- The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). - Abstract:
- Sexual Size Dimorphism (SSD) is considered to be the indicator of environmental quality. Peculiarites of its variation reflect trends in traits evolution. We estimated the values of SSD in populations from two distanced regions of Russia – Chechnya and Krasnodarskiy Province. In total those values did not differ, but SSD was higher in elytra and pronotum parameters in beetles from Chechnya and lower – by head parameters. Advancing research in this direction promises to unravel the ecological processes that structure soil biodiversity and to predict the impacts of global change on terrestrial ecosystems.

- Abstract:
- This article explores methods of econometric analysis of financial indicators. The most current and necessary approaches for studying the financial sector in 2023 are identified in this article. The article highlights three main classes of econometric models: time series models, single-equation regression models, and simultaneous equation systems. It is important to emphasize that the choice of method depends on specific goals and the characteristics of the available data. Factors such as data availability and quality, model complexity, research objectives, time frames, and the complexity of relationships all influence the selection of the most appropriate method. Ultimately, the article underscores the importance of carefully selecting a method, conducting an analysis of results, and making informed decisions for effective financial management and forecasting future changes.

The rite seren in the Chuvash villages of the Republic of Bashkortostan: traditions and modern local features
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 5 No 2- Author:
- Igor G. Petrov
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- The article deals with the issues of modern existence of the cleansing rite of the spring cycle sĕren among the Chuvash living on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This topic has not yet become an object of scientific study, which determines the relevance of this work. The purpose of the study is to study the local features of the rite, as well as the processes of its transformation at the current stage, tasks – a brief analysis of the historiography of the issue in scientific literature, a general description of the essence and content of the ritual, its local manifestations in various areas of residence of the Chuvash, the role of the rite in modern ritual practice. The study was conducted using the principles of historicism, objectivity, consistency, specificity, as well as special methods of field ethnography – included observation and interviews. The work is based on the author’s field materials collected in 2002–2004, 2020, 2022 years in the Chuvash villages of the western, southwestern, central and southern regions of the republic. The results of the study showed that the seren rite has undergone significant changes in recent decades. In most settlements, he completely fell out of ritual life and remained in the memory of old-timers, in others he underwent reduction and decreased on a scale and continues his existence as a vital ritual. The latter is probably due to the stability of traditional religious ideas among the Chuvash of the region, which sometimes contribute to the situational reproduction of the rite in different rural communities.

General extralinguistic factors reinforcing specific ideas about the Cheboksary regiolect of the Russian language
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 5 No 2- Author:
- Eduard V. Fomin
- Work direction:
- World languages and literature
- Abstract:
- The study is devoted to the study of the conditions for the formation and functioning of the Cheboksary regiolect of the Russian language, which is distinguished by a number of stable linguistic parameters. The peculiar sound of the speech of the Cheboksary people has developed under the significant substrate influence of the Chuvash language, among the speakers of which there are currently active processes of a linguistic shift in favor of Russian. The work is written in the aspect of sociolinguistics and is based on the author’s long-term observations of the self-esteem of Cheboksary residents and their assessment by visitors. The purpose of the research is to expand the understanding of extralinguistic factors that do not directly affect the specifics of the speech of Cheboksary people, but at the same time enhance the impression of it from outside observers. The article deals with non-linguistic specific features inherent in the capital of the Chuvash Republic, including geographical, climatic, anthropological, technological and other components. Their presence greatly enhances the perception of the sound of the Russian speech of the inhabitants of Cheboksary and its agglomeration as a unique phenomenon of modern Russian culture. In turn, the specific conditions that support the Cheboksary regiolect are the result of a long historical and social process, including the mass migration of the population in the past, the mixing of different ethnic groups among themselves and the formation of modern peoples in their visually fixed physical features, anthropological impact on the ecumene, etc. in relation to the territory of Chuvashia and nearby regions.

German Packaging for Russian Novel: on the Problem of the Genre of the “Fiery Angel” by V. Bryusov
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 3 No 2- Author:
- Eduard O. Krank
- Work direction:
- Languages of the Nations of the World
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the problem of the genre of V. Bryusov’s novel “The Fiery Angel”. The purpose of the article is to assert that the author uses the tradition of the medieval German novel in a stylized capacity. Bryusov needs the method of literary mystification not so much to hide relationships of real people who served as prototypes for the heroes of the novel, but to establish an allusive cultural connection between Germany in the era of M. Luther and the “Silver Age” of Russian literature, with its interest in issues of religion and gender. The relevance of the study dictated by the attention of the modern reader to the literature of the “Silver Age”, as well as a special interest in metamorphoses that the novel genre undergoes in the era of modernism and postmodernism. The research materials are the text of the novel, biographical information related to the personalities of prototypes, reviews of literary criticism, as well as literary studies. We use descriptive, hermeneutic, synchronic, diachronic, historical-genetic, comparative, analytical and biographical methods in this work. The results of the study and their discussion consist in reflection on the paradigm in defining the genre of the novel, in pointing out the tradition of literary mystification, which rises to the “Belkin’s Tales” by A. Pushkin. Also important is the circumstances that the religious searches inherent in the prototypes of the heroes of the novel are akin to Protestant moods of the Reformation. As a result, we conclude that the author, because of the anthropological unity of the archetypal situation, continued the literary tradition of the German Middle Ages. It is laid down in the basis of the plots of both V. Bryusov’s novel and the first part of “Faust” by I.W. Goethe, as well as A. Belyi’s novel “Petersburg”, in which the love triangle invariant and its transformation from prototypes to characters is represented by the same mechanism as is characteristic of the “Fiery Angel”. The assertion of this way of implementing a behavioral scheme (anthropological invariant) in the process of transforming prototypes into characters is the innovation of our work.

- Aleksandr T. Mukhametshin
- Work direction:
- Sociology of Education
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.

To the Question of Interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijan Cultures: Ancientry and Modernity
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 3 No 1- Author:
- Vladimir A. Vasilyev
- Work direction:
- Special Theme of the Issue: Research of Chuvash Language and Culture of Chuvashia
- Abstract:
- In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

About the Dictionary of the Cheboksary Regional Speech of the Russian Language
Research ArticleEthnic Culture No 4 (5)- Authors:
- Eduard V. Fomin, Tamara N. Erina
- Work direction:
- Problems of Crosslinguistic and Intercultural Communication
- Abstract:
- This work is devoted to the discussion of the problems associated with the compilation of the the Russian language dictionary of the Cheboksary region speech. The purpose of the work is to consider the macro- and microstructure of the dictionary of speech of the residents of Cheboksary and the agglomeration. The authors use traditional methods of linguistics: descriptive, comparative, contrastive. The article is based on the materials of the designed dictionary, which, in turn, were collected in the course of many years of observation of the speech of the Cheboksary residents in natural conditions. The reaserchers come to a conclusion that he Cheboksary regiolect is an example of a self-sufficient collective idiolect, possessing stable specific uses of literary units of the Russian language. These units can exist not only in the form of published systematized lists or databases, they can also be lexicographic. Presenting the material as a separate vocabulary gives it more weight than publications in the form of small genres. Lexicography offers non-traditional urbanonyms, specific stable phrases and sentences, chuvashisms, which in general can be called cheboksarisms. In a dictionary entry, the required elements are the lemma and its interpretation. At the same time, such elements as transcription of the headword and chuvashism, etymological information, illustrative material can be activated in its composition as needed. By and large, the dictionary is intended not only to provide a scientific understanding of the Cheboksary region, but also to serve as an assertion of the region's self.

- Abstract:
- The authors outline that it is necessary to solve such a complex and large-scale problem as the growth of deviations among the younger generation. Also the authors point out the lack of methodological continuity in approaches implemented in the processes of education and upbringing. It is found out that educational models and upbringing models are realized as processes that are not connected to each other, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of the educational process and does not fully take into account all the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the implementation of educational programs. The aim of the work is to establish causal relationships between the development of universal learning activities and the education of a cultural personality, necessary for the harmonious development of adolescents. A number of conceptual models (schemes) that reflect the basic concepts of these processes and the conceptual modeling method were used in order to achieve the aim. The results of the work are the following: presentation of a scenario model of the process of implementing universal learning actions (ULA) and identification of areas of application of efforts of teachers and psychologists in the implementation of adolescents’ deviant behavior correction using methods of art education and cultural studies. The authors make the main conclusion that educational and creative tasks play a system-forming role in the implementation of the ULA, and the methods of art education and cultural studies are an effective tool for correcting deviant behavior.
