  • Social autonomy in the Tuvan ethnic group (experimental approach of social assessment of small communities)

    Abstract:
    In the work on the Tuvan material, the problem of loneliness is considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the social aspects of social autonomy. The study sets the task of determining the social prerequisites for social autonomy in the context of the role of the family as a small social group and its social function in the formation of the social inclusion of the individual with the subsequent formation of their own social relationships, family guidelines and family constructs. The research task is to determine the specifics, degree and nature of the manifestation of social autonomy in the context of the Tuvan ethnos as an example of a national community that has its own social history, specific traditional values, special national cults of the family, children, specific understanding of the social roles of family members. As a result of the data obtained, statistical estimates were made of the dependence of the main variables that contribute to loneliness or vice versa – reduce its risks. When studying the correlation estimates of the causes of loneliness in the choice of respondents and their answers to the question about the closest social circle, it can be seen that in the absence of their own family, respondents often see the causes of loneliness in the absence of a favorite thing or in the person himself, while the presence of a family forms for the respondents the sphere of employment and encourages them to be as involved as possible in the issues of family and children, thereby leveling all possible causes of feeling of loneliness. The study allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of one's own family and children in the Tuvan ethnic group. The presence of a generic, cultural, historical understanding of the family, children in the lives of the respondents reflects the social orientation and social focus on the presence of this particular social field as defining for the majority of the respondents.

One of the methods of speech therapy work is phonetic rhymes, the peculiarity of which is the combination of phonetic rhythm and movements in the process of pronouncing syllables, words and phrases.

  • About N. P. Steinfeld’s Comparative Besermian Dictionary

    The work is devoted to the study of one of the first written sources representing the Besermian dialect. Such sources are of particular importance, because the problem of the ethnic history of the Besermians is still debatable. In the work the descriptive method and partly the method of etymological analysis were used. In the analysis of the vocabulary material, special attention was paid to the correct reading of words and their interpretation. N. P. Steinfeld did not develop a clear system for transmitting the sounds of the Besermian dialect. However, it seems to us that the confusion in fixing words is primarily a reflection of the pronunciation features that the compiler of the dictionary tried to catch in the process of fixing each word. In some cases, he noticed such features in the speech of the Besermians that eluded even experienced linguists. As for the vocabulary, it should be said that most of the Besermian words have a common Udmurt distribution. The proximity of the Besermian dialect not only to the Northern, but also to the Southern dialect of the Udmurt language is observed. There are few own Besermian lexical units. Among them there are Tatar and Chuvash loanwords that are absent in other dialects. In this source, we have not identified Bulgarisms used only in the Besermian dialect.

    In the chapter of the monograph justifies the need to use a regionally oriented e-course as a means of additional education in teaching the Russian language in a multi-ethnic environment. Based on the results of the survey of teachers working in polynational classes, the problems of teaching the Russian language of Inophone children in schools in the Murmansk region were identified. A brief overview of Internet resources allowing to improve knowledge and skills in the Russian language is presented. The structure and content of the author's regionally oriented e-course are described, which includes materials that can demonstrate the specifics of the Kola North, its linguistic and cultural characteristics. It is argued that such a course will not only allow developing the linguistic and linguoculturalist competence of Inophone children, but will also contribute to a more successful socio-language adaptation of students.

    The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation and systematization of the phonogram archive of the Udmurt Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the article is to analyze the history of the formation of funds, the features of digitization of sound media on compact cassettes and reel-to-reel tapes, to identify the current state of the sound laboratory of the Institute as the main academic storage of materials on the spiritual culture of the region. The article analysis condition of the magnetic carriers, the work of the sound laboratory. Importance of timely digitization of magnetic tapes in accordance with international standards is marked. The examples from personal experience are given. Much attention is paid to the results of the British project «Vanishing voices from the Uralic world». Due to the project, modern standards of work have been implemented in laboratory. In conclusion, the author emphasis the necessity of formation of a unified music library of Udmurt records at the Institute as the main base for the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Udmurt Republic.

    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The use of this work format corresponds to the ideas of differentiated approach in learning, allows you to implement in practice the principles of personal orientation and autonomy of students, allows students to get a guaranteed positive result.

  • Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism"

    Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism" made a significant step forward. By the time of Catherine II's accession to the tsarist throne, education expenses amounted to only 0.15% of the state budget. By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. Among them there were about 400 public schools, over 60 theological seminaries and about 60 class-closed educational institutions.

  • Reindeer Lexicon in Ural Languages in the Context of Language Contacts

    This paper provides an overview of the study of reindeer husbandry and vocabulary associated with it on the material of the Uralic languages. The article is based on the methods of etymological and comparative analysis. The source base of the research was the dictionary materials and personal observations of the author. The purpose of this work is to analyze the reindeer herding vocabulary in the context of the linguistic contacts of the Ural peoples. It is noted that the systematic study of various aspects of reindeer husbandry based on the material of different ethnic groups began in the second half of the 20th century. The most important for the analysis are the materials of the Samoyed languages, in particular the Nenets, whose influence extended to adjacent linguistic continua. There is a section on reindeer husbandry in the context of interethnic and interlingual contacts, since the latter is often the result of economic and interethnic contacts. In a number of cases, the Nenets were the source of distribution of certain methods of using reindeer. An attempt was made to comprehensively analyze the Northern Russian dialect borrowed data, possible etymons that are recorded in the Komi language, the Baltic-Finnish, Ob-Ugric languages, as well as in the Samoyed languages. The interaction of the Samoyed, Perm and Ob-Ugric continuums is noted on the data of the vocabulary of reindeer husbandry.

During the pedagogical experiment, the testing method was used – this is a psychological verbal-communicative method in which a specially designed list of questions test is used as a means to collect information from the respondent. The paper presents the result of mathematical processing of empirical data obtained during the pedagogical experiment using the Mann-Whitney U-test. Separately, it is noted that the relevance of information socialization of youth is determined by the complexity of the modern Russian social situation.

    The purpose of the article is to familiarize the reader with the content, structure and scientific foundations of the presentation of topics in the manuscript of the future textbook on the Chuvash language for students of grades 10-11 of schools with their native language of instruction. The research material is the manuscript of the textbook "Chuvash language" for grades 10-11 of schools with a native (Chuvash) language of instruction. The comparative-analytical method of research is used in the work. The manuscript was prepared in accordance with the program approved by the resolution of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association (Protocol No. 3/20 of September 17, 2020). This program is aimed at repeating and fixing the material of grades 5-9. In this regard, the manuscript includes relevant material for this purpose. The new topic is mainly the topic of "Language and speech economy". All topics are presented in accordance with the achievements of modern language theory. The author, as well as professor I.A. Andreev, believes that the study of the topic "Phraseology" is inappropriate. Studying a word out of connection with syntax does not reveal the essence of the use of certain affixes. For example, syntactic affixes can take both individual words and phrases. Therefore, morphemics and morphology should be presented in school taking into account syntax.

    One of the most acute problems of the Russian state today is the problem of youth crime. The mass dissemination of the values of the criminal subculture among young people is a consequence of the complete denial of the system that has developed in society, as well as the fundamental social and political institutions. The article presents the main markers that allow us to draw conclusions about the possible involvement of minors in the criminal subculture of AUE. The classification of involvement markers according to their degree of severity (direct and indirect) is presented. The conclusion is made about the importance of markers for the prevention and counteraction of the involvement of young people in the criminal subculture of AUE.

It is claimed that automation of personnel management is expanding (monitoring compliance with requirements, profiling and assessing KPIs, predicting conflicts and violations), unmanned vehicles and other neural network automation are used in medicine, the transport industry and agriculture; smart technologies come to education (in Moscow, a system of predictive analytics of the digital footprint of students is being tested to optimize and target educational services, help orientate in the future profession). The use of cognitive technologies in the creation of expert, advisory systems, decision support systems provides not only convenience and savings in time and effort, but gives rise to a variety of organizational, economic, ethical, social problems, giving rise to new risks. This study provides an overview of intelligent technologies that are used in social management, threats associated with the practical use of intelligent automation tools and decision support, ways and measures to reduce some of the risks associated with these threats.
