    In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria. The chapter concludes with a proposed methodology for implementing HR document automation, which aims to minimize manual work, speed up approval processes, and improve HR operations control.

    Abstract:
    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

    Professional development of teachers is an important component of education quality. The paper presents the results of a study on the impact of a teacher training program on classroom teaching practices. The study found that the professional development program has a statistically significant and positive impact on planning, implementation, and evaluation practices.     Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the problems of forming a full-fledged set of competencies of engineers, contributing to their professional implementation and ensuring the personnel sovereignty of domestic enterprises. The necessity of participation in the training of engineering personnel of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, especially the high-tech sector, is substantiated. The role of integration of technical universities and enterprises in the process of personnel training to ensure technological and personnel sovereignty of the Russian industry is shown. The personnel sovereignty of the Russian economy is impossible without attracting a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists who have received education in relevant, practice-oriented programs that include not only basic knowledge, skills and training skills, but also "soft" skills that allow you to choose and apply successful behavioral and communication strategies in various production situations. The main factors that need to be guided by when building an effective system for training engineers are identified. Underestimation of these factors, leading to the exclusion of disciplines such as business planning, resource management, and business communications from the educational programs of technical universities, reduces the effectiveness of training graduates who replenish the personnel corps of enterprises, therefore, special attention is paid in the article to the problem of forming a set of competencies of engineers that contribute to their professional implementation and, ultimately, ensuring human resources the sovereignty of the high-tech sector of the economy.

  • University Students’ Views about the Application of Collaborative Learning in Communicative English Language Skills Classes

    Abstract:
    The main purpose of the study is to investigate students’ views about the implementation of collaborative learning in English classes. Collaborative learning helps students to improve their English language performance. To achieve this objective, observation and questionnaires were employed. The quantitative data were analyzed using percentage and frequency. Theme analysis technique was used to analyze the qualitative data. The result of the study indicated that most students’ applied collaborative learning, but the type of collaborative learning they are applying is not collaborative learning. Most of the teachers simply make their students to sit side by side to talk with each other as they do their individual assignments, and some teachers assign a task to groups. Then, one or two of the group members do the work and the other group members get equal credit. Although each of these is important in collaborative learning, they do not qualify collaborative learning rather traditional group learning. In addition to this, some students were not playing their roles as they are expected. Teachers and other concerned bodies ought to deliver sorts of orientations to the students about the importance of collaborative learning to maximize students’ views before implementing collaborative learning.

However, the science of management of organizations could not timely provide scientifically sound proposals for the practical implementation of laws by organizations on the implementation of a risk-based approach in the practice of work.     In the article, the authors present a positive experience of working with students, aimed at creating a culture of interethnic relations among young people. The materials and methods of the study were examples of the organization of students' activities aimed at fostering values traditional for the Russian multinational culture, interethnic friendship. The student sphere, in which various attitudes of students develop in the context of interethnic and interethnic interaction. The results of the study and their discussion: activities are identified, the focus of which is shifted to the support and preservation of the Russian language. Organization of literary evenings dedicated to the life and work of Russian poets and writers. In the article, the authors gave an example of the organization of a volunteer detachment. Students actively participate in charitable events in the city of Kostroma (manufacturing of souvenirs, providing hairdressing services to vulnerable segments of the population, concert activities). Based on the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: the educational organization implements projects and activities aimed at forming a respectful attitude of young people towards the older generation, towards representatives of other nationalities and religions, the formation of an active life position, assistance, successful socialization.

    Currently, university teachers have many questions about the introduction of individual educational trajectories (IET) into the educational process of universities. Unfortunately, the introduction of such educational technologies is often interpreted by researchers without a proper understanding of the principles and foundations of pedagogy, such as from simple to complex, individual approach to learning, etc. All this is due to the fact that most often the development of the introduction of IET in universities is carried out by people who do not have a professional pedagogical education or at least sufficient experience in professional pedagogical activity in universities, or even in general, who simply seek to make money on it. As a result, the introduction of individual educational trajectories turns into a process of far-fetched provisions that are incomprehensible to teachers and have nothing to do with the development of higher education, and, accordingly, are not perceived by the teaching staff of universities. At the same time, the necessary technical and software for the implementation of IOT is often missing. And this gives rise to numerous problems in the development of domestic higher education in modern conditions and negatively affects the increase in its effectiveness. This article attempts to deal with the essence and problems of the implementation of IET in universities from the standpoint of pedagogy and practical pedagogical experience.

    The economic and legal aspects of the organization of the American system of insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the United States of America are analyzed in the paper.     In the modern context complex, stable and balanced development of the region is possible only with the presence of developed and effectively implemented regional investment policy. In this regard, there is a need for the continuous development of scientific, methodological and practical aspects of the effective formation and implementation of RIPs, the search for methods and mechanisms for attracting investment resources to the regional economy, and ensuring a favorable investment climate. The research involves general methods for studying: observation, comparison, comprehensiveness, consistency, analysis, synthesis, as well as modeling and logical approach. The study clarified the concept of “regional investment policy” and its content, identified RIP types, identified the goal, objectives and principles of RIP development and implementation, proposed a model of RIP development and implementation, disclosed factors and problems of RIP formation and implementation, improved efficiency measures process of formation and implementation of the RIP. Application of the presented approach and model makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the development and implementation of the RIP, to ensure the region’s high competitiveness, stability, security, and improved adaptation to changing conditions.

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The author's interpretation of the term «innovative strategy» and understanding of the strategic stages of innovative process at the organizational and managerial levels in the system of state and municipal management are formulated. An approach to understanding the tasks and levels of the innovative strategy of the authorities is presented and a procedure is proposed for selecting an innovative strategy and conducting innovative strategic analysis of innovation activities for organizational and managerial levels in present system of management.
