    Abstract:
    The importance of the artistic image in the activity of a teacher as a tool for the development of the communicative culture of a university graduate is considered. This task is implemented through the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, in particular, psychology and foreign languages. The types and functions of the language of the artistic image are discussed. The essential characteristics of the concept of "the language of an artistic image" in the context of pedagogical activity are revealed, its developing potential is indicated. Methodological tools and techniques for improving the communicative culture of graduates of a humanitarian university are proposed. The results of an empirical study on the development of the language of the artistic image among graduates of humanitarian universities are presented.

    The article is deboted to the psychology of art which as a non-classical psychology focuses its attention on the means that a person develops and uses in his communication with the outside world, and implements it as a means of controlling his own psyche. The symbolic psychology of art studies the development, functioning and evolution of sign-symbolic systems at the level of interaction «man – man – society», since art in a widely accessible form is able to raise the most complex existential problems, as well as concentrate on the inner world of each person. The symbolic psychology of art, thanks to the active development of related sciences, primarily semiotics and art history, currently has great chances for productive development.

    The exhibition titled «My Minsk – My Inspiration» was organized at the Museum of the History of Minsk and the Belarusian Union of Artists and held in 2021 from September 9 to 26 at the Mikhail Savitsky Art Gallery. This exhibition brought together fine arts and cinema: along with pictorial and graphic works, a number of documentaries in Minsk were presented for viewing, as well as feature films shot especially in Minsk. The purpose of the article is to evaluate paintings and graphic works from the collection of the Belarusian Union of artists presented at the exhibition «My Minsk – my inspiration» in the art gallery of Mikhail Savitsky in Minsk. Created between 1945 and 2018, the mentioned works reflect buildings and streets, valuable in terms of urban development. Paintings have historical and artistic value. The article provides the author's definition of the term «artistic reflection». Based on the method of typing the essence of three artistic reflections of the architectural heritage is revealed: «mirror reflection of artistic heritage», «reflection with the phenomena of artistic reflection» and «fiction in the reflection of the architectural heritage», as well as the identification of works to identify signs of artistic reflection.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the role of fiction in the field of education and upbringing. The most important functions of literature that are essential for education (more broadly – the educational environment) are indicated. The works of Chuvash writers, which are included in textbooks-readers on native (Chuvash) literature of basic general and secondary general education, are selectively analyzed. In this article, fiction is considered not so much as a subject of study of literary criticism and criticism, but rather as a socio-cultural phenomenon that has the ability to directly influence the emotional and sensory perception of a person. Fundamental to this scientific research is the descriptive method, which includes techniques of interpretation, comparison, generalization. As a result of the conducted research, it was summed up that verbal creativity always reflects the worldview and feelings of the writer and his people. The following article concludes about a work of art, its representation through the prism of a certain aesthetic microcosm, with its own rules and laws. That is why the work of literature is considered fiction and fantasy of the writer. But on the other hand, in his works the author recreates a certain life situation.

  • The Destiny of “Tradition” in the Modern World: A Comparative Analysis of the Concepts of E. Hobsbawm and S. Eisenstadt

    The conflicting assessments of the nature and role of traditions in the modern world stem in part from differences in the use of the term; the specific phenomena that are the focus of each perspective differ in some important respects. This opens up the possibility that seemingly contradictory conclusions about the role of traditions in contemporary societies can be reconciled. The article discusses the role and influence of traditions for the analysis of the modern socio-cultural situation from the point of view of two approaches: the concept of invented tradition by Eric Hobsbawm and the concept of multiple modernities by Shmuel Eisenstadt. The purpose of the article is to give a comparative analysis of the two approaches to tradition, showing that modernity is not a culturally neutral, universal socio-cultural product, but is formed under the influence of many traditions. Based on the method of comparative analysis, it was revealed that the concept of multiple modernities by Shmuel Eisenstadt, as well as the concept of invented tradition by Eric Hobsbawm, contradict the view of the classical theory of modernization on modernity as a break with tradition. At the same time, the meaning that Eisenstadt attaches to tradition differs markedly from that proposed by E. Hobsbawm. It is concluded that from the point of view of the theory of multiple modernities, the invention of new traditions in modernity is better understood as a process of transformation, and that the reconstruction of a tradition is not the same as invention. In both cases, both for the transformation and reconstruction of the tradition, the sociocultural context is important.

  • Literary Translation Into English of Peter Khuzangai’s Poem “The Poet”

    The purpose of the article is to present a literary translation into English of P. Khuzangay’s poem «A Poet» and to make a comprehensive analysis of it. The object of the study is the text of P. Khuzangay’s poem «A Poet» and the literary translation of S. N. Vasilyeva «A Poet». The novelty of the work lies in the fact that a literary translation and a comprehensive analysis of this poem were carried out for the first time. Based on the methods of analytical reading, theoretical analysis of literature, search, contextual analysis, comparative analysis, the language of the work (morphology, syntax, vocabulary, style) is considered and the relationship between the ideological and artistic conception of the poem with its linguistic features is revealed. The methods used in the process of literary translation made it possible to preserve the idea of the poem, the features of the composition and to select the appropriate means of artistic expression. In the work of P. Khuzangay, the philosophical problem of the poet's destiny and his work is touched upon. The composition of the poem is three-part, the size is a three-foot trochee with cross-rhyming throughout the entire poem, the intonation is narrative. The translation was made using the technique of rhetorical exclamation. The temporal organization is interesting: throughout the poem, verbs are transmitted in the present tense. The translation is dominated by complex sentences. As a rule, a stanza corresponds to one sentence. Alliteration and assonance are used to enhance sound expressiveness and achieve speech imagery.

    Цель исследования – установить особенности литературного ландшафта в романе М.Ю. Лермонтова «Герой нашего времени». В романе ландшафт показан с точки зрения офицера-рассказчика и штабс-капитана Максима Максимовича. Концепция восприятия ландшафта и его вербальной трансляции выступает способом раскрытия особенностей мировоззрения и характера героев. Научная новизна исследования состоит в интерпретации художественного ландшафта концептуально: как способа выражения жизненного опыта и мировоззрения героя, ключа для понимания мотивации его поступков. В результате установлено, что литературный ландшафт, с одной стороны, точно воссоздает географические реалии Кавказа и Кавказских Минеральных вод, а с другой, через субъективную интерпретацию выступает инструментом выражения внутреннего состояния героя, а в более общем плане – его мировоззрения.

    Статья посвящена вопросам создания женского образа, образа женщины-горянки, проживающей на территории Северного Кавказа, в художественном тексте с помощью языковых средств. Автором предпринята попытка описания образа персонажа художественного произведения посредством структурирования художественного образа на процессуальные и непроцессуальные характеристики женского персонажа, заявленного автором в поэме «Кавказский пленник». К процессуальным характеристикам были отнесены действия, мотивы и цели деятельности, фактическое осуществление задуманного, особенности речевого поведения, верификация. В качестве непроцессуальных характеристик женского образа были описаны внешность героини: общий внешний облик, лицо, взгляд, атрибуты, система ценностей, интеллектуальные качества. Отдельное внимание уделено средствам номинации, которые использовал А.С. Пушкин для воссоздания колоритного образа. В основу статьи положена модель анализа образа персонажа художественного произведения, предложенная исследователем С.В. Черновой. Данная модель позволила определить и описать ряд языковых средств, используемых А.С. Пушкиным для описания образа женщины-горянки в поэме «Кавказский пленник» – метафора, эпитет, сравнение, олицетворение, анафора, инверсия, риторический вопрос, риторическое восклицание, лексический повтор. В статье также выявлены и охарактеризованы виды основных и второстепенных языковых характеристик образа женщины Северного Кавказа в поэме А.С. Пушкина «Кавказский пленник».

В старшем дошкольном детстве зарождается процесс развития новых психологических механизмов поведения и деятельности, формируется база для произвольного поведения, все это становится одним из основных новообразований развития ребенка этого возраста. Дети осваивают конкретную систему норм морали, социальных ценностей, а также правил поведения в обществе. Занятия художественно-творческой деятельностью помогаю формировать личностные качества ребенка, восприятию реальной действительности, способностей к будущей учебной деятельности.
