- Traditional Russian spiritual and moral values are life, dignity, human rights and freedoms, patriotism, citizenship, service to the Fatherland and responsibility for its fate, high moral ideals, strong family, creative work, priority of the spiritual over the material, humanism, mercy, justice, collectivism, mutual assistance and mutual respect, historical memory and continuity of generations, the unity of the peoples of Russia. They were formed in connection with the process of formation and strengthening of statehood. This led to the formation of Russia as a civilizational state. This quality captures the current state of Russian statehood, which, unlike a national state or a nation-state, accommodates an entire civilization that arose as a result of the unity of people who are different in their ethnic, confessional, cultural affiliation, but united on the basis of common spiritual and moral values.

- The chapter provides an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented studies of the problem field, actualizing the need to preserve cultural and historical memory and the formation of civic identity of young people in the territory of the Russian Federation and the newly annexed territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. The authors consider the axeological and regulatory foundations of civic and patriotic education in the modern socio-cultural space, identify the semantic field of the categories «cultural and historical memory» and «civic identity», present various mechanisms and factors influencing the formation of cultural and historical memory and civic identity. The material presents the cultural landscape of the newly annexed territories from a geographical point of view. - The article presents the results of students' project-research activities carried out within the work of the scientific circle and project gas pedal of the Department of Human Resources Management at Volga Region Institute of Management named after P. A. Stolypin – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. P.A. Stolypin Volga Institute of Management – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The aim of the article is to study and analyze the models of professionalism of managerial activity of famous Russian and Soviet statesmen in the research-historical retrospective. The material of the manuscript is an experimental approbation of the method of reconstruction of the psychological profile of famous historical figures. In particular, the famous Soviet aircraft designer S.P. Korolev. The methods of research include the analysis and synthesis of biographical and autobiographical material, questioning of experts with the help of standardized interviewing techniques. Also, the article considers in detail the stages of professional development according to E.A. Klimov, including 8 phases. R.M. Belbin's «Group Roles» test identified the dominant roles in team interaction. By the method of Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlov, G.M. Manuilov styles of professional-activity communication were revealed, psychodynamics was measured by A. Bass and A. Darkey questionnaire. Conclusions on the set of competencies and psychological characteristics that ensure the successful implementation of professional activity are presented as the results of the study. In particular, the thesis about the uniqueness of the biographical contour that forms an individual managerial style is expressed.

Reflection of Historical Time in Kazakh Documentaries

- The article deals with the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time in Kazakh documentary films. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the use of time in the depiction of the spiritual world, national customs and traditions in the films of documentary film masters OrazAbishev, BakhytGafu-Kaiyrbekov and others. Based on the formal stylistic method, the significance of historical time in documentary films is explored. The author, considering the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time in the Kazakh documentary, concludes that in the Kazakh documentary film, the reflection of the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time has gone through several stages of formation, and was closely connected with the social, political phenomena taking place in the country. In conclusion, the stages of the formation of Kazakh documentary cinema are listed from the point of view of reflecting historical time and it is argued that: 1) the first stage is associated with the establishment of Soviet power in Kazakhstan, with the ideology and politics of socialism (1927–1930); 2) the second stage is connected with the reflection of people's memory and history on the documentary film screen in the conditions of the political, social atmosphere of Kazakhstan in the 1960s (1960–1970); 3) the third stage reflects the processes of returning to the origins of national consciousness, people's historical memory (1990–2020).

On the Problem of Rational Use of the Potential of the Natural and Cultural Heritage of the Crimea: Features of Development Based on the Concept of a Unique Historical Territory

- The article is devoted to the problem of rational use of the potential of natural and cultural heritage objects. The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the development of Crimean tourism and local history organizations urgently requires practical measures to modernize socio- and ethno-cultural activities, and also leads to the search for new forms of interaction with local museums and the development of innovative methods and principles of preserving cultural and historical heritage. The author of the article considers the ecomuseum project "Belbek Valley" as an opportunity to reconstruct the appearance of rural dwellings of the 8-9 centuries. He raises the question of the materialization of such a reconstruction, the creation of a museum complex that will clearly present an early medieval rural settlement. The purpose of the article is to give an idea of the initial stage of design, i.e. the identification of the main objects of the prospective territory of the Crimea, followed by the development of a comprehensive program for the development of the region on the principles of the concept of unique historical territories. The materials for the study were natural monuments, archaeological sites, medieval historical and cultural memorials of the Crimean Peninsula. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the uniqueness of the ecomuseum project "Belbek Valley" was substantiated. The conclusion of the article is made about the mountainous southwestern part of the Crimean Peninsula as a unique territory, which is a holistic, dispersed museum, full of monuments of nature, history, and culture.

But the fraternal peoples have in common memories of the indigenous ethnic unity of Ancient Russia, of the epic three heroes who defended Holy Russia, of the canonical saints of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, today we are all witnessing attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to rewrite the pages of our common history.

- The paper attempts to dive into the problem of the formation of a possible person from the position of the transdisciplinarity of the existing knowledge about a single substance (B. Spinoza), cognizability of the world (I.M. Sechenov), personality and society (N.A. Berdyaev), man in culture (M.K. Mamardashvili, V.P. Zinchenko), the problem of the ideal (E.V. Ilyenkov), objectivity and subjectivity of consciousness (M.M. Bakhtin, G.G. Shpet), as well as cultural-historical, activity paradigms of human mental development (L.S. Vygotsky, A.R. Luria, A.N. Leontiev, etc.), cultural-analytical approach. Since the truth, according to M.M. Bakhtin, is fundamentally incompatible within the limits of one consciousness, we invited outstanding thinkers of the past and present from various fields of science and art to a correspondence dialogue. After all, truth is always eventful, it is born at the point of contact of different consciousnesses. The limitations of scientific concepts in understanding the essence of the movement of a holistic person to a possible person are overcome by the presence of living metaphors in the text. The starting point in the reasoning is the thesis about the vital bodily-spiritual unity of a child who naturally lives simultaneously in the past, present, future, real and imaginary worlds, endowed with the main passion of a person – to be, to be fulfilled, to take place. The main issue discussed in the article is the possibility of a child reaching the ultimate state, striving for which he can become a possible person, able to form himself personally, despite any external circumstances (M.K. Mamardashvili), that is, constantly in various activities and actions to perform an act of surpassing himself. A number of arguments are given in favor of this. Among them: the presence of unlimited development potentials in the newborn in the form of fused sensory-emotional-motor reactions (innate reflexes) and extreme sensitivity to environmental influences, thanks to which the child is able to accept any trajectory of development under the influence of a «humanized and humanizing environment»; the appearance of elements of thought from feeling; the emergence of memory – the primary fact of personality, and the unity of universal and individual consciousness associated with it, familiarization with the material Universe – from its timeless beginning to its timeless end; substantiation of the thesis that a person is not a set of functions, and a certain dynamic integrity of a person means that the main thing in teaching and upbringing is, based on the natural biological laws of development, the introduction of the child with universal values in joint – dividing activity, Intermediary Action in terms of B.D. Elkonin [17; 29; 38; 39], stimulating living acts that contribute to the manifestation of the student's abilities and efforts of a historical person embedded in a cultural subject; his comprehension of the meaning of life situations, their creative understanding, the emergence of an experience of the responsibility of an act as the first phenomena of possible human development.

- Faithful military fortification, founded in the middle of the XIX century in the south-eastern outskirts of the Russian Empire, was located far from the center of the state with a turbulent political and social life. At the same time in the middle of the XIX century, there is interest in the history of Russia, memoirs, internal politics and social sciences in general, that leading to the emergence of an unprecedented hitherto the number of periodicals historical themes. This article explores references to the city / Verny Fortification in the "Historical Gazette", "Notes of the Fatherland", "Russian Archive", "Niva", "Russian Gazette", "Russian Antiquity", "Russian Thought" and a number of other publications. Identified during the study, articles and notes on the city of Verny allow us to get an idea of what exactly the city remembers to travelers, what specific information about it was reflected in historical journals published between 1854 and 1917 in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

- In human culture, since ancient times, fiction has developed as a mirror of time. Therefore, a dual understanding of time is reflected in the poetics of the work: firstly, it is the time that is connected with the narrative and is developed in the plot of the work (artistic time), and secondly, it is the time, the epoch of writing the work itself (historical time). The artistic image of the time is reflected not only in historical genres, but also in all other genres and styles of literature. The historical era of writing a work can be captured in the thoughts and worldview of the characters, in the conflict being developed, the subject matter and the problems involved. The relevance of the study is related to the fact that the tragic periods of history depicted in the work must be analyzed through the worldview and moral standarts of the people. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to identify the philosophical and aesthetic connection between the artistic time continuum and the historical epoch. The subject of the research in this article is the novelette of the literary scholar and prose writer Georgy Fedorov “Ai, mantaran hir mulkaci” ("Oh, poor hare »). In the course of the study, the following results were obtained: in an artistic and philosophical work, the category of time becomes both a method of deepening the character's personality, and an indicator of the figurative model of the world, and the subject of research.
