Работа направлена на широкое обсуждение развития цифровой культуры и, какое она оказывает действие на желание молодого поколения заниматься физической деятельностью. Авторами подчеркнута важность изучения популярных онлайн-техник для повышения мотивации у обучающихся высших профессиональных образовательных учреждений. В заключении статьи фокусируется внимание на действиях студентов, которые могут носит положительный и отрицательный характер по отношению к личной физической активности.

По итогам исследования предложены рекомендации по выстраиванию маркетинговой стратегии банка для дальнейшего укрепления его позиций на рынке.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is dedicated to the problems of financial well-being of modern students. Using analytical and statistical methods, the monograph carried out a dynamic analysis of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, identified its main trends, indicating a high interest of the population in higher education, as well as the predominance of private universities in the structure of higher education institutions. The use of interviewing, questionnaire and expert survey methods made it possible to characterize the socio-demographic and psychographic profile of a modern Kazakhstani student, to identify the problems of his financial condition. The analytical method provided a review, systematization and generalization of the main financial support tools for students, including public, intra-university and private ones. The analysis has shown that any student has the right and opportunity to use one or another financial support tool if certain requirements are met, and the task of teachers is to help students determine the sources of strengthening their financial stability.

    Целью работы является исследование существующих методов цифровой подписи, их особенностей и возможностей, а также изучение правовых аспектов признания юридической силы электронных документов в российском законодательстве. Рассмотрены актуальные подходы к созданию надежных цифровых подписей, принципы их функционирования и необходимость соблюдения соответствующих нормативных актов для достижения полноценной юридической значимости электронных документов. Структура исследования включает рассмотрение теоретической базы понятий цифровой подписи, видов электронных подписей, нормативно-правового регулирования вопроса, а также практических рекомендаций по обеспечению безопасного и юридически значимого использования электронных документов в повседневной профессиональной деятельности. Работа направлена на выявление ключевых проблем, возникающих при применении цифровых подписей, и разработку предложений по совершенствованию механизмов их использования, что будет способствовать повышению эффективности и безопасности электронного документооборота в нашей стране.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности исполнительного производства по делам, связанным с алиментами. Особое внимание уделено нормативно-правовым основам по данному виду дел, а также процедурам, предусмотренным для обеспечения адекватного исполнения алиментных обязательств. Анализируются особенности механизмов взыскания алиментов, такие как удержание из заработной платы, арест банковских счетов и имущества должника. Представленная статья затрагивает сложности, с которыми сталкиваются взыскатели алиментов, связанные с уклонением от уплаты, а также меры, принимаемые судебными приставами в рамках защиты интересов детей. Основной целью статьи является выделение основных трудностей и анализ наиболее эффективных возможных путей их решения, что в свою очередь поможет повысить показатели эффективности системы исполнительного производства дел, связанных с алиментами.

    Abstract:
    The development of educational export is an important strategic task both for Russian universities at the institutional level, allowing them to increase the level of global competitiveness, and at the state level, ensuring the implementation of the principles of the «soft power» strategy. Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

    The study suggests ways to solve the problem of training students who have mastered the methods of scientific cognition, which is relevant for modern education. The methodology of organizing cognitive activity of students in conducting physical research on the basis of a school Quantorium is described. The thematic planning of classes according to the program «Digital Laboratory of Physics. ExperimentariUm», the implementation of which is aimed at the formation of skills in the experimental study of physical phenomena of different nature, the establishment of scientific facts about the type of dependence between physical quantities, the «discovery» of physical laws. The possibilities of using digital equipment in physics for organizing research activities have been identified. An example of a master class on the experimental study of pressure inside a liquid is given.

    The chapter discusses some relevant aspects of higher education, as the author believes, as the basis of national strategies to provide students with the knowledge and competencies they need, which employers and the labor market require. It stands out that higher education is becoming an increasingly effective tool for integrating graduates into the modern labor market and opens up opportunities for professional development and the development of their personal abilities and mobility. The competitiveness of graduates in the labor market is an important indicator of the quality of university activities and the economic health of society, enabling economists and policy makers to assess human resources, the state of the labor market and the main economic trends that affect this dynamic. No less important, according to the author, are the moral values of a specialist. In order to increase success rates, the university takes various measures, which primarily relate to professional practice-orientation, the design of pedagogical support for education and increased motivation to study through an emphasis on applied aspects. The author emphasizes that the task of universities is to train not only highly professional specialists, but also patriots and moral personalities who are ready to defend their country and work for its welfare. The high level of competition encourages universities to carry out high-quality educational activities, motivate graduates to pursue fundamental, good studies in order to avoid further problems of unemployment and disappointment, and employers to consider education, morality and professionalism as an indicator of the real available talent pool.
