    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation.     Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    Abstract:
    В работе рассматриваются актуальные проблемы правового регулирования договора коммерческой концессии в российском законодательстве. Исследуется противоречие между действующими положениями главы 54 Гражданского кодекса РФ и современными экономическими реалиями, связанными с цифровизацией бизнеса и развитием франчайзинговых сетей. Проведён анализ основных трудностей применения норм о концессии: неопределённость состава исключительных прав, избыточная формализация процедуры регистрации, сложности разграничения с лицензионными договорами, пробелы в регулировании последствий расторжения и налогообложения концессионных платежей. Сделан акцент на необходимости модернизации правового регулирования с учётом международного опыта и внедрения гибких механизмов защиты интересов участников франчайзинговых отношений. Представлены авторские предложения по корректировке законодательства в целях повышения устойчивости и прозрачности концессионных сделок.

    Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education.     The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     В статье представлена авторская концепция интегральной трансформации в адаптивной физической культуре, ориентированная на системное преобразование образовательной среды. Разработана и апробирована трехуровневая модель интеграции, сочетающая кинезиологический, социокультурный и личностно-ориентированный компоненты. Эмпирически доказана эффективность технологии «адаптивного ротационного модуля», позволяющей гибко корректировать содержание занятий в реальном времени. Результаты показывают статистически значимое улучшение интегральных показателей физического здоровья (на 34%), социальной включенности (на 41%) и академической успеваемости (на 18%) у обучающихся с ОВЗ.

    Произвольная регуляция поведения является ключевым психологическим механизмом успешной адаптации ребёнка, обеспечивая способность управлять действиями, эмоциями, вниманием и поведением в соответствии с социальной нормой. У детей с интеллектуальными нарушениями развитие произвольности затруднено вследствие особенностей познавательной деятельности, эмоционально-волевой сферы и недостаточной сформированности мотивации. В данных условиях семья выступает основным фактором, определяющим характер, темпы и успешность формирования регуляторных функций. В статье анализируется роль семейного воспитания, эмоционального климата и стилевых особенностей взаимодействия в развитии произвольной регуляции поведения. Представлены направления психолого-педагогической поддержки семей, воспитывающих детей с интеллектуальными нарушениями.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using gamification methods in the correctional and developmental education of primary school students with intellectual disabilities. In the context of implementing the principles of inclusive education, pedagogical technologies that can compensate for cognitive deficits and activate cognitive activity become particularly relevant. Based on the analysis of the works of L. S. Vygotsky, D. B. Elkonin, J. Piaget, and A. R. Luria, as well as modern empirical studies (N. A. Kotelevtseva, N. L. Karavaeva, and others), the article examines the mechanisms of the influence of game elements, such as point systems, level complexity, and immediate feedback, on the development of attention, memory, self-regulation, and social skills in this category of students. The article emphasizes the need for a thorough adaptation of gamified methods to the specific psychophysical characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities.
