    Abstract:
    This chapter studies a complex interaction of socio-psychological factors in the context of students' physical education. Recognising the central importance of both social and psychological aspects, the work considers how these factors influence students' engagement, motivation and general well-being during physical education. Based on multidisciplinary frameworks, the authors use qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyse the multifaceted influence of social and psychological factors on students' attitudes, performance and predilection for physical activity. The outcomes obtained make a valuable contribution to educational practice by highlighting the importance of individual strategies that take into account socio-psychological dynamics to increase the impact of physical education programmes.

    Abstract:
    В эпоху постграмотности изменяется вид текстов, способы демонстрации для читателей. Электронные носители сменяют бумажные, корпус текста разбивается на малые части, которые несут в себе упрощенную для восприятия информацию. Чтение как разновидность речевой деятельности развивает личность, формирует мировоззрение и способность высказывать мысли. Из-за преобразования текстов для более быстрого восприятия у подрастающего поколения не развивается навык сфокусированной когнитивной работы для осмысления содержания. Ученик не вникает в смысл текста, следовательно, не формирует личностное знание. Перед учеными, педагогами существует необходимость исследования и создания практики формирования у обучающихся специальных стратегий и техник для рефлексивного, смыслового чтения. В работе представлен анализ понятий «чтение», «смысловое чтение», «грамотность чтения», «стратегия чтения», «технология развития критического мышления» с разных точек зрения. Выделены основные тезисы актуальности изучения и развития смыслового чтения в рамках российских и международных мониторинговых исследований, статистических и эмпирических данных. Акцентировано внимание на исследовании развития «смыслового чтения» при изучении математики учащимися основной школы.

    Abstract:
    В статье обращается внимание на то, каким образом результаты поступления в государственные университеты в Португалии становятся чувствительными к избирательному циклу. Индивидуальные данные учащихся старших классов, сдавших национальные экзамены в период с 2004 по 2018 год, свидетельствуют о том, что всякий раз, когда проводились экзамены в годы предстоящих выборов в законодательные органы, средняя оценка старшеклассников по дисциплинам математика и португальский язык увеличивалась на 1,17 и 0,63 – по шкале от 0 до 20. Повышение оценок на предвыборных экзаменах достигалось за счет упрощения заданий. Экзаменационная инфляция становилась мощным избирательным инструментом: увеличение среднего балла муниципалитета на экзаменах по математике и португальскому языку на единицу приводило к увеличению доли голосов избирателей на 1,46 процентного пункта в пользу действующего правительства. В свете выводов, в странах, которые объявляют себя «современными», было бы желательно не упрекать другие государства в отсутствии демократии, а принять меры в своих государствах, которые обеспечат большую независимость разработчиков национальных стандартизированных экзаменов, тем самым не позволяя политикам использовать их в качестве инструмента для получения голосов.

    Работа посвящена исследованию типов речевого воздействия, реализуемых в директивных текстах. Уточняются понятия директивного текста и директива на основе анализа работ отечественных и зарубежных исследователей, рассматриваются на материале немецко- и русскоязычных примеров из медицинского публичного дискурса такие типы речевого воздействия как информирование, призыв, повеление и симулированный диалог. Определяется роль последних в процессе коммуникации и их влияние на восприятие и реагирование на сообщение. Выявлены особенности отдельных типов речевого воздействия, описана их роль в достижении императивных и директивных иллокутивных целей в письменной публичной медицинской коммуникации в сфере борьбы с пандемией COVID-19 на немецком и русском языках, стратегии их реализации и используемые эксплицитные и имплицитные языковые средства. Полученные результаты могут послужить основой для дальнейших исследований, посвященных анализу директивных текстов в рамках письменной коммуникации на разных языках.

    This study examines the evolution of the communication landscape in China, highlighting the symbiotic fusion of traditional and new media and its profound implications for the marketing strategies of Chinese enterprises. Statistical analysis emphasises the steady dominance of traditional media, with television, newspapers and radio retaining significant audience shares. In contrast, the growing landscape of new media, exemplified by platforms such as WeChat, Weibo and Douyin, demonstrates unprecedented digital penetration. The empirical prevalence of both media modalities calls for a realignment of marketing strategies: market segmentation, cross-media campaigns, neuroscience research and algorithmic modelling become key tools to optimise brand resonance and consumer engagement.

    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.

    Abstract:
    Globalization on the one hand and border closure on the other hand spur communication process participants in all areas of human activities and especially young researchers into foreign language learning which is currently focused on foreign professionally-oriented texts. Traditional methods of teaching a foreign language based on grammatical approach are not effective in solving the problem of language competence development when working with professionally-oriented texts. The objective of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the method of legal texts concept analysis using a technique of metacognitive strategies in reading activity. Several groups of law students, Southwest State University (Kursk, Russia) took part in the experiment based on the above-mentioned method. Students performed both conventional (skimming, key words finding) and specially developed tasks (constructing a text compositional structure model, plotting a text graphical representation, etc.). Original criteria were used to evaluate the performance. The experiment showed a persistent significant difference in learning indicators and students’ behaviour in the control and experimental groups. The technique contributed to the development and enhancement of students’ skills improving their foreign language competence. The obtained skills facilitated communication and contributed to students’ satisfaction with the learning process, increased their creative and professional potential, students’ sustainable intrinsic motivation.

    Abstract:
    In today's dynamic economic environment, strategic development is becoming one of the key factors for success of an organization. However, in order to correctly substantiate and effectively implement a strategy, it is necessary to have reliable methodological approaches and provisions. The oil and gas industry is one of the areas where economic globalization, which is a key feature of global economic development, is most fully manifested. Geological, production, economic factors of the functioning of vertically integrated oil companies in their integrated meaning predetermine their presence on relevant markets. This provokes, when determining the development strategy of such companies, to take into account the features and development trends of these markets. In this regard, the development of issues related to the development of methodological approaches to the strategic development of enterprises seems to be a relevant task. Methodological provisions for substantiating and improving strategic development represent a systematized set of theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations aimed at optimal use of available resources and capabilities. They help organizations analyze external and internal factors, identify goals and development priorities, and develop mechanisms for monitoring and adjusting strategy.

В работе рассматриваются разнообразные стратегии обратной связи, включая положительное усиление, инструктивную обратную связь и систематическую оценку, а также методы её оценки, такие как оценочные листы, анкетирование и использование портфолио. Кроме того, подчеркивается важность развития культуры обратной связи и использование современных технологий в этом процессе.
