- Abstract:
- The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of the regional center for continuing professional skills of pedagogical workers in the framework of the national project "Education", to describe the algorithm for the development and implementation of an individual educational route of pedagogical workers and management teams in the Chuvash Republic. Methods. In order to effectively organize the process of continuous improvement of professional skills of teaching staff, monitoring studies and analysis of professional skills of teachers at various levels of the education system - primary, general and secondary vocational - were carried out. Results. Based on the data obtained, advanced training courses for teachers with a focus on the practical part and individual work were reformatted. The practice-oriented component of the courses has been expanded by increasing the number of hours allocated for internships, practical classes and master classes by leading teachers. The methodological work of the Center is inextricably linked with the activities of professional communities, subject associations and methodological services. There is a constant exchange of experience and best practices to solve the problems of professional growth, in the process of discussing significant professional problems. Conclusions. The application of these techniques allows us to build an effective system of continuous professional development, which ultimately contributes to the development and strengthening of education in the region.

Development of ethno-environmental culture among future teachers

- Abstract:
- The article offers a brief analysis of implementation of ethno-environmental component in academic subjects included in basic academic program "teachers’ training" with two training profiles "Biology and Chemistry" and "Biology and Geography". The subject matter of the article is the curriculum and extracurricular activities that are relative to ethnocultural features. The article is a theoretical overview of Russian and foreign literature on the considered topic. The analysis of the curriculum and extracurricular activities was carried out with the sue of applied examination method. It is concluded that ethno-environmental education of future biology, chemistry and geography teachers is facilitated with a range of conditions developed in the Faculty of Science Education, which include: disciplines of subject-methodical unit aimed on development of environmental thinking, based on ethno-cultural experience of Chuvash; curricular and extracurricular activities aimed on activation of their ecological and ethno-cultural practice. The main forms of upbringing the ethno-environmental culture of future teachers are as follows: master classes in ethno-environmental research; round tables devoted to ethnocultural information about toponyms; ethno-environmental seminars on the problems of protected areas of Chuvashia, etc.

Specific examples show that distance learning in the preparation of future teachers of chemistry and biology can be just one of the issues of the disciplines «Theory and methodology of teaching biology» and «Theory and methodology of teaching chemistry» as an innovative technology of teaching methods. Distance learning should not completely replace the traditional one.

- Introduction. The problems of inclusive education in the system of secondary vocational education have recently become particularly relevant due to the increasing number of students with limited health opportunities and disabilities. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find the best ways to build an educational route for students of these categories. Such an educational trajectory should not only include special conditions that ensure the satisfaction of the special educational needs of such students, but also be aimed at mastering the professional competencies necessary for a modern competitive individual in the labor market. The main tool for implementing the inclusive model of education should be considered an adapted educational program of secondary vocational education. However, the implementation mechanism of this normative document still continues to raise many questions and difficulties. That is why this study was conducted, which involved teachers and masters of vocational training in the system of secondary vocational education, aimed at identifying the difficulties that arise in the implementation of adapted educational programs. The obtained results demonstrated the ambiguity of the current situation in the field of building and implementing an inclusive model in the system of secondary vocational education and allowed us to offer the authors possible solutions to these situations.

- The implementation of the concept of inclusive education in Russia determines the study of theoretical and practical aspects of this problem, in particular, in the context of the tasks facing class teachers as organizers of student teams. The inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational environment creates certain risks for its subjects. In this regard, the responsibility of the class teacher increases for creating conditions that ensure the success of each child in an inclusive class, and especially – to support families with children with disabilities. Ideas of the child's intrinsic value, the conformity of upbringing, the organization of the «childhood space» in the interaction of all its subjects are of methodological significance for the design of work with parents. - The article concludes that it is necessary to create an integrated educational and professional space based on the resources of the lecturer, the system of additional education (institutes for the development of education – IDE), district educational and methodological offices (DEMO) and the educational institution (EI) in which the lecturer works, while the adaptation of education content should be adopted to the needs of the social order to additional education of a lecturer and his or her individual characteristics. The functions of EI, DEMO, IDE have been determined. That made it possible for IDE to develop a strategy for advanced training and scientific and methodological support of teachers. - The theoretical and methodological foundations for the prospective teachers’ reflexive competence formation, modeling the development process and its implementation in the educational space of the university are examined in the article. The idea of the research is that the effective formation of the student's reflexive competence, considered in the mainstream of reflexive activity is based on subjective relationships, interaction in dialogue, diversity of positions and individualization. It is emphasized that these pedagogical conditions are implemented in non-linear and collective learning at the university, based on a conscious choice of forms, content, teaching aids and methods in the educational space of the university. Purpose of the research is to check the theoretical and conceptual foundations for the development of the prospective teachers’ reflexive competence in the framework of higher education. The research results show that the development of the reflexive competence of a prospective teacher in the educational space is a very long process and needs a special pedagogical organization. The author comes to the conclusion that the meaning of the process of developing of a prospective teacher’s reflexive competence can be considered self-movement in the professional and personal terms.
