    Abstract:
    Tatiana is dedicated to fire and rescue sports as a unique phenomenon that arose at the junction of physical culture and vocational training. The historical development of the discipline is traced from the first official training in the USSR to modern international competitions organized under the auspices of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers. Special attention is paid to the outstanding records achieved by athletes, as well as modern challenges. Fire and rescue sports are considered as an important element of patriotic education, the formation of professional competencies and the strengthening of safety culture in society.

    This chapter describes the features of distance learning, reveals its advantages and disadvantages. The most effective Internet resources that facilitate the organization of online classes are described. Based on the results of the survey of schoolchildren, their positive attitude towards distance learning of the Russian language is proved.

    The chapter proves that the inclusion of a regional component in the process of teaching Russian is one of the most effective ways to form students' cultural competence. The educational and methodological aids for schools of the Kola North, providing a regional focus of Russian language teaching, are described in detail. Their structure is revealed, the main content is described, and examples of tasks are given. The results of the survey are presented, according to which the literature on linguistic local history is actively used by teachers of the Murmansk region.

    Abstract:
    The article substantiates the importance of studying the discipline "Russian and Foreign literature" in the training of cadets of military universities in Russia. It is noted that when reading and analyzing the works provided for in the program, future officers form ideas about the causes of socio-economic, military-political, moral and moral crises of different historical eras, and develop respect for the historical heritage. The educational role of fiction is substantiated, as well as the need for cadets of military universities to study the works of domestic and foreign writers about the war, during which not only the cultural horizons of future officers are expanded, but also high moral qualities of the individual are formed: a sense of patriotism, pride in their profession. It is summarized that the quality of patriotic education of future officers directly depends on their ability to resist the enemy, the ability to show fortitude and reveal the "Russian character", in critical moments to raise the fighting spirit of their colleagues, to be an example of a true patriot, ready to sacrifice his life for the sake of a lofty idea – the defense of the Fatherland, the protection of his people.

  • The ontology of the formation of state bilingualism in the Republic of Belarus by the end of the 20th century

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the description of the language situation in the Republic of Belarus. The author studies the status and functions of the Belarusian language in the lands that were historically part of several states and are currently Belarusian territory. The aim of the work is to establish the factors that determined the return to state bilingualism following a short period of using the Belarusian language as the only state language. The study is based on the analysis of published documents devoted to the description of the language situation, as well as the language policy pursued in the Republic of Belarus, starting from the 9th to the 20th centuries. The study is of a review nature. The following should be recognized as the main factors underlying the modern language situation in the country: a long time of the Belarusian language being in a diglossal distribution with more functionally developed languages; close relationship of the Russian and Belarusian languages; stigmatization of a mixed version of these languages; the inclusion of the territory of modern Belarus into the Russian Empire and the USSR; a more prestigious status for the Russian language in the world; the functioning of the Belarusian language as a symbol of ethnic identification of Belarusians, but not as a means of communication.

    The chapter presents the experience of qualitative assessment of students' mental abilities during the use of certain methods of sign language pedagogical examination of children with low results in educational activities. A clinical case is described in detail in the work of specialists of the territorial psychological, medical and pedagogical commission of the Nizhneudinsky district municipality, demonstrating the key symptoms of mental retardation due to the child's impairments in the third functional block of the brain – planning, programming, triggering, control and correction. The use of the basic principle of the pathopsychological experiment «qualitative analysis of the studied mental disorders», described by the founder of pathopsychology B. V. Zeigarnik, is demonstrated. A specific example reflects learning disabilities and the personal component of a student's thinking: criticality and self-regulation.

    In the article, the authors explored the main aspects of cooperation between Russia and Vietnam in the field of education. This topic is relevant because, in the context of scientific and technological advancement and the emergence of new technologies, education has become strategically important. The purpose of the article was to highlight the most significant aspects of the development of cooperation between these two countries in education, to examine the main trends in this area, and to determine the future prospects for this field. According to the authors, Russia and Vietnam have been pursuing a joint strategy to attract Russian and Vietnamese students to their higher education institutions and create favorable conditions for them to stay both in their home countries and within universities.

    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language to foreign citizens in Russian universities. Russian Russian as a foreign language is defined in the article, and the most common methods used in teaching Russian as a foreign language are outlined. It is emphasized that the importance of the text-based approach in teaching Russian to foreign citizens has increased recently. The important role of the text in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language is argued. It is noted that the text-forming approach highlights the text as the main unit of learning, that working with the text contributes to the formation and development of skills of all types of speech activity (reading, writing, listening, speaking), as well as develops grammatical skills, increases learning motivation. The interpretation of the concept of "text" by modern scientists is analyzed, the role of text in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language is determined. Much attention is paid to the study of work with scientific and professionally oriented texts, which is due to the special focus of these types of texts, which contribute to the formation of a theoretical framework of concepts, the integration of the meaning of all linguistic units, and the development of creative and cognitive abilities of foreign students. An example of complex work with professionally oriented text is given. The main types of tasks performed when working with text are systematized. It is summarized that working with the text forms general professional and universal competencies, contributes to the development of the use of professionally significant vocabulary and terminology in the process of communication.

    Physical training is a critically important aspect in the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, since cadets must have not only good health, but also a high level of physical fitness and performance to perform their official duties. The professional activity of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is connected with work in difficult and dangerous conditions, therefore physical training should be a priority not only in classes at universities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, but also in the independent training of cadets. Skill development and attention to independent physical training play an important role in this context, as they are associated with high responsibility for one's own level of physical fitness.
