  • Student partnership project as an effective method of adaptation of foreign students in the Russian cultural and linguistic environment

    Abstract:
    This study examines the potential and significance of the partnership project method in facilitating the adaptation of international students, as well as the development of their external connections and social environment within the context of Russian society. The paper presents a student partnership project organized by the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language at Perm State Medical University and the Department of Foreign Languages at HSE University Perm. The project is executed through practice-oriented inter-university collaboration. Its objectives address interconnected challenges: firstly, the Indian student community in Perm remains isolated and inadequately integrated into the city's cultural and linguistic milieu. Secondly, residents of Perm and students at local universities have limited understanding of the living and educational experiences of the substantial number of international students residing in the city. The significance of the inter-university project lies in providing Perm and Indian students with opportunities to engage with one another, exchange cultural knowledge, establish both friendly and professional communication, and collaborate on the creation of a joint creative product.  This initiative fosters interethnic dialogue and enhances the communication skills and intercultural competence of future professionals.

    Abstract:
    Привлечение студентов к деятельности в качестве волонтёров рассматривается как действенный инструмент их гражданского воспитания. Непосредственно перед этим анализируется текущее состояние российских государства и общества. На основании результатов их исследования демонстрируется необходимость интенсификации формирования гражданственности как важной характеристики лиц, успешно освоивших образовательные программы вузов. Далее приводятся сущностная и структурная характеристики процесса развития, указанного выше качества. Рассмотрение таковых открывает путь к исследованию возможностей, присущих волонтёрству в смысле рационализации хода и результатов этого процесса. С учётом смыслового наполнения самого концепта «волонтёрская деятельность» доказывается конкретная польза от привлечения к ней студентов современных российских вузов в деле формирования у них основ гражданственности и патриотизма.

    The strategic resource of the state-civilization should be tightly coupled with the main functions of the state, primarily with its security, which directly depends on the life support system of its citizens. To do this, it is necessary that the assessment of the effectiveness of the raw materials and industrial sectors of the economy, as well as government actions to reform them, be carried out mainly on the contribution of these sectors to the development of the health and education of the nation, to an active demographic policy, to comprehensive support for the younger generation, to the development of national entrepreneurship, and the preservation of the potential of the natural environment. It is in these areas that the lion's share of rental income and income from the economic exploitation of state property should be directed.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

    The research is devoted to the main issues of designing the author's portfolio of students in the process of studying at the senior courses of the university and the transition to the professional activity of a designer. Under the current conditions, the portfolio is considered not only as a technology for evaluating educational results, but also as a starting point for further individual trajectory of professional growth, and a means of professional identification of design students when changing social roles during the period of graduation from higher education, and as a design object to which aesthetic and functional requirements are imposed. The study reveals the content of the main stages of project activity in the work on the designer's portfolio. As a result of the research, methodological recommendations on designing a portfolio as a design object in the process of professional development of design students of senior courses of the university were improved.

В статье описана возможность применения в подготовке будущего учителя физики Кванториума как образовательной среды, позволяющей создавать условия по включению обучающихся в нанотехнологии, электронику, механику и программирование. Реализация дисциплины «Робототехника» при подготовке учителей физики позволяет развивать междисциплинарный подход в их подготовке, способствуя развитию инженерного и физико-математического мышления. Использование роботов и робототехнических установок на занятиях по физике в рамках Кванториума позволяет осуществлять демонстрацию законов и опытов, реализовывать проектную и исследовательскую деятельность, осуществлять лабораторные исследования.

Сегодня имеется острый дефицит в рабочих кадрах, а значит, необходимо непрерывное взаимодействие студента с производством. Научно-педагогический состав ЯГПУ им. К.Д. Ушинского проводит работу по совершенству качества профессиональной подготовки обучающихся вуза, в том числе используя материально-технические возможности площадки демонстрационных экзаменов. В условиях отсутствия нормативной документации, чётко и однозначно регламентирующей деятельность таковых площадок, вуз развивает новое для него образовательное пространство с учётом его средовых и технических возможностей, а также кадрового потенциала.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines algorithms for improving automated production management systems. The epistemological roots of various stages of the process are analyzed: automated control systems (ACS), automated production development systems (APS), computer-aided design (CAD) systems and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as a developing technology involving bots that imitate human actions. The relevance of the problems raised lies in the lack of alternatives to innovative development for the domestic economy. This concept inherently includes a component of artificial intelligence associated with the implementation of automated control systems in production cycles. Using the example of Kaluga PJSC CADVI, the authors prove the effectiveness of introducing self-developing technologies for management activities. Systemic, complex, process and situational types of analysis are used. Layers of monographic and statistical developments are taken as the initial base. Specific proposals are given for choosing the most effective and reasonable platforms, taking into account current production realities.
