    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с подготовкой учителя начальных классов к профессиональной деятельности. Выделяются факторы, влияющие на формирование профессиональных и личностных компетенций учителя начальной школы. Отмечается особая роль этнопедагогического подхода в рассматриваемом феномене, связанная с обучением в региональном педагогическом вузе. Сделан вывод о том, что этнопедагогическая подготовка – это интеграционное свойство, позволяющее характеризовать ее как систему, включающую основные знания и навыки, приобретенные студентами при изучении дисциплин учебного плана и отчасти реализованные и закрепленные при прохождении педагогических практик, формируемые на ресурсных площадках университета.

В рамках статьи доказана необходимость занятия спортом в целом и плаванием в том числе для формирования потребности в здоровом образе жизни как важной общекультурной компетенции человека.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрены основы комплексного подхода к организации тренировочного процесса в студенческом армрестлинге. Акцент сделан на важности решения нескольких наиболее важных задач. Важно выстраивать специальную силовую подготовку и дальнейшую тактику соревновательной борьбы на основе учета индивидуальной антропометрии спортсмена. Также необходимо обеспечить тренировку мышц антагонистов с целью профилактики травматизма, с этой же целью подобрать комплекс упражнений для миофасциального релиза (МФР), осуществляемого с использованием ролла для МФР. Использовать классический массаж, с целью наилучшего восстановления армспортсмена. Данный подход позволит повысить эффективность подготовки студентов-армспортсменов, а также способствовать их спортивному долголетию.

The chapter also describes a special program of professional retraining in the profession of "psychologist-game practitioner" on the basis of the first higher education. It is revealed what exactly and how it is necessary to train game psychologists in order to ensure a high-quality level of psycho-logical, transformational, business, coaching, skill and other games that are so relevant in the modern world. The game practitioners’ market is rapidly developing and growing. More and more specialists from different professions come to it. That is why the definition and maintenance of the standards of the profession of a game practitioner-psychologist is becoming so relevant now. The chapter will present tests that will determine how suitable a person is for the profession of a psychologist-game practitioner, and whether he needs to study this profession on a special professional retraining course.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals. The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers. Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research. Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlined Conclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problems of professional training of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and significance of the study by students of the Faculty of Arts and Design of traditional religious rites and holidays of the peoples of the Far North, the Khanty and Mansi. The material for the study was the traditional rites of the peoples of the Khanty and Mansi. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the pedagogical potential of the traditional rites of the Khanty and Mansi peoples was revealed and the pedagogical conditions for the process of professional training of students – future teachers of fine arts were substantiated. The article describes in detail the traditions associated with hunting, fishing; the most common folk holidays associated with the bear, elk, crow day; national rites – wedding, funeral, rite of birth of a child. Comprehension and understanding of the world are reflected in oral folk art, legends, legends, myths, folklore. The future teacher of fine arts needs to know the traditional way of life of the indigenous people of Ugra, so that in his pedagogical work he can convey artistic and creative experience to schoolchildren. In conclusion, a description of the main pedagogical conditions for preparing students – future teachers of fine arts for professional activities, taking into account national traditions and the ethno-cultural specifics of the region, is given.

    После освобождения бывшие заключенные часто сталкиваются с проблемой в поиске работы, одной из основных причин является отсутствие квалификации. Система подготовки осужденных к освобождению должна включать в себя задействование всех направлений, которые помогут бывшим осужденным адаптироваться после заключения. Поэтому функционирование учебных центров в колониях очень актуально, это позволяет осужденному получить профессиональные навыки, находясь в колонии. В дальнейшем образование поможет им реализовать свои способности и приносить пользу обществу. В статье проведено исследование функций обучающих центров, которые предоставляют профессиональное образование осужденным.
