    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается вопрос трансформации роли воспитателя детского дома в контексте реализации постановления Правительства РФ №481, которое определяет пребывание ребенка в организации для детей-сирот как временную меру. Авторы, опираясь на практический опыт, доказывают, что воспитатель выступает ключевым агентом в процессе комплексной подготовки ребенка к переходу в замещающую семью. Статья раскрывает основные направления деятельности педагога, выходящие за рамки присмотра и ухода: формирование реалистичных представлений о семейной жизни, коррекция дезадаптивных поведенческих моделей, развитие эмоционального интеллекта и бытовых компетенций. Особое внимание уделяется работе с травматическим опытом и личностной историей воспитанника как фундаментальному условию успешной интеграции в новую семейную систему. Делается вывод о необходимости целенаправленной и системной работы воспитателя по преодолению последствий институализации и формированию у ребенка готовности к жизни в семье.

    The chapter examines the phenomenon of resentment as a maladaptive communicative pattern underlying passive-aggressive manipulative strategies. Game psychotechnologies, in particular the method of transformational games, are considered as an effective tool for correction. On the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis (neurophysiology, integrative psychology), the mechanisms of the method's impact are revealed, including the activation of neuroplasticity, cognitive restructuring and development of mentalization skills. Theoretical provisions and empirical data on the effectiveness of the method are illustrated by a detailed analysis of a clinical case of correction of the «subservience-resentment» pattern in a 43-year-old woman. It is proved that game practice contributes to the formation of mature communicative strategies based on empathy and adequate perception of the needs of others, which is confirmed by catamnestic data

    В цифровую эпоху, когда искусственный интеллект (ИИ) становится центральным инструментом в сборе и анализе данных для маркетинговых коммуникаций, критически важной становится проблема этического использования технологий. Способность ИИ к глубокому анализу потребительских данных и высокоточной персонализации несёт как огромные возможности, так и значительные риски, включая вопросы конфиденциальности, предвзятости алгоритмов и потенциальных манипуляций. Традиционные подходы к подготовке специалистов по маркетингу не всегда учитывают эти новые этические дилеммы. В статье рассматриваются ключевые этические вызовы, возникающие при использовании ИИ для обработки данных: от вопросов согласия и защиты персональных данных до проблемы ответственности за решения, генерируемые алгоритмами. Предлагается модель формирования этических компетенций, включающая теоретическое осмысление этических принципов ИИ, практическое применение этических фреймворков при работе с данными и развитие критического мышления для распознавания и разрешения этических конфликтов.

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

  • Emotional Intelligence and Assertiveness: Aspects of the Relationship in Helping Professions Students

    In the contemporary world, characterized by high uncertainty and increasing demands on specialists, especially in helping professions, the development of key personal competencies becomes critically important. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationship between emotional intelligence and assertiveness in students preparing for helping professions. The study involved 100 students (aged 17–18) studying psychology and pedagogy. Emotional intelligence was assessed using methods by D. V. Lyusin, M. A. Manoylova, and N. Shutte. The level of assertiveness was measured using the V. P. Sheinov questionnaire. Statistical data processing was performed using Pearson's correlation analysis. The results revealed statistically significant positive correlations between all studied indicators of emotional intelligence and the level of assertiveness. The strongest relationships were found between assertiveness and intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence (Lyusin's method), the integral emotional intelligence indicator and the ability to manage one's own feelings (Manoylova's method), and the overall emotional intelligence score (Shutte's method). The data confirms the hypothesis of a close interrelationship between these constructs and emphasizes the need for targeted development of emotional intelligence and assertiveness during the professional training of future helping professionals. This will contribute to enhancing their professional effectiveness.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.
