The competitiveness of graduates in the labor market is an important indicator of the quality of university activities and the economic health of society, enabling economists and policy makers to assess human resources, the state of the labor market and the main economic trends that affect this dynamic. No less important, according to the author, are the moral values of a specialist. In order to increase success rates, the university takes various measures, which primarily relate to professional practice-orientation, the design of pedagogical support for education and increased motivation to study through an emphasis on applied aspects.
