  • Formation and development of psychological knowledge in the higher pedagogical school of Russia

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the development of psychological knowledge in higher pedagogical education in Russia at the turn of the XIX–XX centuries. An explanation of the change in psychological knowledge is given, in connection with the historical fact of the definition of psychology as an independent science and its separation from the boundaries of philosophy during this period of time. Teaching institutions of Russia of the end of the XIX century are described, the content of education in them is explained, as well as the essence of higher pedagogical education of that time. The article also describes the higher pedagogical education of the beginning of the 20th century, in particular, the post-revolutionary period. The forms, essence and content of this formation are shown, as well as the level of contradictions that have arisen in the formation of that time.

    Abstract:
    The article is concerned with the problem of information and education system development as a new pedagogical system. The significance of the problem is conditioned by the mounting needs of developing digital economy and inner demand of the individual receiving higher education. The category of «information and education system» was studied and its major characteristic features were revealed; a general definition of the category in focus was formulated. A set of modified pedagogical technologies based on the information and communication technologies’ potential was researched with the purpose to identify its effectiveness on the realization of the «information and education system» as one of the pedagogical conditions. According the author of the article a set of modified pedagogical technologies should include: project based learning technology based on interactive methods of teaching, technology of contextual education, modular technology and proactive teaching technology. The basic principles uniting all chosen technologies are the principle of activity, selfsufficiency, creativity and productivity.

  • The use of modular technology in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++

    Abstract:
    The article shows the problems of developing educational programs and curricula in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FES of HE 3++). Federal Law №273 «On Education in the Russian Federation» states that the introduction of basic educational programs implies the use of structures for the design of educational activities, based on the principle of a modular understanding of the basic educational program. and curriculum design. The article proposed one of the options for the formation of such modules in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++. With this approach to educational programs formation in various areas of training students of higher education institutions, problems can be solved in the development of basic educational programs of previous FES of HE++, the labor costs of the teaching staff in developing various educational and methodical documentation can be optimized, the requirements of employers for the effectiveness of training future professionals can be taken into account.

    The article considers the role of culturological information in formation and development of cognitive interest for foreign language studies. A wish to study in Russia witnesses on the fact that foreign students have psychological readiness to study the Russian language, learn about Russian history and culture. The interest for Russian culture is a basis for the positive attitude to the language and a motive for studying it. As an example, the author gives topics for essays and public speeches used in classes of Russian as a foreign language.

    This article discusses the development of self-esteem in primary school age, its changes and factors of self-esteem in students from the first to fourth grades. The article gives the concept of self-esteem. The authors note that the primary school teacher should take into account the psychological, individual and differentiated approach to learning. Self-assessment of a junior schoolchild is an unstable phenomenon and becomes differentiated. This is manifested in the emergence of the emotional orientation of the general self-esteem and the child's ability to self-assess.

    This article deals with the issue of teaching a foreign language to children with disabilities using information computer technologies. The principles of creation of interactive programs and methods of their use are analyzed. Identified and justified the effectiveness of such programs for preschool children and primary school students. Based on the study of several popular online training programs, the degree of necessity and variability of their use for certain categories of children with disabilities are determined.

    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education.     The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized.     The author of the article notes that the legal culture determines the level of legal knowledge, legal understanding and legitimacy. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of the legal culture of the reign of Peter the Great. Attention is paid to causality and factors affecting the quality and condition of the legal consciousness and legal culture of the period under study looked through in the historical and legal context. The researcher concluded that the reforms of Peter I significantly changed the content of the legal culture of Russian society, primarily due to the increasing role of legislation and politics.

    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the main aspects of economic efficiency of annuity assurance policy in Russia. The general trends in the development of pension systems in the countries of the West, the difference between Russia and the West in this aspect are revealed. The author offers to make the pension system of Russia more socially just and close to the ideas of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The linkage of pension payments to the interest rate is seen as an ineffective and dangerous approach in modern Russian conditions to the organization of pension provision for the population, for which there is a negative Western experience. The purpose of this article is to designate the most suitable way for Russia to develop the pension reform within the framework of the review of the study of problems of increasing the efficiency of the pension system in Russia.

    Abstract:
    This work is a continuation of a series of papers [1–6] devoted to the development of fully geometrized physics on the basis of the Algebra of Signatures axiomatics. For shortening, the Algebra of Signatures is often called «Alsign». In the previous articles [1–6], metric-dynamic models of practically all elementary «particles» (fermions and bosons), included in the Standard Model (with the exception of «neutrinos» and Higgs bosons) were proposed. This monograph proposes metric-dynamic models of various «neutrino» varieties, and thus completes a full set of stable «vacuum» formations, which fully agrees with the elements of the Standard Model. The discussion of the possibility of the existence in the framework of Alsigna of a model representation of Higgs bosons is beyond the scope of this paper. However, it is already obvious now that the introduction of additional fields and entities is not required to explain the inert properties of stable «vacuum» formations.
