    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the influence of group recreation methods on the adaptation of students with disabilities and disabilities (HLD) within the framework of the health-preserving environment of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman. The author emphasize that the use of various methods of group recreation helps to improve the performance of students, as well as their emotional state and general activation. The use of these methods helps to create conditions that promote not only physical, but also psychological adaptation to the conditions of university life. In addition, the aspect of the influence of such an environment on the development of resistance to stress is considered, which is especially important for students with disabilities who may face additional difficulties in the learning process. Group classes conducted as part of recreational activities allow students to integrate into the student community, building self-confidence and social connections, which is a key factor for successful adaptation.

  • The sect of Khristovovery in the Ukrainian SSR

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the history of the oldest Russian sect of Hristovovery or Khlysty on the territory of Ukraine during Soviet times. The purpose of the work is to explore the existence of the Khlysty sect in the Ukrainian SSR, to consider some of the features of the spread of the sect and the details of its rituals. The source base of the research was unpublished operational documents of Ukrainian archives. Special studies devoted to the sect of Christ-believers in Ukraine during the Soviet period were not found. The article applies a materialistic understanding of history, which requires consideration of historical phenomena in development, in the unity of the logical and historical, i.e. in the unity of material and spiritual factors. In the course of the work, it was established that the Khlysty sect was recorded on the territory of the future Ukraine from the first half of the 18th century and spreads across those regions where the Great Russian population lived compactly: in Old Believer settlements in Starodubye (the future Chernigov region), in the Azov region. West of the Dnieper, the sect of Christian believers is not fixed. In Soviet times, state security agencies regularly reported the existence of Christian believers in the same areas where they existed in the pre-revolutionary period. A feature of the Christian faith in Soviet times was the merger of the sect with Orthodox movements that were in opposition to both the Soviet regime and the official Russian Orthodox Church.

    Abstract:
    The article discloses the logic of populism and nationalism, presents the rationale: when and why these discourses historically arise, and what function they perform in modern politics. First of all, nationalism and populism are internally intertwined, have a common structural origin, they cannot be completely separated from each other, even if it is possible to distinguish the ideal–typical logic of these phenomena. Secondly, nationalism and populism manifest themselves in various forms: the vitality of "banal" nationalism is accompanied by the almost ubiquitous presence of "subtle" populism. Thirdly, the problem of the relationship of nationalism and populism to modern democracy is, in principle, intractable. Nationalism and populism are absolutely necessary for the functioning of modern democracy, as they offer a solution to the border problem and the problem of political representation. Accordingly, without a minimum layer of nationalism and populism, the modern democratic community would disintegrate before it could form.

  • Bursyylis – singers of good: mystical practices and narratives

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the mystical component of the religious practice of the upper Vychegdas Orthodox community of bursyylisy 'singers of good' (Komi Republic). The community was organized by Stepan Ermolin, a native of the Myeldinsky pogost, a translator of sacred texts from Church Slavonic and Russian into the Komi language, in the 1900s. Religious services of the "singers of good" were held in the Komi-Zyryan language, in continuation of the traditions established in the 14th century by the First Baptist of the Vychegdas Perm people (ancestors of the Komi-Zyrians) St. Stephen, the first bishop of Perm. The current of bursylisy spread along the upper Vychegda, communities arose in the villages of Myeldino, Usty-Nem, Pozheg, Skorodum, Vylygort, Bogorodsk. For some community members, spirit-vision or "communication with the saints / the Mother of God / Christ" in a state of trance was typical. The article attempts to reconstruct the conditions, ways and methods of achieving altered states of consciousness by spirit-seers, and also explains the reasons for the sharp decline of this phenomenon in the 1950s.

    This article explores the transformation of China's media landscape, highlighting the shift from traditional news outlets to the emergence of new media platforms. Historically, news dissemination in China was dominated by state-controlled media organizations, limiting public participation and freedom of expression. However, with the advent of the internet, social media, and online news portals, the Chinese population now has unprecedented access to information and the ability to engage in public discourse. The rapid growth of social media platforms and the rise of online news portals have challenged the traditional notion of news reporting and provided more diverse perspectives. Nonetheless, the government's censorship efforts and control of content raise concerns about freedom of expression. This article concludes by discussing the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolution of media in China.
