    Abstract:
    The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the dynamics of distribution and new mechanisms of formation of Internet-addictive behavior among Russian adolescents aged 13–17 in 2024–2025. Based on the generalization of 46 modern Russian and foreign studies and content analysis of 200 anonymous posts of adolescents in social networks (VKontakte, Telegram, TikTok) for October–November 2025, the leading triggers of addiction (short vertical videos, online games, constant messenger notifications), subclinical and clinical signs, as well as risk factors are identified. A set of psychological and pedagogical measures of primary and secondary prevention adapted for school psychologists, class teachers and parents is proposed.

    This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed.     The article examines modern legislative approaches aimed at maximizing the protection of the rights of authors, patent holders, and other intellectual property owners. The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation.     The chapter proposes a method for analyzing economic systems based on the use of a model of simultaneous equations and machine learning. The architecture of a fully connected neural network capable of reflecting the structure of a discrete-time control system and allowing the identification of a system of simultaneous equations is considered. A method for training a neural network is proposed that allows estimating the coefficients of a set of simultaneous equations. A method for forecasting a multivariate time series based on the estimated structural parameters of the system using a perceptron is presented.

  • The impact of using chatbots on learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university

    The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that artificial intelligence and neural network chatbots are playing an increasingly important role in higher education; they often take over traditional methods of teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities. At the same time, the issue of the advantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching a foreign language remains open. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using neural network chatbots in the process of teaching a foreign language in comparison with traditional teaching methods. To achieve this goal, the author uses experimental teaching of English to first-year future culturologists. As a result of the study, it was found that the process of assimilation of foreign language material when teaching a foreign language using chatbots differs from the process of assimilation while teaching traditionally. Significant differences were noticed at the stages of formation of motivation, presentation of new foreign language material, comprehension and rethinking of the new lexical and grammatical material. Such phenomena as clip thinking, the Google effect, and the devaluation of students’ memory with the constant use of digital devices have a particularly strong influence on changes in the learning process. Techniques are proposed to neutralize the negative impact of neural network learning on students, when implemented, an increase in the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language using neural network chatbots is observed.

    Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation.
