    Abstract:
    The dominance of the technocratic model of civilization development has led to a number of global problems, each of which threatens the destruction of humanity. The most terrible of the threatening catastrophes is the anthropological one, the destruction of the human being in man. The necessity for comprehensive humanization of all spheres of human activity is argued. Humanitarization of higher technical education is considered the most important mechanism and means of forming a professional's humanitarian culture. The article presents the results of a study where a technical university students’ attitude to the study of Humanities was analyzed. The article reflects the problem of training teaching staff for technical universities and considers the reserves for improving the quality of training of undergraduates as prospective teachers. A three-stage model of undergraduates’ comprehensive training for professional and pedagogical activities of a technical university teacher is presented.

    Abstract:
    Social design is considered as the basis for professional growth of a social work graduate. In this article, the importance of project activities in the current standard as a universal competence of a social work specialist is demonstrated. Based on the specifics of social work, a project is defined as an author’s version of solving a social issue. The topics of students’ projects based on the results of social diagnostics in an evolving society are presented. The features of social modeling in social design are considered. On the example of the Moscow region, the possibilities of forming an innovative education strategy in which design acts as a tool for social development are shown.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problem of university training of pediatricians for work in the primary health care sector - children's clinics, in accordance with the objectives of the national project "Health Care". Taking into account the main goals of the national project aimed at reducing mortality in general and infant mortality in particular, the main way to implement it is the full staffing of medical personnel in primary health care in order to ensure access to medical care for the population and focus on preventive measures. The authors of the article analyzed the causes of the imperfection of providing primary health care for children, the low motivation of medical students to work as a local pediatrician, examined in detail the features of training at the pediatric faculty. The specifics of the pedagogical process aimed at training of future pediatricians at the university are specified and the author's view on its implementation is proposed. The authors formulate and justify a strategy for reforming the training of future doctors at the final stage of preparation. The need for an integrated approach to reforming the educational process, taking into account the formation of professional competencies of the local doctor, is shown. The authors also consider it necessary to expand and deepen knowledge not only in the field of pediatrics, but also psychology for future primary care physicians in order to improve the quality of medical care. Particular attention in the education of the future pediatrician should belong to practical skills, according to the qualification characteristics of the local doctor, which requires the availability of educational activities in simulation centers and university pediatric clinics. The authors consider the introduction of mentoring by experienced specialists over young pediatricians an essential condition for a high level of skills development. To solve the problem of low motivation of students to work as a local pediatrician, the authors propose expanding the possibilities of further professional and career growth. The most important and promising direction of optimizing the education of future district pediatricians, from the authors’ point of view, is the possibility of organizing specialized departments for training general practitioners at a medical university.

    Abstract:
    The article on the example of history, social science and law, analyzes and systematizes the authors' experience in the field of olympiad training of students. The relevance of the problem in the context of the need to implement the national project “Education” is revealed, the advantages of schoolchildren having achievements in various competitions when entering universities are described. The important role of competent scientific consulting and mentoring in the system of olympiad training is emphasized. On the example of the project “Growth Story”, the need for early preparation for the Olympiads is substantiated, non-standard approaches to this process are proposed. The most common types of olympiad tasks are analyzed, methodological methods aimed at improving the efficiency of their implementation are proposed.

Применение методов, показавших в процессе формирования команды проекта эффективность на практике, позволяет найти ее ядро, активизирующее начало, задействовать механизм мотивации к плодотворной работе.

    Автор статьи уделяет особое внимание физической подготовки будущих специалистов пожарно-спасательных служб, где особенно важным является развитие такого физического качества как ловкость. Автор подчеркивает, что именно это физическое качество обладает первостепенным значением в деятельности, где предъявляются высокие требования к координации движений, приспособлению к быстро меняющейся ситуации и сознательном корригировании движений. Для развития более высокого уровня ловкости в статье автором рассматриваются следующие специальные методы: метод многократного выполнения упражнения с последующим измерением точности по времени, пространству и мышечному усилию; метод «контрастных заданий»; метод «сближаемых заданий».

    Автор уделяет особое внимание аэробике, которая может являться одной из важной составляющей классической хореографической подготовки, использующей разнообразные технологические и выразительные средства искусства танца. Автор подчёркивает, что базовые аэробные движения способствуют развитию ритмичности и мышечной координации, усвоению основных навыков моторики, позволяющих освоить элементы разного уровня сложности. При этом, огромное значение придаётся развитию культуры движений. Автор также отмечает, что аэробика многофункциональна; её воздействие многогранно, оно выражается в специальной физической, технической, эстетической ориентации занятий. Автор приходит к выводу, что с помощью аэробики в профессиональной подготовке хореографов решается целый набор задач, связанных с комплексным развитием обучающихся.

Отмечена приоритетная роль инновационной проектной и цифровой подготовки в многоуровневой практико-ориентированной системе обучения менеджеров. Рассмотрены вопросы конкурентных преимуществ ведущего вуза в создании цифровой образовательной среды, гибкости подстройки образовательных программ под нужды рынка и практики обучения менеджеров сферы гостеприимства и туризма. Актуальность статьи обусловлена потребностью общества, государства и рынка труда гостеприимства и туризма – важной части сферы услуг, в выпускниках вузов, программ дополнительного образования, подготовленных к самостоятельному решению профессиональных задач в условиях турбулентности бизнес-среды, серьезных задач формирования цифровой экономики, информационного общества, реализации «Стратегии развития туризма Российской Федерации на период до 2035 года» как драйвера экономики страны, регионов. Предмет исследования – анализ задач системы образования, профессионального сообщества, комплекса организационно-экономических форм и методов профессиональной подготовки менеджеров для успешного продвижения культуры предпринимательства в сфере гостеприимства и туризма.

  • First Outcomes of Implementing the New Model of Continuous Education in the System of Further Post-Graduate Training of Doctors

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of the continuing medical education (CME), which is a supplementary vocational education carried out through the implementation of qualification and further post-graduate training programs. The basic principles of the CME development in the Russian Federation are defined in the article. Among them: continuity in post-graduate training; harmonization with international standards; partnership of the state and professional organizations; comprehensive training of medical workers, that is convenient for them; the use of innovative technologies; quality control and independence, the motivation of employees to improve their skills. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, comparison and observation. The author of the article outlines that the current regulatory framework for the CME development is the federal laws in the field of healthcare. The results of the study. The majority of doctors accepted a new model as a principal one and registered at the CME website for training. It is concluded that the fundamental difference between the new educational model and the traditional one is that in the СME system an individual 5-year cycle educational plan is drawn up, including 250 credits (hours) of educational activity, which are evenly divided into 50 credits (hours) annually. It is also stated that during the process of implementing the model, certain problems arose: a significant increase in the number of students per year, the increase in the number of organizations accredited for training since it is difficult to control it at the first stage. The СME model needs to be improved and developed, relying on all the best achievements and developments of the traditional system of post-graduate training of doctors.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of composition role in architecture and design, which seems to be a kind of propaedeutic block of the profession, immersive discourse, as well as the basic paradigm of art-project training. The author of the article studies the actual compositional techniques and concepts of modern project practice, interpreted as internal mechanisms and patterns of life in the professional space, a special system of «entry» into the specifics of art and project activities. The author outlines that formed on the basis of such an ideology, the author’s course on the basics of composition reflects key aspects of a compositional language formation taking into account immersive perception and serves as a way of introducing into the profession, mastering compositional thinking. The author comes to the conclusion that proposed approach allows students to integrate into the profession organically, sets the forms of immersing in art and project realities.
