    The present article examines the strategy of interaction of the state and small business as a factor of innovative development – which is a very topical issue, since small innovative businesses are enterprises that are on the balance of industrial property applied objects (patents, utility models, industrial designs), as well as those that systematize and protect intellectual property from commercial secrets. At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding. In this connection, for the formation of innovative forms and the implementation of their activities, commercialization, expansion of strategic management, and the accession of subjects of state innovation institutions, it is necessary to create an adaptive environment for the development of small business.

  • Humour Stereotypes and their role in the emergence of interethnic and international conflicts

    Abstract:
    The article examines the main ethnic stereotypes, prerequisites and ways of their formation in a humorous discourse presented by the genre of anecdote. The main means of ethnic prejudices of humorous stereotypes expression, the reasons and methods of their formation are analyzed. A new principle of their classification is given according to the consideration of stereotypes from the standpoint of psycholinguistics. The paper also presents the schemes of humor perception by Russian and German ethnic groups. Using the material of anecdotes as the main form of modern humorous culture, it is shown how these schemes work and how ethnic stereotypes manifest themselves in an anecdote, how the relevance of stereotypes affects the change and disappearance of certain anecdotes from national everyday life. The means of expressing ethnic prejudices in the discourse under consideration are negative-evaluative communicative strategies of value differentiation, distance, and discrediting foreigners.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема типологизации и факторизации личностных особенностей в рамках экспресс-диагностики личности наркомана, употребляющих синтетические, канабиоидные, опийные наркотики. Кластеризация наркозависимых по типу употребляемых наркотиков продемонстрировала валидность выборки и выбранного математического метода для обслуживания полученных переменных, что свидетельствует о необходимости проработки проблемы выбора наркотиков в профиле наркозависимого на более широкой выборке для понимания глубины различий. Если в факторном анализе продемонстрированы ведущие поведенческие стратегии наркозависмых, то в кластерном анализе получена типология личности наркозависимого. При формальном сравнении, как и ожидалось, получены разноуровневые результаты, позволяющие рассматривать личность с учетом не только его поведенческих, но и системных характеристик.

The description of the pedagogical and psychological strategies of work with the child with ASD to correct the psychomotor disorders is particularly important. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of hardiness of future specialists with different strategies of self-affirmation as a fac-tor affecting the psychological safety in the educational environment. It is vitality that is one of the basic characteristics that allows participants in the educational process not only to overcome life circumstances and adapt to constantly changing conditions, but also to become stronger, qualitatively improving the standard of living, physical and psychological health. An analysis of the empirical data obtained was presented, as well as the features of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at increasing the resilience of individuals with different self-affirmation strategies.

    В статье рассмотрено значение анализа бизнес-среды организации, ее состав. Анализ бизнес-среды проведен на примере торговой организации. В качестве основы для проведения исследования использовались аналитический метод, методы эмпирического исследования и ситуационного анализа. Исследование основных показателей бизнес-среды позволило выявить сильные и слабые стороны субъекта малого бизнеса и определить основные угрозы и возможности дальнейшего развития. С помощью SWOT-анализа сформулированы основные направления развития организации, связанные с открытием новой торговой точки, расширением клиентской базы за счет активизации рекламной деятельности.

    Сбалансированная система показателей (ССП) была описана ещё в начале 1990-х гг. Она является широко принятой системой управления эффективностью. Недавно предложили использовать ССП как основу системы стратегического управления. В статье описывается эволюция концепции ССП, признающая три различных поколения данной системы. Рассмотрено соотношение эмпирически обусловленных разработок в области сбалансированной системы показателей с литературными источниками, касающимися стратегического управления в организациях. Делается вывод о том, что достигнутые на сегодняшний день результаты в области разработки ССП заслуживают внимания, а также есть место для совершенствования данной системы.
