    The rapid development of digital technologies certainly contributes to positive changes in any industry, certainly covering the field of education. This transition was called the "digital revolution". This is, first of all, the transition of mass education to high-quality education, which is conditioned by the formulation and solution of new tasks in the educational sphere. The article examines the process of integrating digital technologies into the educational process, the transition to a new stage of the digital age, defines some concepts and forecasts the prospects for the development of media education.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the relevant problem of integration of children with disabilities in society and the problem of interaction of the teacher-defectologist with the child's parents in the process of correctional and developmental work. The authors consider the functions of the defectologist and the features of pedagogical activity, emphasize the need to implement equal rights of children and the need to create special learning conditions for students with special educational needs. The article reveals the need for social and educational integration of children with disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The origin and development of cooperation between technical universities and educational and scientific organizations in Europe, Asia and Africa is studied. The article deals with the organization of international activities at the technical university. Examples of priority areas of development of the university in the field of international cooperation are given. It is noted that the current development of international activities affects the key performance indicators of the university and allows positioning it as a significant international scientific and educational university.

    Abstract:
    Authors of the article pay a special attention to the consideration of traditions and innovations in the dynamics of ethnosocial organism development, since the last decade, the blurring of lines of ethnocultural identity on a global scale has become more obvious. Aggressive penetration into the territory of many states by a pro-Western faceless pseudo culture led to a loss of life orientation at the genetic level and the prospects for the existence of most ethnic groups. The aim of work is to search, identify and analyze the main structure-forming principles, the main provisions of which can preserve a unique and inimitable core of ethnocultural organism in a practical application, give a vector of a further more qualitative state. Methods. Using the principles of formal logic, functionalism, and a systematic approach, it was possible to determine the stages of the origin, transformation, and structural integration of cultural innovations in the ethnic environment. Characteristics of each stage from the side of a positive direction as well as a negative one, leading to the degeneration and decay of the ethnocultural system, is presented. As a result of the study, methodological approaches to preserving ethnic cultures, based on traditional ties in relations within the people were identified. These principles are, in authors’ opinion, invariable mechanisms of the dynamic, progressive development of any ethnic group, if the ethnocultural identity of all mankind is perceived as a conscious, creative way for the development and preservation of an ethnos.

  • The Results of Experimental Approbation of the Content-Language Integrated Module Introduction For 6th Grade Students in English Lessons

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the essence of one of the innovative forms of educational process organization in foreign language lessons – content-language integrated learning. The purpose of the study is the development and the approbation of the educational module based on this technology for 6th grade students in English lessons on the topics «Mathematics», «Biology», «Chemistry» and the search for ways to introduce it into the programs of secondary educational institutions. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: structural analysis method (in order to identify the structure of lesson planning in the framework of content-language integrated learning); synthesis method (to characterize individual features of content-language integrated learning, to form a holistic view of it); comparative analysis, pedagogical experiment, method of concretization and generalization, systematization of the obtained data, as well as analysis of linguistic, scientific, methodological and pedagogical literature on the topic of research and methodological developments, manuals and materials of periodic publications. As a result, the advantages of using this technology in the modern educational process in secondary school were identified, they proved the feasibility and prospects of introducing this methodological model into the programs of secondary educational institutions, as well as the need to prepare future teachers for the development of teaching materials for content-language integrated lessons.

    The article is devoted to the consideration of fundamental changes of natural ecosystems occurring under the conditions of modern technogenesis. The author points out that the most important component of the emerging geosystem is the soil, which, unlike air and water, is most affected by the anthropogenic press. The author comes to conclusion that ongoing processes require a comprehensive understanding of the development trend of complex natural patterns under the conditions of a cardinal transformation of soils through the integration of scientific knowledge generated by a practice-oriented approach.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the innovative pedagogical searches in the field of the use of constantly developing information and communications technologies (ICT) in Russia and China. A comparative analysis of types of teaching was carried out taking into account the active use of information and communications technologies. Chinese experience is of great interest to Russian teachers due to the rich Chinese philosophy, national traditions and pedagogical knowledge. Russia and China have deep historical, integration, economic and cultural ties. The system of Chinese education brought the country to the leading position in the world and to the second place in the economy. The author reveals similarities in the education system of Russia and China. Positive achievements in the education systems of each of these countries are mutually enriching each other, acquiring a global character. At the same time, the Chinese education system has a number of achievements that have to be integrated into the Russian education system. The study compares the traditional and innovative types of teaching in Russia and China in terms of indicators: an approach to teaching, a dominant idea, a goal, centering on the subject of activity, teacher (instructor) roles, student roles, values on which a teacher (an instructor) relies, advantages, disadvantages, main results. The study identifies the essential characteristics of the types of teaching and makes it possible to establish that, at a theoretical level, the traditional and innovative types of teaching are opposed, but in practice they organically combine, complement and reinforce each other. China's experience in the use of ICTs in education is invaluable in the implementation of the modernization of education in Russia.

    Abstract:
    The tasks of increasing the motivation and cognitive activity of students in the process of studying the natural sciences are considered in the article. Improving traditional and introducing non-standard pedagogical technologies, improving the efficiency and quality of education in preparing students are analyzed by the author. It is shown that with the help of interdisciplinary connections, the tasks of developing natural science and practice, developing the ability of future specialists to adapt to rapidly changing production conditions are solved. The main direction of collective creativity in conducting lectures and practical exercises is interpersonal integration. It is shown that the laboratory practicum is a stimulus for the development of an integrative style of thinking.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problems of professional training of persons serving sentences in correctional institutions. Getting basic general education by convicted persons is an effective means of correction and contributes to the further re-socialization of the individual after release. The article deals with the features of the educational process in relation to certain categories of convicts (disabled, minors). The authors have analyzed the foreign experience of the use of educational and vocational programs in relation to prisoners (on the example of programs in the USA) and drawn conclusions about the possibility of using this experience in peal institutions of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of educational programs in the institutions of the penal system, the authors have proposed revisions and additions to the articles 108 and 112 of the Criminal executive code of the Russian Federation.
