    Abstract:
    This article presents a critical analysis of marketing strategies and ethical aspects of neurological coaching (neurocoaching) promotion within the Russian-speaking information space. Based on an examination of training organizations' materials, the study identifies key issues in marketing communications, including the use of pseudoscientific terminology, exploitation of the "seductive allure" of neuroscience, and unsubstantiated promises of results. The research reveals significant gaps between neuroscientific evidence and claims made in neurocoaching promotional materials. Recommendations are proposed for the ethical promotion of neuroscience-informed coaching practices that adhere to scientific accuracy and transparency standards. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on evidence-based approaches in coaching and highlight the need for greater scientific rigor in the application of neuroscientific concepts to coaching practices.

    Abstract:
    In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

    The article analyzes the potential of integrating art coaching methods and transformational games as a tool for addressing business challenges. Using the transformational games Igra Atlantov "Alkhimiya Mechty” and “Put’ Bogatstva" (by Yuri Muradyan) as examples, the article examines the mechanisms by which the combination of visual metaphors, game mechanics, and coaching technologies can facilitate the acceleration of awareness and solution-finding processes. Typical business challenges are described, and case studies illustrating the application of this approach for various client categories (experts, entrepreneurs, top managers, HR specialists) are provided. The theoretical foundations and potential limitations of the method are also discussed.

    Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the role of transformational coaching in combination with game practice in the formation and development of self-consciousness of the individual. The scientific concept of transformational coaching, its historical roots, key features and methodology are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the "Self-Consciousness Development System" (SRS) as tools that activate reflection, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. It is proved that the synthesis of coaching and game practices creates conditions for the deep transformation of the personality, overcoming internal barriers and the formation of a stable self-consciousness. The results of the study are based on an interdisciplinary analysis of psychological, pedagogical and philosophical theories.     This study investigates the effects of generative AI (GAI) on higher education, drawing on survey data from Tomsk State University (TSU) faculty who underwent GAI training. The results demonstrate that GAI substantially alters course planning, student-faculty interaction, and the instructor's role. While GAI offers opportunities for enhanced efficiency, enriched learning, and personalization, it also presents risks related to academic integrity, overdependence, and reliability. The findings underscore the importance of comprehensive faculty training and robust institutional infrastructure to support GAI implementation.

    Abstract:
    The study presented in this article is devoted to the study of professional deformation of personality of educational psychologists, with an emphasis on emotional burnout syndrome (EBS). The methodological basis of the study is the diagnostics of the level of emotional burnout, carried out using a questionnaire developed by V.V. Boyko, which made it possible to classify respondents by stages of EBS development. The main conclusion of the study is that a significant part of educational psychologists experience varying degrees of EBS manifestation, especially at the stage of resistance, which requires the implementation of preventive measures and psychological support programs to improve the general emotional state of specialists.

    The article substantiates the idea of the need for advanced professional training of cadets of a modern military university to meet the requirements for the information competence of an officer during the period of change in military-professional activity under the influence of informatization. The essence of the information perspective as a leading factor of influence determining the advance is revealed. The author's understanding of the structure of the officer's information competence in the aggregate of operational, subjective, axiological and reflexive components is presented. The process of forming the cadet's information competence is shown as a consistent change in the stages of solving the advanced professional task and achieving the expected results of professional and personal development: the stage of problematization, the stage of modeling, the stage of solution and the reflexive stage. The presented content, forms and methods of work that organize the process of forming the information competence of cadets are designed to ensure its integrity and effectiveness.

    The article raises the issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language to foreign citizens in Russian universities. Russian Russian as a foreign language is defined in the article, and the most common methods used in teaching Russian as a foreign language are outlined. It is emphasized that the importance of the text-based approach in teaching Russian to foreign citizens has increased recently. The important role of the text in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language is argued. It is noted that the text-forming approach highlights the text as the main unit of learning, that working with the text contributes to the formation and development of skills of all types of speech activity (reading, writing, listening, speaking), as well as develops grammatical skills, increases learning motivation. The interpretation of the concept of "text" by modern scientists is analyzed, the role of text in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language is determined. Much attention is paid to the study of work with scientific and professionally oriented texts, which is due to the special focus of these types of texts, which contribute to the formation of a theoretical framework of concepts, the integration of the meaning of all linguistic units, and the development of creative and cognitive abilities of foreign students. An example of complex work with professionally oriented text is given. The main types of tasks performed when working with text are systematized. It is summarized that working with the text forms general professional and universal competencies, contributes to the development of the use of professionally significant vocabulary and terminology in the process of communication.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

    The chapter analyzes the concept of self-regulation, which is often found in various literature and has a large number of interpretations. In particular, psychological self-regulation of consciousness and the corresponding behavior of an individual in conditions of uncertainty is of particular interest. The existence of a person, his material well-being, health and even the life of a person depend on how he can cope with uncertainty and instability. The methodological principle for considering this problem is the principle of dialectical determinism. The result of considering the topic is the identification of its own approach to the study of self-regulation of personality behavior, which allows normalizing its mental state in conditions of uncertainty. The problems of studying self-regulation of personality behavior in the authors are closely related to social problems, and this connection can be designated as «normative determination». Depending on the type of personality, it will react differently to a situation of uncertainty in the absence of clear socio-cultural norms. Moreover, a person can nihilistically reject norms. A scheme of a categorical model for studying the behavior of an individual in a situation of normative uncertainty is proposed.

    In the context of the rapid transition to digital learning formats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key tasks for educational institutions. The article "Cybersecurity in digital Education: Protecting the data of students and teachers" examines the main threats faced by participants in the educational process, including leaks of personal information, cyber attacks and fraud. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of cybersecurity in educational institutions, which contributes not only to the protection of information, but also to increasing the trust of students and teachers in digital educational platforms.

    Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation. The study is aimed at media security specialists.

    This article discusses the introduction and conduction of a linguo-cultural quiz in Russian as a foreign language for foreign students. Examples of relevant questions are listed up, recommendations for organizing and evaluating of the quiz are given.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the formation of the professional culture of opera singers in the education system, discusses the main problems and pedagogical strategies. Problems such as the gap between academic training and practical theatrical activities, the predominance of mechanical approaches to performance and the limitations of traditional pedagogical methods are identified. Pedagogical strategies are considered that emphasize the integration of acting, musical and theatrical skills, as well as the cultivation of creative autonomy. Educational performances are considered as the most important platforms for overcoming academic and practical differences and stimulating creative growth. As a result, the development of creative independence becomes a crucial factor in giving opera singers the confidence and resilience necessary for success in the opera industry.
