    Abstract:
    Fundamental analysis, traditionally used to evaluate individual companies, needs to be rethought in the context of modern complex business ecosystems. The authors explore the transformation of fundamental analysis methods necessary for an adequate assessment of companies whose value and viability are closely linked to their position in the ecosystem, analyze the limitations of traditional approaches and propose an expanded methodology that takes into account network effects, interdependencies between ecosystem participants, as well as the impact of external factors such as regulation and technological change. The chapter aims to identify key indicators that are characteristic of the ecosystem approach and should be included in the traditional fundamental analysis. The aim of the work is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of such an integrated approach to improve the accuracy and validity of assessing the value of companies in the context of ecosystem development. As a result, a new business valuation framework is proposed that provides a more complete and accurate view of the value of companies in today's ecosystem-based economy.

    Abstract:
    The development of educational export is an important strategic task both for Russian universities at the institutional level, allowing them to increase the level of global competitiveness, and at the state level, ensuring the implementation of the principles of the «soft power» strategy. Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

  • Leisure and Play in Plato's Teaching and Learning Philosophy

    Abstract:
    A detailed study of the dialogues of Plato, the father of the fathers of philosophy and pedagogy, reveals that he considered leisure to be the central goal of education in the liberal arts. Schools should teach citizens not to avoid leisure by choosing excessive work, but instead to turn to virtue, embodied in the state in the daily practice of the liberal arts. But play was Plato’s method of education. Children learned best through playful activities that engaged their enthusiasm, that «turned the gaze of their souls» to the Good and the True. Likewise, play was the best way for adults to learn and practice philosophy, and it was the only way to discover new truth. Play was also central to the Socratic method. Plato found that dialogue at its highest and most serious level was a game for both teacher and student. Although the main thrust of playful education was to turn people to truth and to make them do philosophy for themselves, according to Plato, Being itself is in play.

The practice of applying criminal penalties in Russia and the PRC, studying the reasons for the consistent humanization over the past 30 years in the Russian Federation, as well as similar practices in the PRC. The arguments and reasons for the possible implementation of the positive experience of the two countries, including in the field of application of the institute of probation, are highlighted in order to develop the most effective mechanism for the implementation of state coercion through the implementation of criminal punishment.

    This paper explores the postmodern features in the poetry of Serik Aksunkaruly, one of the most spiritual figures in modern Kazakh literature. It examines how his work blends deep national symbolism, historical and cultural allusions, and elements such as fragmentariness, reminiscence, and pluralism. Through poems like "Hey, Baibori, Baibori", "Mozart and Salieri (Modern Version)", and "Homo Soveticus", the paper analyzes how Aksunkaruly expresses resistance, identity, and artistic integrity. His poetic style, rooted in classical tradition yet shaped by postmodernist methods, reveals a strong civic stance and spiritual depth, making him a significant representative of postmodern Kazakh poetry.

    The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the image of women in modern Kazakh literature. The analysis is carried out by studying the works of female authors and their contribution to the creation of these images. The main objects of consideration are Ayagul Mantai, Torgyn Zholdasbekovna, Asylzat Arystanbek and their works. The purpose of the study is to reveal the image of women in modern Kazakh literature, to determine the contribution of women authors, and to study the changes that the image of women has undergone. If earlier male writers prevailed in literature, now the number of female writers is growing. It was hypothesized that an increase in the contribution of women authors to literature will lead to the development of public consciousness and the image of women.

    This study investigates the effects of generative AI (GAI) on higher education, drawing on survey data from Tomsk State University (TSU) faculty who underwent GAI training. The results demonstrate that GAI substantially alters course planning, student-faculty interaction, and the instructor's role. While GAI offers opportunities for enhanced efficiency, enriched learning, and personalization, it also presents risks related to academic integrity, overdependence, and reliability. The findings underscore the importance of comprehensive faculty training and robust institutional infrastructure to support GAI implementation.

    The article addresses the issue of qualimetric analysis of professional self-determination among students within the context of basic general education. Based on theoretical and empirical research methods conducted at MBOU Secondary School No. 4 in Poltavskaya village, Krasnoarmeysky District, Krasnodar Krai, the study presents the results of diagnostics assessing the readiness of 9th-grade students for professional self-determination.     The purpose of the study is to consider the teachers’ aging. The factors influencing it are marked, using the example of Alatyr in the Chuvash Republic. In the chapter reveals the local features of secondary school staffing based on the empirical research analysis conducted in the period of 2021 – 2023. To understand the dynamic of changes in teachers’ aging, statistics was calculated. To visualize the results of the study a graphical method was used. The trend towards the aging of teachers in the school system of Alatyr, Chuvash Republic is obvious. It is also proved by the results of the research in pools of primary school, English and Maths teachers in 2021 and 2023. Current data may enable local education authorities to take a long-term approach to establishing a systematic set of strategies to build a more solid ground of the profession. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained data, indicating a low level of renewal of the teaching staff, can be used to improve the situation with the aging of teachers. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that previously the teachers’ aging problem was not directly associated with local features of secondary school staffing. The data can be used by specialists to clarify the system of actions to stimulate the recruitment and retention of new teachers in the school system of a small town considering the local features.

The authors considered the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the impact of digitalization on the development of reading literacy in schoolchildren, analyzed the experience of using digitalization to develop reading literacy in schoolchildren, and identified the levels of reading literacy. To solve the tasks set, scientific tools were used, including comparative and statistical analysis, study and analysis of research carried out in the field of school education, study of regulatory documents, modeling, observation, study of educational products, and questionnaires.

    Целью статьи является обоснование важности различия «коучингового присутствия» и «коучинговой позиции» для практики коучингового взаимодействия на основе анализа того, как эти понятия используются в профессиональном сообществе. В рамках пилотажного исследования использованы качественные методы: включенное наблюдение, качественный контент-анализ и фокусированные интервью. Статья содержит рассмотрение классических концепций: присутствия Джеймса Бьюдженталя, личностно-центрованного подхода Карла Роджерса, концепции самоактуализации Абрахама Маслоу как основы коучингового присутствия. В статье предложена для рассмотрения модель коучингового присутствия Марии Ильф-Вуд. Она утверждает, что «зрелость и профессионализм коуча взаимосвязаны с присутствием: вряд ли вы добьетесь одного без другого». Развитие коучингового присутствия и укрепление коучинговой позиции, а также умение их различать – это не только профессиональная необходимость, но и путь к личностному росту коуча. Как отмечает Карл Роджерс, «истинное изменение начинается с присутствия и осознанности» [7].

The structure of an art coaching session, the specifics of applying the method in various areas (individual counseling, family relationships, business environment), as well as its effectiveness in solving strategic and creative tasks are examined. Special attention is paid to the scientific justification for using creative thinking to activate subconscious resources and find non-standard solutions.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to assessing the operating conditions of scientific libraries at regional universities in Russia and China and identifying prospects for cooperation to strengthen their educational function. The study summarizes the experience and data from the authors' participant observation of the activities of large university libraries in the border regions of the two countries. Cases are provided that characterize the activities of libraries of large regional universities – Pacific National University and Harbin Polytechnic University. Guided by regulatory documents and taking into account the main areas of interstate cooperation, libraries of regional universities implement and expand their educational opportunities in the face of increasing challenges. We are talking about the impossibility of isolated development and the presence of a high interest in finding partners abroad. The educational function of the university library includes education, information literacy, self-education and individual learning, as well as communication between subjects of the educational process.
