    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of assessing the potential of self-development and self-education competencies of students in pedagogical specialties as key factors in their professional development. It is revealed that the formation of these competencies is a necessary condition for the successful training of highly qualified pedagogical personnel who meet the requirements of the modern education market. The purpose of the study was to identify the key components of self-development and self-education potential, as well as to analyze existing approaches to their assessment in the context of the Russian and international educational environment. To achieve this goal, the authors used methods of scientific literature analysis, comparative analysis of pedagogical practices, and educational standards. The article provides an analysis of the phenomena of self-education and self-development as factors of professional development, an overview of assessment methods, identification of problems in university practice, and suggestions for improving educational programs and diagnostic tools. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for assessing and forming self-education and self-development competencies, which contributes to improving the quality of training highly qualified pedagogical personnel in Russia and foreign countries.

  • Training of Foreign Citizens in Postgraduate Studies at a Pedagogical University: An Analysis of Practice

    Abstract:
    The internationalization of the educational sphere, the growth of international academic mobility, and the development of educational cooperation determine the identification of key guidelines in the system of training national personnel for foreign countries. The Russian Federation is among the top ten countries in the world for the export of education. Every year, an increasing number of foreign citizens are attracted to training in programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of Russian universities, including pedagogical ones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student body and the practices of training foreign citizens in the postgraduate program of a pedagogical university. The author analyzed the contingent of foreign postgraduate students at pedagogical universities in the Volga Federal District. The paper presents a system for training and supporting foreign postgraduate students, which allows them to more easily adapt to the new socio-cultural environment and master the educational and scientific components of the postgraduate program. The main problems of training foreign citizens in postgraduate programs are identified and areas of activity are proposed to improve the process of training foreign scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of pedagogical universities.

  • P.F. Lesgaft's Concept of Physical Education as a Basis for the Psychology of Corporeality and the Formation of the "Self-Concept"

    Abstract:
    This article presents a theoretical analysis of P.F. Lesgaft's concept of physical education as a basis for the psychology of corporeality and the formation of the "self-concept". The appeal to his concept is motivated by the potential of his scientific legacy. The purpose is to identify and theoretically substantiate the potential of Lesgaft's concept as a methodological basis for modern psychology of corporeality. The objectives are to analyze approaches to "corporeality" and the "physical I" in light of modern research. The primary research method was an analysis of Lesgaft's scientific legacy and works by contemporary scholars. His ideas form a holistic anthropological model, in which the physical "I" serves as the central element of the "self-concept." The analysis demonstrates a direct correspondence between his views and the modern interpretation of corporeality: his description of the relationship between thought, action, and character structurally corresponds to the three-component model of the "physical self," including cognitive, affective, and behavioral components. Lesgaft revealed the substantive content of the stages of corporeality development – from the stage of psychosomatic identity through the acquisition of conscious control to age-related regression. This dynamic model demonstrates corporeality as an evolving process inextricably linked to personality development.

  • The Benefits of Including Ethnocultural Onomastic Material in the Middle School Geography Curriculum

    Abstract:
    This paper focuses on the study of ethnic onomastics as a means of supplementing of the middle school geography curriculum. The work is devoted to the study of the developmental and educational potential of ethnic onomastics. Ethnic onomastics includes such proper names as ethnonyms, anthroponyms, toponyms, mythonyms, theonymy, cosmonymy. It is in ethnic onomastics that the unique image of a people, the richness and beauty of their language, their moral and aesthetic values, and their environmental and religious views are expressed in a concentrated form. Much of ethnic onomastics is significant at the level of symbolism, as it is associated with symbolic personalities, symbolic events and historical legends. The author selected and didactically revised onomastic material, arranging onyms by topic in accordance with the study plan for the “Geography of Russia” course. Onomastic assignments were developed, incorporating onyms reflecting the cultural and ethnic characteristics of the region. The author’s school geography curriculum was tested in schools in Gorno-Altaisk and demonstrated its effectiveness. Furthermore, a special course developed for geography teachers using ethnocultural onomastic material enhanced the effectiveness of pedagogical efforts. The methodological materials developed by the author can be recommended for developing students’ interest in geography and the culture of their native land, fostering a love for their homeland and a sense of belonging to its history, and, overall, cultivating cultural competence.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

    В статье анализируется функционирование полилингвальных школ и представлены результаты внедрения полилингвального образования в Республике Башкортостан. Концепция национального образования республики, являясь частью российского образовательного пространства, ориентирована на раскрытие воспитательного и развивающего потенциала и повышение качества обучения. Обосновывается особая значимость сферы образования для языкового развития, поскольку именно в ней формируется языковая компетенция. Уникальная языковая ситуация в регионе, где большинство населения владеет двумя или тремя языками, создает прочную основу для дальнейшего развития полилингвального образовательного пространства. В этом контексте актуальной задачей остается распространение билингвизма с тюркским компонентом, что служит доказательством равноправия языков.

    The article examines the role and importance of communicative culture in the methodology of teaching the Azerbaijani language. The purpose of this article is to examine the theoretical foundations of communicative culture in language education, analyze current research and offer recommendations for teaching. It is established that in the context of globalization and intensive intercultural interaction, language knowledge is no longer limited to grammar and vocabulary – it is important to have a communicative culture, that is, the ability to use language correctly and ethically in real social contexts. The communicative culture of a person includes knowledge of norms and styles of speech behavior, the ability to make statements, take into account the context and the interlocutor. It is closely related to the concept of communicative competence and intercultural competence.

    Авторы статьи отмечают, что актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой динамикой развития дополнительного образования детей и необходимостью профессионального роста педагогических кадров в условиях модернизации системы по Концепции до 2030 г. Методическое сопровождение представляет собой целенаправленный процесс, связывающий теорию и практику, с функциями: диагностико-аналитической (изучение потребностей), моделирующей (разработка моделей), организационно-педагогической (координация), контрольно-коррекционной (оценка и корректировка) и научно-экспериментальной (внедрение инноваций). В городском округе «Город Йошкар-Ола» (2019–2024 гг.) в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» реализована Целевая модель через Муниципальный опорный центр ДОД (МОЦ ДОД): персонифицированный учет, независимая оценка качества, создание «Точек роста», «Кванториумов», «IT-куба», новые формы (заочные школы, дистанционные программы). Проведен Фестиваль «Радуга творческих идей». Цель — анализ содержания, функций и механизмов сопровождения; методология — анализ литературы и обобщение опыта. Результаты: систематизация подходов для повышения качества дополнительного образования, применимых в других учреждениях.

    В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема комплексного сопровождения детей дошкольного возраста с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) и тяжелыми нарушениями речи (ТНР). Особое внимание уделяется организации эффективного взаимодействия между музыкальным руководителем и воспитателем как ключевому фактору успешной коррекционно-развивающей работы. В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы и практические аспекты сотрудничества педагогов, направленного на создание единого образовательного пространства, способствующего развитию музыкальных, речевых, когнитивных и социально-эмоциональных навыков у детей с ТНР. Анализируются формы и методы взаимодействия, позволяющие максимально использовать потенциал каждого специалиста для достижения наилучших результатов в коррекции речевых нарушений и обогащении музыкального опыта дошкольников. Предлагаются конкретные рекомендации по планированию совместной деятельности, обмену опытом и мониторингу эффективности коррекционно-развивающего процесса.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос о готовности младших школьников принимать активное участия в процессе научно-волонтерской деятельности как одной из актуальных форм практико-ориентированного обучения, результатом которого является становление естественнонаучного миропонимания, исследовательского поведения и экологической культуры. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы и современных требований ФГОС НОО, авторами определены ключевые компетенции и результативные навыки, необходимые детям для успешного включения в научно-волонтёрскую деятельность. Среди выделенных: познавательный интерес обучающихся к природным объектам, способность к длительным наблюдениям во внеурочной деятельности, элементарные исследовательские умения, сформированные при освоении предмета «Окружающий мир», готовность к совместной работе со сверстниками и взрослыми.

    В статье рассматривается некоторые проблемные вопросы преподавания в высших учебных заведениях, основанные на комплексном подходе к формам и методам их реализации, недостатки в обеспечении средствами компьютеризации, компьютерным программным обеспечением и инновационными технологиями. Проводится краткий анализ проблемы переподготовки преподавательского состава. Анализируются положения о проведении тестирования обучающихся, проблематика оценивания их результатов. В результате рассмотрения проблемных вопросов предлагаются перспективные пути их разрешения, касающиеся сочетания традиционных методов с интерактивными методами обучения, что повысит качество как самого процесса обучения, так и уровень теоретических знаний, практических навыков, профессионализма выпускников высших учебных заведений.

Рассматривается сложный комплекс правовых, организационных и технологических аспектов, сопровождающих данный процесс. Анализируются основные нормативно-правовые акты Российской Федерации, регулирующие формирование таких земельных участков, а также выявляются специфические особенности, связанные с их статусом. Особое внимание уделяется роли кадастрового инженера, используемым технологиям и информационным системам. В работе обозначены ключевые проблемы, возникающие на различных этапах кадастровых работ, и предложены возможные пути их решения для повышения эффективности и прозрачности процедур образования земельных участков из публичных земель.

    The article discusses the problems of youth innovation management in the Republic of Adygea. We focus on the main difficulties faced by young professionals and students: lack of experience, limited financial resources, lack of an effective mentoring system, and insufficient information support. We are discussing how educational institutions, government agencies and businesses can support the innovative potential of young people. We focus on the interaction of university research and student startups, as well as establishing links between universities, companies and investors. The article suggests measures to improve government support for youth innovation.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются важные проблемы непрерывного образования, пути их решения и его важности в целом. Автор подчеркивает, что обновление знаний и компетенций в условиях быстрых изменений социальной среды и технологий является мощным двигателем личностного и профессионального роста. Выдвигаются предложения по решению выявленных проблем: разработка современных государственных программ поддержки непрерывного образования, создание информационной единой платформы для координации образовательных ресурсов, повышение квалификации преподавателей и наставников, уменьшение волокиты при подаче заявлений, устранение социального барьера и службы помощи для преодоления этих проблем. В статье указывается важность непрерывного образования для полноценной жизни в век цифровизации.
