Materials on the women's issue and women's education as its most important component, published in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries. They belong not only to famous public figures, writers, but also to those for whom journalism has become a new experience. The issues of the formation and development of women's education as one of the most important components of the women's issue were widely covered in the journalistic literature of the period under study. It reflected various positions on this issue that have developed in society. The study of literature allowed us to understand more deeply the essence of the public mood of that time, to feel the emotional intensity, to accept the results closer. The analysis of the source material showed that the ranks of the participants of the women's movement and its supporters became increasingly growing and active. Despite the gradual reduction in the number of opponents, their struggle, taking various forms, has been dealing significant blows for many decades, holding back possible successes. A special place in public life was occupied by liberals, whose activities were mainly verbal statements.

Methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the discipline “Physical culture and sport”
Review ArticleDevelopment of education Volume 6 No 1- Author:
- Viktor P. Chernyshev
- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The article theoretically substantiates various methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the academic discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the education system. It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

- Among school graduates, an increased result in secondary vocational education and a decrease in interest in higher education became noticeable. This article discusses options for obtaining vocational education after graduation, puts forward hypotheses that explain the increased interest in obtaining secondary vocational education, in particular, the problem of increased fear of the unified state exam among applicants and their parents and their desire to «get around» it is studied. The article indicates the increased interest in the system of continuous education in general and in the city of Novokuznetsk in particular. To confirm the hypotheses put forward, a study was conducted in which 167 first-year students of the University College of the Siberian State Industrial University took part. The students were asked about their motives for entering the University College after the 9th grade, and about the reasons for entering the University College of the Siberian State Industrial University specifically. After analyzing the results, it was concluded that the hypotheses put forward were confirmed, and the main reason for the refusal of high school students to continue their studies at school in grades 10–11 in favor of obtaining a secondary vocational education was determined. The article notes that every year the number of those wishing to receive a secondary education at the Siberian State Industrial University will grow, therefore, the number of specialties and places for study should be expanded.

For each option for explaining and clarifying discrepancies, generalized quantitative data and a quantitative difference between the results of normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) are given. All variants of explanations and clarifications are illustrated by the children's answers and presented in accordance with the quantitative difference between the indicators of children with normal speech development and GR (III level). At the same time, variants with a quantitative predominance in the norm, variants with a quantitative predominance in OHP (level III) and variants that are noted only in OHP (level III) are indicated. In conclusion, a sequence of established options for explanations and clarifications is presented in terms of the degree of quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with OHP (level III) from a larger difference to a smaller one.
