents» and parent training based on the program «education based on common sense» on the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents. Conclusion. The results of the study proved the possibility of purposeful formation of the pedagogical culture of parents in the educational system of the school and the high efficiency of practice – and personality-oriented methods of such work, and also showed greater competence and awareness among parents and kindergarten teachers in the education of children.
