Проанализированы и дополнены теоретические представления о содержательной характеристике стратегического управления экономической безопасностью организации на основе методологических положений теории экономического анализа и вероятностного моделирования. Предложены аналитические процедуры внутреннего контроля уровня экономической безопасности организации, позволяющие оценить её комплексно с позиции деятельности самого экономического субъекта, учитывая его отраслевую специфику. Монография ориентирована как на магистрантов экономических направлений, практических работников, так и на широкий круг читателей, интересующихся названной проблематикой.

    This article focuses on the students' value orientations, modernized in the context of globalization; the necessity of a conscious approach development to the values of society, to their choice and the conscious expression of a subjective attitude towards them is noted. Purpose of the article is to receive the information about the students' value orientations as well as develop methods of values awareness and master them. Applied methods: modeling, reflection method, estimated categorization, interiorization. Results of the research: the students' value orientations were clarified, methods of their conscious choice were proposed, the attention was focused on values for the students' spiritual development. Conclusion: for the conscious choice of values and the manifestation of a positive or negative attitude towards them, one should have an idea of their structure.

    Авторы исследуют понятия «лингвистическая компетенция» и «языковая компетенция», указывая на некоторые особенности их трактовки в лингвистике. Описываются возможности по формированию языковой компетенции, имеющиеся в арсенале учителя при изучении имени существительного. В статье в качестве наиболее эффективного средства для этого рассматривается проблемное обучение с элементами моделирования и с опорой на личный опыт учащихся. Особая роль в формировании языковой компетенции принадлежит речевым играм разной степени сложности. А в связи с тем, что имена существительные являются самой многочисленной группой среди других категорий, грамотное употребление в речи различных их форм позволяет учащимся уверенно чувствовать себя в разнообразных речевых ситуациях.

    Abstract:
    The authors of the article focus on the difficulties experienced by younger students in mastering the spelling norms of the Russian language. This is the inability to immediately distinguish in the consciousness of the signified and signifying, the inability to correctly determine the word stress and a number of others. The teacher should know the methods of formation of students ' concept of "phoneme" and the ability to recognize other phonetic units of the language. It is emphasized that the phonetic work should precede the graphic one, based on the development of the speech-motor apparatus. The authors present a description of some methods of formation of the phonetic competence, such as: exercises on the distinction between words as lexical units and as a "phonetic word", the correct syllabification, accent, modelling, awareness similarsocial functions.

Среди таких сфер можно выделить архитектуру, дизайн и строительство. Различные компьютерные программы помогают решать инженерно-технологические задачи, развивать пространственное мышление, логику. Изучение программных продуктов формирует профессиональные компетенции, происходит вовлечение детей и подростков в научно-техническое творчество и способствует самоопределению учащихся в выборе профиля обучения. С помощью компьютерных технологий сегодня можно воплотить в жизнь абсолютно любую, самую необыкновенную и сумасшедшую идею. Понятие утопичности архитектуры уничтожено цифровыми технологиями. Наряду с такими программными комплексами, как SketchUp, Blender, дом 3D, Sweet Home 3D, Autodesk Tinkercad и др., есть доступная программа, которая также работает через браузер, в онлайн-режиме, как и Autodesk Tinkercad, предназначенная для онлайн 3D-моделирования и проектирования, – Clara.io. В статье рассматриваются возможности Clara.io – полноценной программы, в которой можно создать как простые, так и довольно сложные объекты, освоить основные приемы и механизмы архитектурного проектирования и моделирования. В процессе моделирования развивается познавательный интерес к информационным технологиям, формируется информационная культура обучающихся. Творческий потенциал в современном обществе очень ценится в любой профессии, поэтому его нужно раскрывать как можно раньше.

    The given article says about the process of IT development of education. Nowadays the said process becomes the most important factor of the extension of the practice of the implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process. The authors of the article gave the detailed definition of the pedagogic test. The article contains requirements for pedagogic tests and its main characteristics, expressed by such indices as reliability, validity and efficiency, as well as discloses its essence and provides formulas for its calculation. The opinion was made that in terms of the application of module educational technologies the testing becomes one of effective forms of the control of students’ knowledge level.

    Внутренняя потребность в творческой деятельности рассматривается психологами и педагогами как объективная закономерность развития личности. Творческий потенциал в современном обществе очень ценится в любой профессии, поэтому его нужно раскрывать у детей как можно раньше. Природа всех детей одарила талантами и способностями, но зачастую они не знают этого. И поэтому для дальнейшего становления личности очень важно именно раннее выявление одаренности, так как в период дошкольного, младшего школьного детства ребенок наиболее открыт и искренен в своих проявлениях. Проектная деятельность, о которой идет речь в данной статье, помогает раскрыться ребенку, узнать о своих творческих способностях и помочь развить эти таланты с помощью определенной работы над ними. Проектируя и изготавливая объект, ребенок учится думать, представлять, проектировать, моделировать, анализировать, корректировать, а самое главное реализовывает и раскрывает свой интерес. Всё начинается с построения простейших фигур, чертежей при помощи карандаша и линейки и переходит в серьёзный труд над развитием навыков работы в различных компьютерных программах, и работой со сложной 3D-техникой, используя 3D-моделирование и проектирование.

    Abstract:
    The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.
