    This article explores the "dark side" of digital transformation, examining risks such as cyberthreats, algorithmic bias, and digital dependency. A student survey revealed a critical gap between the sophistication of technological threats and the digital naivety of Generation Z, which poses serious reputational and ethical risks for businesses. It concludes that integrating digital risk management into corporate strategy is essential, including developing transparency and algorithmic literacy. It argues that responsible data and AI governance is becoming a new source of competitive advantage and trust in the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

  • Assessment of the Academic Success of Students at a Teaching University in Terms of Their Relationship with the Results of the Uniform State Examination

    Abstract:
    This article presents an empirical assessment of the predictive validity of the Unified State Exam (USE) results for the academic performance of students majoring in the social sciences and humanities at the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I. Ya. Yakovlev for 2021–2025. The aim of the study is to quantify the relationship between the average USE score in specialized subjects and academic performance, taking into account the form of funding and specialized features. Official data on the USE results of school graduates in Chuvashia, monitoring of educational trajectories, and intra-university statistics were used. Spearman correlation analysis, the Mann-Whitney U-test, and dynamic analysis were applied. It was found that an average USE score ≥70 correlates with high-quality academic performance in subject-oriented humanities programs (ρ = 0.38–0.42, p < 0.001). A significant difference in academic performance was found between state-funded and fee-paying students (r = 0.39–0.58), indicating the role of motivational factors. In creative profiles, no statistically significant relationship was found between the results of the Unified State Exam and academic performance (ρ < 0.15, p > 0.05). The results confirm the need for a differentiated approach to applicant selection and the development of support programs for them.

  • Dynamics of Components of Psychological Readiness of Teachers-Psychologists for Professional Activities in the Context of Digitalization of Education

    Abstract:
    Digital transformation of education is an integral part of the educational process in modern schools, which determines the active professional position of teachers-psychologists in digital education. The object of scientific research is the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists and the formation of its components in the process of professional activity in the context of digitalization of school education. The article presents an analysis of the results of a study of the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists in 2021 and 2024. This analysis revealed the dynamics of the formation of individual components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists at different stages of digitalization. The study of the components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists used the method of comparative analysis of data from two cross-sectional surveys obtained using standardized and author's methods. The main result of the study is the positive dynamics of the information-cognitive, emotional-volitional, motivational-value, and operational-activity components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists. Significant differences were confirmed by statistical analysis of the obtained data. In conclusion, the article presents the scientific and practical significance of the research, which reflects a conceptual description of the sequence of forming individual components of psychological readiness and recommendations for forming not only informational and emotional, but also motivational and value-based characteristics of professional activity within the framework of advanced training courses.

These characteristics are influenced by specific cognitive development, sensory sensitivity, and reduced ability to perceive social norms and expectations.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of a state contract for the provision of medical services in the public procurement system, which is a unique legal phenomenon with a dual nature. The article argues that a state contract for the provision of medical services occupies a borderline position at the intersection of several branches of law: administrative law, which regulates the procedure for concluding a contract, civil law, which defines the content of contractual obligations, medical law, which establishes special requirements for subjects and standards of medical care quality, and budgetary law, which regulates the financial basis for the execution of a contract. The article examines in detail the public law elements of the contract, which manifest themselves at the stage of its conclusion through the mandatory provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. The article analyzes the special role of medical law through the establishment of mandatory requirements for licensing, material and technical base, and personnel qualifications.

    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use.     The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation.     The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works.     The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education. In parallel, the main challenges are explored, such as the problem of the digital divide, cybersecurity and personal data protection, and the risk of digital fatigue. The methodological basis of the work was the analysis of current scientific publications, a review of existing technological solutions and platforms. The conclusion is made about the need for a balanced approach in which technological tools serve to expand the capabilities of traditional pedagogy, and not its complete replacement.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of digital transformation processes in the modern educational environment. The research aims to develop a model for the effective integration of key digital technologies (adaptive platforms, immersive environments, communication tools) into the pedagogical process and to assess their impact on educational outcomes. The methodological basis includes systematic analysis, comparative method, and synthesis of data from empirical studies (2020–2024). The work identifies the main stages of integration, formulates criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of technology use, and analyzes typical barriers (technological, methodological, psychological). The results of the study are presented in the form of a generalized integration model and a comparative table of technological tools. The conclusion substantiates the thesis about the need for a comprehensive and phased strategy for digital transformation, in which technological innovation is subordinated to pedagogical goals. Prospects for further research are related to the development of universal diagnostic tools for assessing the digital maturity of the educational environment.

    This article examines the problem of bullying in educational institutions as a risk factor for the psycho-emotional health of adolescents. Currently, educational institutions are gradually expanding beyond purely educational activities, which has fueled interest in reviving the idea of ​​education with an emphasis on traditional values ​​and moral and ethical norms. This study attempts to systematically analyze the complex problems that children face in modern family and school settings. Particular attention is paid to the psychological and social aspects of bullying, its consequences for adolescents, and the factors that contribute to the emergence of aggressive behavior among students.     Abstract: Based on the sociological and pedagogical interpretation of the concept of "family", several functions of the family are embedded, the technological aspects of which are significantly influenced by digital technologies. The results of a survey of parents on the use of modern information technologies and digital devices by themselves and their children are presented. The conclusion is made. about trends and directions of digital transformation of family education technologies. Recommendations for the preservation of family values are offered.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the issue of introducing virtual laboratories and simulations into the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular, in teaching information technology and computer science. The author does not agree with the approach in which virtual environments are positioned as a direct replacement for traditional physical practices. Instead, the need for a transition to a complementary or hybrid model is justified, where virtual and physical laboratories are used together, reinforcing each other's advantages. The paper analyzes the unique advantages of each format: tactile experience and working with physical limitations in real laboratories, as well as the safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of virtual simulators. It describes a two-stage hybrid learning model that combines theoretical modeling in a virtual environment with subsequent practice on real equipment.
