    Digital technologies are able to ensure a high increase in the efficiency of agribusiness. However, they are not being implemented as actively in the Russian agro-industrial complex as in many other industries, and in order for it to become truly digital, it is very important to stimulate communication between agricultural enterprises and innovative technology centers, and such a system should be built at a level closer to companies. The article examines the features of the application and development of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex in Russia.     Abstract:
    The article considers the intelligent automation of decision-making and management procedures that is being implemented in many areas of socio-economic practice, including financial and credit business processes, in trade and e-commerce (customer profiling, marketing micro-targeting), telecommunications, industry (technological control, robotics, neurocontrol, strategic planning and forecasting), intelligent automation also came to business management, to public administration. It is claimed that automation of personnel management is expanding (monitoring compliance with requirements, profiling and assessing KPIs, predicting conflicts and violations), unmanned vehicles and other neural network automation are used in medicine, the transport industry and agriculture; smart technologies come to education (in Moscow, a system of predictive analytics of the digital footprint of students is being tested to optimize and target educational services, help orientate in the future profession). The use of cognitive technologies in the creation of expert, advisory systems, decision support systems provides not only convenience and savings in time and effort, but gives rise to a variety of organizational, economic, ethical, social problems, giving rise to new risks. This study provides an overview of intelligent technologies that are used in social management, threats associated with the practical use of intelligent automation tools and decision support, ways and measures to reduce some of the risks associated with these threats.

    Abstract:
    The process of forming the motivation to learn as the basis for the effectiveness of the educational process continues to be a relevant object of research. The effectiveness of the learning process is largely determined by the students’ attitude to this process. The purpose of our research was to analyze the effectiveness of project methods using authentic materials to increase the motivation of middle school students to learn a foreign language. The study took place in the gymnasium during the on-the-job training. The experimental group consisted of students who were trained by «English» teaching materials by O. Afanasyeva and I. Mikheeva. In the experimental class the curriculum was supplemented with the application of the project method, game technologies and the use of authentic materials. The preparation of methodological materials for the study consisted of creating a technological map of the lesson and preparing additional materials and handouts for students. The article analyzes the results of the application of the project method with the use of game technologies and authentic materials for the formation of motivation to learn a foreign language at the middle stage of training. The article presents the results of a pedagogical study with an example of creating a technological map of a lesson, recommendations for increasing motivation to learn a foreign language at the middle stage of training. Based on the results of the study, the recommendations to increase motivation to learn a foreign language at the middle stage of education have been developed.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problems encountered during the transition to the distance learning format due to the introduction of quarantine measures for Covid-19. At the same time, it was the mass transition to a remote learning format that allowed us to determine the advantages and feel all the disadvantages of distance learning. Research methods. In this paper, we conducted sociological research in the form of a survey among parents of school leavers in Moscow. Students and teachers of the university of Ryazan on their satisfaction with the organization of distance learning, on the change in the level of academic load and on the possible consequences for the quality of education due to the transition to a remote learning format. According to the results of the study, problems of distance learning of a technical and organizational nature were identified, among which are: interruptions in the operation of online platforms due to overload; the lack of proper software for students, as well as the lack of direct face-to-face contact between students and the teacher; the requirement of strict self-discipline, motivation. The study made it possible to draw the conclusion that the distance form of education in its current implementation leads to a decrease in the quality of training of students of higher educational institutions and school students. To improve the effectiveness of distance education, it is necessary to intensify work on the development of new educational standards, on the application of new methods and tools of teaching.

    The relationship between the fundamentality and professional orientation of cadets of military university of simplification logical functions is shown, which consist in finding dead-end, and then minimal forms of it. A convenient minimization method to simplify the search for gluing terms is the use of Veitch diagrams.     The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

  • Analytical Forms of the Verb as a Structural Feature of the Grammar of the Chuvash Language

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to the consideration of the analytical forms of the verb in the Chuvash language and the issue of their inclusion in the system of grammatical categories along with synthetic forms. The work was carried out on the material of samples of Chuvash fiction using the functional-semantic method. The article presents a brief history of the study of this issue both in general in Turkic studies and in Chuvash linguistics. The author emphasizes that the existing undefined status of such combinations in the grammars of the Chuvash and other Turkic languages does not contribute to an adequate description of the corresponding forms and categories. Due to the fact that one of the components of analytical forms completely or partially loses its nominative meaning, while acquiring an official grammatical meaning, they have not become the subject of detailed study in the syntax section. But in morphology, they are also not studied to the proper extent due to the fact that more than one word is formally present in such combinations. The author believes that when applying the functional-semantic approach to the study of such combinations, it becomes clear that functionally these forms do not differ from synthetic forms and should be the subject of description at the morphological level. The conclusions of the research are supported by examples of specific analytical forms and are as follows: these forms are an integral part and structural feature of the Chuvash language grammar. As a prospect for further research, we can name a detailed study of the functional and semantic component of the analytical forms of the verb and the development of their classification.

    According to the model of the basic educational programme of higher education, an important condition on which the modernization process depends is the formation of the IEE (information and education environment) in higher education. The information and educational environment is defined as a set of information systems containing different types of support: technical and software, methodological, organizational and mathematical. These types of support are used in the educational process with the aim of effective training of specialists. Compliance with all the principles of construction ensures the effective functioning of the IT, which, in turn, ensures the quality training of a competitive specialist able to navigate in extreme situations and make adequate and timely management decisions.
