    The article describes aims, structure, content and the results of the course of study «German for Profession and Carrier», its methodology. The authors explain the mechanisms of realization of the communicative and activity approach in teaching of professional German based on using the form of training firm, a characteristic feature of which is the use of one of the most effective innovative professionally oriented technologies – simulation modeling. The main attention is paid to competencies, which the students are developing during the course of study.

    The paper considers the issues of part-time students’ self-study and various ways of its organization in the terms of education modernization. The discussion concerns a reasonable application of new technologies together with traditional methods of teaching part-time students a foreign language. The aim of applying new technologies is enhancing the effectiveness of education with competence approach in marine English teaching in order to develop the competence in compliance with federal educational standards of higher education (FGOS VO) and the IMO STCW Convention (1978/95).

    Статья рассматривает проблему формирования жизненных компетенций у учащихся с интеллектуальной недостаточностью, которые обучаются в различных условиях получения образования: в специальных школах и в общеобразовательных школах в условиях инклюзивных форм обучения. Формирование компонента жизненных компетенций является одним из неотъемлемых в современной ситуации обучения детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. В исследовании дети инклюзивных форм образования показали более продвинутый уровень состояния одного из компонентов жизненных компетенций. В целом жизненные компетенции сформированы слабо и требуют разработки программы их целенаправленного формирования.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the state of both the general and the special methods of the Russian (native) language. From the standpoint of current requirements, the state of the methodology of teaching Russian language in typhoid pedagogy is analyzed, in particular, the work of such typhoid pedagogues as M.I. Zemtsovoy, V.A. Mylnikova, N.S. Kostyuchek, I.L. Morgaylik, as well as I.P. Chigrinova. The work identifies the range of problems to be solved. As an answer to one of such questions, a route for linguistic competence formation in blind adolescents in the process of learning Russian is proposed, aimed at the development of functional literacy and the implementation of correctional and developmental activities.

Основной идеей работы является анализ развития образовательной среды через мониторинг специализированных классов в регионе, участие молодежи в движении Junior Skills и World Skills. Автор приходит к выводу, что участие в реализации программы НТИ и реиндустриализации в Новосибирской области повышает мотивацию обучающихся, их наставников, самих образовательных организаций в поиске форм и методов развития талантов.

    Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

  • The practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry

    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

  • On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

The structural elements of research competences, determined on the basis of the understanding of competencies as the knowledge, ways of activity and experience, taking into account the specifics of the mathematical content, the characteristics of learning mathematics. The described step-by-step preparation of students for research activities can be used in teaching mathematics at school.

Foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is a part of their professional competence and it is understood as a complex of cultural and professional competences necessary to solve professional tasks with a functional level of a foreign language. The forming of a foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is exercised due to implementation of the following pedagogical conditions: working out teaching and learning aids, creating and supporting motivation to the professional foreign language study, analysis of learning outcomes.
