- This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

Individual Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in Secondary Schools

- This article aims to conceptualize, describe, and validate a model for preventing deviant behavior among at-risk students in a general education school setting. The research is based on an analysis of the practical experience of a specific educational institution implementing this model. The study's materials include school regulations, individualized rehabilitation programs, observations of students, semi-structured interviews with educational stakeholders, and data from surveys and tests. The research methods employed are case studies, a review and synthesis of pedagogical practices, and analytical descriptions with modeling elements. The results highlight the model's strengths, such as a comprehensive approach to prevention, individualized corrective and pedagogical activities, active student involvement in the preventive process, optimization of the teaching staff's work, and a focus on fostering positive motivation. Potential limitations and challenges are also identified, including the need for a high level of professional competence among mentors, the risk of perfunctory completion of individual developmental maps, the difficulty in verifying the system's effectiveness, and the dependence of subproject success on the activity of classroom teachers. The conclusion underscores the effectiveness and promise of the presented model for reducing the risk of deviance and improving students' social adaptation. A system for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative indicators, is proposed. The crucial role of the school librarian as a library mentor in preventive work is emphasized.

- The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

- In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. - The chapter is devoted to the application of problem-based learning technologies in the study of natural science disciplines. The problem-based approach contributes not only to the acquisition of knowledge, but also to the formation of necessary skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and high adaptability to changing conditions. It is known that in the process of solving a problem, students can not only find answers to the questions posed, but also analyze the situation, put forward hypotheses, check various options and draw conclusions. This develops analytical abilities and activates cognitive processes, which are the basis for further education and professional activity. The chapter discusses some aspects of the formation of a biological conceptual framework. It is noted that problem-based learning is based on the development of critical thinking among teachers. Interactive methods are widely used in problem-based learning. In addition, the approach in which assignments are linked to real-life situations or scientific activities helps students see the practical application of the knowledge they receive, which contributes to their deeper understanding and memorization. Creating conditions for polylogue, discussions and dialogues within the classroom improves communication skills and develops creative thinking.

- The chapter discusses the mathematical apparatus of statistical analysis used in pedagogical research on physical culture and sports. A software solution for estimating the deviation of the empirical distribution of experimental data from the normal distribution based on the Scilab software package is presented. The technology in question implements the GOST R ISO 5479–2002 for checking the deviation of the probability distribution from the normal distribution based on the graphical method and using the criteria of moments: skewness and kurtosis. The paper presents the implementation of the results of computational experiments that solve the research goal.

Education faces an important task - preparing the younger generation to choose a profession and successfully implement professional activities in adulthood. The paper analyzes the role of career guidance excursions in the career guidance of students. The article examines career guidance excursion programs offered by enterprises of the Republic of Mordovia and notes the activity of enterprises and educational institutions in organizing such excursions. It is concluded that career guidance excursions are an effective form of career guidance and a socially significant tourism product.

- The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

Existing diagnostic practices, methods, and technologies applied in psychological and pedagogical work are presented. The conclusions are based on the results of a study conducted among students of an anonymous educational institution and an analysis of the dynamics of consultations.

- The chapter considers the problem of forming a multipolar information space and the need to regulate international information security. It analyzes international legal acts regulating information resources. The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. In this regard, it is proposed to develop a new universal document at the global level under the auspices of the UN and to unify international legislation in the field of ensuring information security and to develop new regulatory legal acts that can adequately respond to the challenges of the digital age.

- The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

- The chapter shows that the main points in the concept of ownership by V.N. Afanasyev are its functioning as a form of combining production factors (individual labor, organizational and legal forms of economic activity, international forms of economic cooperation and the correspondence of the form of ownership to the form of the product (for collective labor – this is a directly social product, for individual labor – a commodity. The author argues the position that both a strictly centralized economy and a chaotic accumulation of forms of ownership are harmful to the economy, which in both cases causes instability of economic development.

- In the modern information society, the development of information literacy is becoming one of the key tasks of school education. Information literacy is the ability to effectively find, analyze, evaluate and use information from various sources. The article discusses current approaches to the formation of this competence among students in grades 5-9. The main strategies for the development of information literacy are presented: integration into the educational process, project-based learning, the development of critical thinking and the use of digital tools. Examples of digital resources and online platforms that can be used by teachers in educational practice are given. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of information literacy formation and the role of the teacher in its development. The results of the study can be useful to teachers, methodologists and developers of educational programs.

The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response.
