Опыт проведения подобных занятий показал, что интерактивная форма проведения занятий помогает лучше развивать познавательную деятельность и позволяет школьникам приобретать определённые практические навыки.

    Abstract:
    В данной статье рассматриваются особенности развития одаренных детей в условиях реализации Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта начального общего образования, раскрываются понятия «одаренность», «умственная способность» «познавательная потребность», «интеллектуальная деятельность». Авторами дается краткая характеристика уровней познавательной активности, разработаны рекомендации для педагогов по работе с одаренными детьми в рамках деятельности детской организации МБОУ г. Иркутска СОШ №34 «Университет таинственных явлений». Рассматривается особенность построения урочной и внеурочной деятельности, которая должна строиться таким образом, чтобы учащиеся могли проявить свои возможности в самых разных сферах деятельности. Это важно как источник приобретения новых знаний и нового опыта и должно служить основой для трансформации этих знаний в другие сферы деятельности в классах. Раскрываются факторы, влияющие на развитие одарённых учащихся и на выявление скрытой одарённости и способностей, при построении системы внеклассной воспитательной работы в школе.

    В статье представлены три основных направления деятельности Центра поддержки одаренных детей Саратовского национального исследовательского государственного университета имени Н.Г. Чернышевского: выявление одаренности, поддержка одаренности через создание условий для реализации возможностей способных, талантливых детей в научной, творческой среде университета, научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования связи самооценки креативности с ее фактическим проявлением, полученные при помощи тестов проб; проведен корреляционный анализ связи результатов тестов проб креативности и интеллекта. Описаны основные формы работы с одаренными и мотивированными школьниками 7–11 классов. Охарактеризовано научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми.

    The work covers theoretical and practical aspects of comparative studies in education systems.     Abstract:
    The article deals with the problems of professional training of persons serving sentences in correctional institutions. Getting basic general education by convicted persons is an effective means of correction and contributes to the further re-socialization of the individual after release. The article deals with the features of the educational process in relation to certain categories of convicts (disabled, minors). The authors have analyzed the foreign experience of the use of educational and vocational programs in relation to prisoners (on the example of programs in the USA) and drawn conclusions about the possibility of using this experience in peal institutions of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of educational programs in the institutions of the penal system, the authors have proposed revisions and additions to the articles 108 and 112 of the Criminal executive code of the Russian Federation.

    Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.
