Transgenerational transmission of psychotrauma through the maternal line: neurobiological mechanisms and family consequences
Proceeding
Social-Psychological Issues of a Contemporary Family: psychological and pedagogical support and mentoring- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko
- Work direction:
- Социально-психологические условия воспитания и развития личности ребенка в семье
- Abstract:
- This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed. It is proved that the healing process corresponds to a state of deep mental balance, described in spiritual traditions as samadhi,

- Abstract:
- The article addresses the pressing issue of skilled labor shortage in the metallurgical industry, caused by workforce aging and declining youth interest in industrial professions. An innovative approach to training future metallurgists is proposed through the introduction of the course "Formation of Professional Self-Awareness of the Future Metallurgist," based on the author's "Self-Awareness Development System." Particular emphasis is placed on developing personal maturity, conscious career choice, and a stable professional self-concept among students. To address workforce attrition, the retraining of older specialists via the "Instructor of Special Additional Education Courses" program is also proposed, fostering intergenerational knowledge transfer. The implementation of these initiatives could enhance the attractiveness of the profession, strengthen education-industry collaboration, and ensure sustainable development of the metallurgical sector

The level structure of teaching motivation
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:
- Galina A. Glotova
- Work direction:
- Глава 4
- Abstract:
- This chapter discusses a three-level model of learning motivation, which includes the levels of general and academic emotional orientation, as well as the level of specific learning motives. The study used the following methods: «General Emotional Orientation» (Dodonov, 1978), «Academic Emotional Orientation» (Glotova, 2025), «Diagnostics of University Students’ and High School Students’ Learning Motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Academic Motivation Scales» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation – Pilot Scales» (Glotova, Shipilova, 2025). The study, conducted using a Google form, was voluntarily and anonymously participated by 86 school students of grades 10–11 and college students. When processing data, correlation analysis (by Spearman) was used. The results of the study confirmed the hierarchical structure of learning motivation, which includes three levels with multiple significant correlations between them; despite the different names of the scales of three methods due to the theoretical and methodological preferences of the authors, a large number of significant correlations have been obtained between these scales; the scales of motives for subject activity in learning correlate more closely with each other than with the scales of communication motives, and vice versa, the scales of communication motives in learning correlate more closely with each other than with the scales of subject activity motives; the three levels of learning motivation are related to the categories of «activity», «actions» and «operations» of learning proposed by A.N. Leontiev (1975).

PHENOMENOLOGY OF THE FORMATION AND MECHANISMS OF DESTRUCTURING OF PRIMARY ANXIETY: INTERDISCIPLINARY ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESSES OF DISIDENTIFICATION WITH PERINATAL PATTERNS
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 11
- Abstract:
- This chapter conducts an interdisciplinary analysis of the genesis of constitutional anxiety rooted in the prenatal and perinatal experience of an individual. The phenomenon is considered through the prism of psychology, neuroscience, phenomenology, anatomy, neurophysiology, as well as esoteric and religious teachings, which allows us to form a holistic view of the mechanisms of the formation of the «unconscious body template». It is an incorporated emotional-hormonal complex of the mother, perceived by the fetus as its own basic reality. The paper postulates the need for the process of conscious disidentification with these prepersonal patterns as a key condition for the destructuring of pathological anxiety. Within the framework of the phenomenological approach, the process during which the conscious part of the psyche acquires the ability to observe and separate from unconscious bodily sensations, which leads to the cessation of the transmission of anxiety and the transition to a meta-position of understanding what is happening, is described in detail. Typical mistakes of psychotherapeutic practice that prevent effective work with this level of anxiety are analyzed. In conclusion, a specific step-by-step algorithm for psychotherapeutic work with clients is proposed, aimed at achieving a state of disidentification and gaining regulatory control over bodily and emotional states.

Linguistic-Axiological Peculiarities of Fiction as a Translatological Issue (Based on Short Stories by Ghanaian Writer Ama Ata Aidoo)
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 7 No 3- Author:
- Artem I. Yakovlev
- Work direction:
- World languages and literature
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to linguistic analysis of two short stories by Ghanaian writer Ama Ata Aidoo from the standpoint of linguistic axiology and translation studies. The research helps identify language and text markers of the author’s expressive means in 20 contexts taken from the short stories “For Whom Things Did not Change” and “Other Versions” from the short story collection “No Sweetness Here”. The axiologically filled contexts are identified based on the writer’s system of values as outlined by Russian and foreign literary critics. The research suggests that it is possible to delineate various language units functioning on all levels of the language – from phonology and graphics up to syntax. The axiologically marked units are then analysed from the perspective of translation studies in order to understand how the writer’s system of values can be expressed while translating her works into the Russian language. It is noteworthy that Ama Ata Aidoo uses a wide range of expressive means, often combining them, in order to convey her system of values. She also uses intertextual elements and titles for the same purpose. That said, the Russian translations of these short stories significantly transform the original texts, with some of these transformations being rather questionable. Nonetheless, the research makes it possible to assume that the system of transformations undertaken by translators helps them achieve the transmission of Ama Ata Aidoo’s values in Russian texts rather successfully.

- Abstract:
- This chapter provides a detailed review and description of the specifics of teaching reading at the secondary school level, including the types, skills, and abilities necessary for developing successful reading experience in English. Particular attention was paid to the goals of teaching reading, which are aimed not only at developing text perception skills, but also at developing critical thinking and understanding of semantic content in students. The research presents and analyzes a methodological technique – the «Fishbone» technique, purposed at developing reading skills. Its advantages were highlighted, such as structuring information, developing analytical thinking, and improving understanding of text material. It turned out that the use of this technique helps to activate students' cognitive activity and increase their interest in the language being studied. Thus, successful acquisition of reading skills in secondary school requires an integrated approach that combines knowledge of the age characteristics of students, a clear understanding of the learning goals, and the introduction of effective methodological techniques, such as the «Fishbone» technique. This makes the learning process more effective and exciting, creating a solid foundation for further language development.
