    Abstract:
    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

    The creation of the famous format for storing and broadcasting audio data – mp3 solved at one time the problem of high-precision transmission of human speech via telephone lines. But soon a real revolution took place in the world of telecommunications – a fiber-optic cable and an ISDN digital communication network were created. The developers switched to another idea – efficient encoding and compression of audio signals. The scientist who first drew attention to the fact that optimal compression of audio content is impossible without taking into account the features of the human hearing aid was Karlheinz Brandenburg, the "progenitor" of the mp3 format.

    The management of information flows (data) of national statistical services requires the development of mechanisms that ensure a broad description of statistical indicators included in the statistical work plan of the relevant organizations, consistent with certain norms (requirements). The article examines the key approaches to the formation of "quality passports of statistical indicators" and assesses the possibility of applying the relevant experience in Russian practice. It is noted that the "passport of the quality of statistical indicators" should be a continuation of the already existing "passports of indicators" presented in the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System.

    Abstract:
    Today, during the period of the sanctions impact on Russia by foreign unfriendly countries, the role and importance of the regulatory function of foreign economic activity, the need for its improvement and adaptation to the changed conditions are increasing as never before. In this way, the author considers the tools of currency and export control, as well as tariff and non-tariff methods of regulation to be the most effective. Using the example of the customs industry, scientists conducted a retrospective study of the possibilities of intensification of existing activity algorithms. The reliability of the obtained results is ensured by the use of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches to the reference points of the studied problem. The conclusion is made about non-compliance with the balance of priorities (the predominance of the fiscal function over law enforcement), excessive liberalization of Russian legislation in foreign economic activity, relatively weak interdepartmental interaction. Measures are proposed to correct of imperfections by improving the risk profile and a number of other measures.

This is especially true for industrial enterprises. The problems of low competitiveness of industrial enterprises, limited resources for their effective performance, low level of human resources require changes in economic activity using effective management methods, high efficiency of business processes and increased competitiveness of business entities, which should become the basis for the formation of new models of economic activity of industrial enterprises on The basis of the composite model is the selection of the optimal outsourcing, which provides an increase in the efficiency of the production process of the industrial enterprise.

At the end of the XX century, Russians and Ukrainians gained their national statehood.     The article is devoted to the problem of metacognitive competence formation and self-regulation. The aim of the work is to identify the features of self-regulation of educational activity in metacognitively competent students. The concepts of “metacognitive competence”, “metacognitive knowledge”, “metacognitive regulation”, and “self-regulation” are clarified in the article. Methods of research. The study was conducted at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of FSBEI of HE “Petrozavodsk State University” with freshmen and second year students, studying in the program 44.03.02 “Psychological and pedagogical education”. Methods of studying metacognitive competence and self-regulation were used to test the hypothesis; the data obtained were processed according to the F-test. Analysis of the results of the research showed that metacognitive competent students have a high level of development of the self-regulation system and regulatory properties of personality. The author outlines that among the stylistic features of self-regulation of metacognitive competent students are high level of independence and flexibility, the predominance of orientation to achieve success, activity in setting goals, etc. It is concluded that the results obtained can be used to determine the directions for further study of the relationship between metaprocesses and self-regulation, and the development of programs for the development of self-regulation of students' educational activities.
