    Abstract:
    The dominance of the technocratic model of civilization development has led to a number of global problems, each of which threatens the destruction of humanity. The most terrible of the threatening catastrophes is the anthropological one, the destruction of the human being in man. The necessity for comprehensive humanization of all spheres of human activity is argued. Humanitarization of higher technical education is considered the most important mechanism and means of forming a professional's humanitarian culture. The article presents the results of a study where a technical university students’ attitude to the study of Humanities was analyzed. The article reflects the problem of training teaching staff for technical universities and considers the reserves for improving the quality of training of undergraduates as prospective teachers. A three-stage model of undergraduates’ comprehensive training for professional and pedagogical activities of a technical university teacher is presented.

    Abstract:
    The ecology of a new Persian continuum culture, represented in two hypostases-states: the Iranian discourse and the Iranian dispositif is examined in the work. The Iranian discourse is considered on the basis of the introduction to the English translation of «Shahnameh» by Firdausi, composed and published by Arthur George and Edmond Warner in the early twentieth century. The Iranian dispositif is studied on the material of the Iranian media at the beginning of the twenty first century. The methodological basis of the work is the hermeneutical method, the phenomenological approach, and the linguistic topology. The structural units of analysis are linguoecological variables, or existentials, represented by text examples. The analysis makes it possible to draw conclusions about the ontological dimension of the Iranian discourse and the strategic imperative of the Iranian dispositif, determined by the ontological security of the Iranian society and the institutional culture of the Shanghai cooperation organization.

    Abstract:
    This paper investigates the possibility for using the proposed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing as well as knitting production and implementation of technology of reused yarn recycling, including using back winding of defective semi-finished products, spooling the thread with its simultaneous steaming and processing with emulsion to improve the properties of reused yarn. The main purpose of this article is to study the physical and mechanical properties of reused yarn in order to obtain high-quality products. The issue of ensuring the operational reliability of the developed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing and knitting production is considered.

    The work examines the methodological aspects of the cognitive activity of the investigator: the subject and object of activity are characterized, the requirements for the psychological qualities of the investigator are determined. The structure of the investigator's activity in the investigation of a crime is presented. The authors conclude that the investigator's work is a complex, intense psychological activity. The success of the investigator's professional communication is ensured by his ability to take all psychological factors into account and use them to solve the task that he is faced with.

    Abstract:
    A rapid development of modern society and the change in power balance on the world stage (arena), the continuous increase of professional tasks complexity, place special demands on the management of military educational institutions. Planning is an important element of the military educational activity management system. The authors substantiated the need to develop software tools that provide information support to complex (integrated) approach to planning and organization of high institutions’ educational activity within the unified information and educational environment. The main problems that arise when using the information and educational environment of a military university, taking into account its specifics are identified. The authors present a structural model of electronic information and educational environment that allows to increase the coordination of the activities of the military universities leaders and teaching staff in the organization and management of educational activities.

    Концепция модернизации российского образования рассматривает более широкое внедрение цифровых технологий как одно из приоритетных направлений развития образования, в том числе и последипломного. Применение дистанционных технологий позволяет интенсифицировать и развить творческие и интеллектуальные способности врача посредством открытого доступа ко всем автоматизированным консультативным системам диагностики, прогнозирования и выбора лечебной тактики в различных клинических ситуациях. В настоящее время можно констатировать изменение предпочтений слушателей относительно средств обучения. Пособия на бумажных носителях практически не пользуются спросом. Сегодня предпочтение отдается виртуальным учебным пособиям, размещенным на сервере учебного заведения, базам данных с библиотеками, справочниками, словарями и т. д., доступными в оперативном режиме. В современных условиях совершенствование системы последипломного медицинского образования должно опираться на использование инновационных цифровых технологий обучения, позволяющих достичь высокого уровня профессиональной компетентности врачей.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of studies on the creation of managerial tools for further use in public sphere. The main idea of a work is to create a transparent system of calculation of funds allocated by the state treasury for needy persons, as state assistance. Implementation of the project includes general study of properties and subtleties of working with big data, knowledge of mathematical logic, algebra and number theory, availability of programming skills. The Python was chosen as the programming language, as it includes a large number of libraries for comfortable work with data, and is visible in use. It should be noted that today the number of families with many children throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 340,377 thousand families, the number of families with a small income of about 391thousand pieces, the number of single parents receiving state benefits aspires to 125 thousand people. The existence of such an acute issue in the area of assistance to those in need encouraged the State to allocate funds to close the problem. The software platform studied in this article serves for visual information of citizens.

    Автор статьи уделяет особое внимание физической подготовки будущих специалистов пожарно-спасательных служб, где особенно важным является развитие такого физического качества как ловкость. Автор подчеркивает, что именно это физическое качество обладает первостепенным значением в деятельности, где предъявляются высокие требования к координации движений, приспособлению к быстро меняющейся ситуации и сознательном корригировании движений. Для развития более высокого уровня ловкости в статье автором рассматриваются следующие специальные методы: метод многократного выполнения упражнения с последующим измерением точности по времени, пространству и мышечному усилию; метод «контрастных заданий»; метод «сближаемых заданий».

    В статье кратко рассматривается проблема охраны нематериального культурного наследия Китая, в частности, народных песен этнических меньшинств. Подчёркиваются в этом контексте важные организующие функции региональных колледжей и университетов. Автор подчеркивает, что музыкальный фольклор выступает ценным творческим ресурсом системы педагогического образования, в которой объединяются фундаментальные теоретические исследования, практическое применение и реконструкция этого жанра. Автор также отмечает, что необходимо взаимодействие всего университетского сообщества по сохранению культуро-этнической среды регионов Китая в сочетании с междисциплинарными методами исследования, многоуровневой методологией, а также исполнительским творчеством. Автор приходит к выводу, что для создания оптимальных условий сохранения и популяризации жанра народной песни в системе музыкально-педагогического образования в Китае необходимо укрепить кадровый преподавательский состав университетов, а также кардинальным образом скорректировать систему учебных программ, которая сочетала бы в себе этническую и академическую музыку, что позволит объединить общие концепции музыкального образования с междисциплинарной этномузыкологией и интегрировать их в учебный процесс средней школы.

    The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.

Данная дисциплина входит в учебный план профессиональной подготовки магистров по направлению «Конструирование изделий легкой промышленности». Учет действующих профессиональных стандартов и современных вызовов инновационной экономики легли в основу разработки концепции и создания представленного информационно-методического обеспечения. Разработанный образовательный контент учитывает требования к обеспечению условий доступности образовательной среды для студентов, поэтому опора на литературные и учебные материалы рабочей программы дисциплины обеспечена электронно-образовательными ресурсами, концентрирующими ряд важнейших научно-технологических достижений в технологиях лёгкой промышленности, расширяя сферу внедрения продукта во многих высших учебных заведениях страны.
