    Modern educational standards are regularly undergoing a number of transformations and modifications in order to improve the educational system of our state and improve the quality of trained personnel in higher educational organizations of different levels. Training of future specialists for internal affairs bodies is carried out in special, established on the basis of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, structural subdivisions of professional training. Professional position of cadets, as a fundamental element that ensures their full-fledged solvency in the implementation and maintenance of their official status and functional purpose, is one of the main tasks in the framework of improving the level of the educational system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

    Abstract:
    The article explores the use of interactive game-based technologies in teaching Russian to elementary school students. It examines the theoretical foundations and practical application of game-based methods for developing students' lexical and grammatical skills. The results of a pedagogical experiment, aimed at comparing the effectiveness of traditional and game-based teaching approaches, are presented. Based on the data obtained, it is demonstrated that game-based technologies enhance motivation, improve material retention, and foster children's communicative abilities. Practical recommendations for incorporating game-based technologies into the educational process are provided.

    Abstract:
    Higher education is the most important factor in the country's economic development, meeting its needs for professionals trained in universities who are capable of implementing the strategy of technological leadership and making the national economy effective and competitive in the context of political and economic sanctions against Russia. Much attention is paid today by higher education authorities to organizing educational work in universities and involving students in various «activities», which is often done in universities even by removing students from classes. However, due to political and economic sanctions against Russia, the national economy is experiencing a major shortage of professional personnel, which can and should be replenished by university graduates. As a result, higher education authorities and Russian universities should currently pay special attention to the development of higher education as professional education. Unfortunately, administrative and economic methods prevail in matters of the content and organization of higher education in universities, reducing the effectiveness of the development of higher education, namely as professional education. This is due to the fact that the management of universities is forced to pay more attention to financial issues in order to optimize and reduce costs, receive (earn) money through grant activities, implement business contracts, change staffing by increasing the intensity of teachers' work, etc. The study of the situation with Russian higher education, including the method of included observation, allows us to identify problems in the field of training modern professionals in domestic universities. At the same time, the «new model» of Russian higher education, which is planned to be implemented in universities by higher education authorities in the near future, from the standpoint of its possible effectiveness raises many doubts that it will ensure the predictive development of higher education as professional education and will allow meeting the needs of the national economy in the professionals it needs. As a result, the issue of solving all the problems identified in the work, both in higher education itself and with higher education itself, becomes relevant. Based on the analysis, including the conclusions of experts and specialists in the field of higher education development, the needs of organizations for university graduates, a number of measures are proposed that allow, to a certain extent, to solve the existing problems in the area under consideration.

    The chapter considers the verb as the nuclear center of the grammar of the Russian language. Particular attention is paid to reflexive verbs, the method of their selection for study by foreign students. This is due to the fact that Russian reflexive verbs are part of speech, which is a certain difficulty for foreigners to study. The authors believe that studying the semantics and functioning of the Russian-language reflexive verb, as well as developing ways to teach foreign students how to use it in speech, it is important to focus on its position in the Russian dictionary system, the functions of phrasal organization of speech and text. It is necessary to pay attention to the complexity and relationship of grammatical categories, which are the form, tense, methods of verbal action in close adhesion with lexical meanings of verbs. An attempt is made to systematize the reflexive verbs selected for study, grouping them by topics in a more concise form.

    In this article, the author examines the activities of educational libraries at Russian-Karaite educational institutions of the Taurida province: the ministerial and Aleksandrovskaya Karaite religious schools, created in the post-reform period in the second half of the 19th century. The purpose of the article is to analyze the formation of educational and educational activities of scientific libraries at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, to study their role in the education of the Crimean Karaites. When preparing publications, we used documents stored in the funds of the State Archives of the Republic of Crimea, information contained in collections of school statistics of the specified period, as well as materials from pre-October periodicals. By replenishing the technical funds of the library of school and academic educational literature, as well as new works by Russian and foreign authors, students gradually became acquainted with the latest achievements of pedagogical and philosophical thought, increasing their educational, cultural and intellectual level. Based on the documents and materials studied, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that the libraries of Russian-Karaite educational bodies played a decisive role in the spread of education among Karaite youth in the Taurida province (gubernia).

  • The place of biblionyms in the onomastic space

    The work is devoted to the study of biblionyms as one of the most important components of onomastics. It examines the biblionymy of Chuvash, Russian and English fiction using the methods of continuous sampling, systematization and classification of material, descriptive-analytical and comparative approaches. At the moment, biblionyms have not been studied enough. At the same time, their study is relevant and significant, since the title can be the key to understanding the text. This work is intended to clarify the interpretation of the term “biblionym”. At the same time, the author examines the functions of biblionyms, their classification, and identifies the place of titles in the system of onomastic terminology of the languages under study, which in the future should contribute to the development of the general theory of onomastics. The author of the work suggests using the term “biblionym” to understand the name of any text. At the same time, from his point of view, there is a need to introduce into onomastic studies such terms as “microbiblionym” for the names of chapters, paragraphs and constituent parts of the text and “macrobiblionim” for the names of collections of texts. By its position, a biblionym is a means of connecting the text with the outside world, in particular with the reader. Based on the biblionym, the reader will be able to form an idea of the content of the text.

    The objective of the chapter is to elaborate suggestions for improving the mechanisms of building harmonious interfaith relations in the Arkhangelsk region. On the basis of statistical data and normative legal acts the current state of intergroup interaction is analysed and the regional policy guidelines for religious associations are identified. The authors confirm the predominantly peaceful nature of interactions in the multi-religious community. The need for more intensive actions on the part of both the authorities and the clergy to achieve the common objective of developing allied relations between confessions is emphasised. The experience of the implementation of measures for state regulation of interfaith relations in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The suggestions for the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region are formulated.

    The article considers the problem of ignorance of the Russian language by Red Army soldiers and junior commanders of the Red Army and the way out of this situation in 1941–1943 by political bodies. The language barrier during the Great Patriotic War affected not only the combat capability of units made up of representatives of different peoples of the USSR, but also led to conflicts. One of the methods of working with fighters of non-Russian nationalities was propaganda work in the native languages of these fighters.
