    Abstract:
    The article examines the influence of different types of thinking on the process of learning English by students of higher educational institutions. The article examines the features of analytical, creative and practical thinking, as well as their impact on the assimilation of vocabulary, grammar and the development of communication skills. The analysis of modern educational approaches and digital tools for teaching foreign languages is carried out. The results of a study among students of technical training are presented. The conclusion is made about the need for a personalized approach to teaching English, taking into account the cognitive characteristics of students.

    Abstract:
    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

    Abstract:
    The communication of modern children takes place in conditions of a combination of live communication and communication using gadgets. In preschool age, which is a sensitive period for the development of communicative skills, they quickly get used to short messages in messengers instead of using full phrases, they begin to use facial expressions and gestures less, and they pay less attention to the emotions of their interlocutor. This makes it difficult to effectively develop communicative skills. Due to the identified relevance of this problem, the article examines the main factors affecting the development of communicative skills in modern preschoolers. It describes their impact on this process.

Overall, the paper suggests that while awareness of cultural differences is essential, it is not sufficient on its own. There is a need for further research into skills and strategies that help manage communication in situations where intercultural competence levels are unequal.

    Abstract:
    The presented article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the category "competitiveness" in the context of its implementation in the problematic field of the tourism industry. The author substantiates the polysemy and multilevel nature of the phenomenon under study, determined by the dichotomy of objective economic laws and subjective behavioral patterns of consumers. Based on a critical review of the existing paradigms (structural-functional, resource-oriented and institutional), the heuristic limitations of classical approaches in relation to the tourism sector are revealed.

    The article presents a theoretical analysis of the relationship between self-consciousness and interpersonal communication in adolescence. The main approaches to self-consciousness and its structure are considered. The features of adolescent communication are analyzed: the importance of the reference group, intimate-personal character. A two-way relationship is substantiated: the development of self-consciousness occurs through the mechanisms of social perception and feedback in communication, while the formed self-concept determines the style of communication. It is shown that adolescence is a sensitive period for the development of reflection. The conclusion about the need for an integrative approach is made

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.

    Abstract. The article discusses the practical aspects of introducing computer technology and information and communication technologies into the process of rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Based on many years of experience in implementing the author's program "From a Cube to a Computer", the author analyzes the age and psychophysical characteristics of pupils, which determine the choice of work format — from the simplest logic games on the plane to mastering a personal computer, office programs, PowerPoint animation and initial career guidance in adolescence. Special attention is paid to the accessibility of equipment: the use of a telescopic stylus for children with cerebral palsy, a specialized keyboard with enlarged keys and a plastic overlay, as well as a button that replaces the mouse. The principles of health conservation and the role of a specialist who receives a powerful tool for the development of higher mental functions and social adaptation of a special child.

    Abstract. The article analyzes the motivational component as a significant condition for the effectiveness of the PECS alternative communication system in correcting unwanted behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders and severe multiple developmental disorders. The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the effectiveness of correctional work with non-verbal students, for whom aggression, auto-aggression and other forms of maladaptive behavior often perform the function of expressing needs. The purpose of the study is to justify the significance of the child's individual motivational profile in the course of PECS training. The methodological basis was made up of a content analysis of domestic and foreign studies, a comparative analysis of PECS application protocols, as well as modeling a motivational-adaptive reinforcement selection algorithm.     This chapter examines the complex transformation of the professional image of lawyers in the context of the total digitalization and media coverage of the legal environment in 2024–2026. The author analyzes the impact of digital communications, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and the publicity of legal proceedings on reputation formation and the effectiveness of legal defense. Historical and cultural archetypes of the lawyer's image in fiction and cinema are examined, paralleling them with modern demands for flexibility, mobility, and moral choice. Particular attention is paid to the «Pyramid of Meanings» and nonverbal aspects of communication (body language), which remain critical in the era of AI dominance.     The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

Using the example of the Health and Tourism Festival “Na Rakhate”, implemented in the Republic of Bashkortostan since 2022, the study demonstrates the transformation of an event-based project into a sustainable communication platform that contributes to building a positive regional image, expanding international contacts, and promoting export-oriented services.
