The main goals of the model are to increase adolescent awareness of the consequences of bullying, develop constructive conflict resolution skills, and strengthen emotional resilience and self-confidence.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents a comparative analysis of the level of formation of self-care skills in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders. Theoretical approaches to the study of the specifics of the formation of domestic independence in children with ASD in the context of their intellectual development are considered. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of children by the presence or absence of concomitant intellectual disabilities. An empirical study conducted on the basis of a preschool educational institution revealed statistically significant differences in the deficit profiles of two groups. The results demonstrate the need to develop differentiated corrective routes: for children with intellectual disabilities, the focus is on the formation of basic algorithms with physical assistance, for children with preserved intelligence – on automation of skills and self-control.

    В статье исследуется вопрос взаимосвязи между вовлеченностью студентов в физкультурно-спортивную деятельность вуза, динамикой их социализации и профессиональным ростом. Сравниваются показатели социализации и готовности к профессиональному развитию у студентов расширенной программы физкультуры и стандартного модуля. Проверяется роль удовлетворенности базовыми психологическими потребностями (автономия, компетентность, сопричастность) как медиатора. Уточняются условия, при которых спорт выступает социальным лифтом и ресурсом формирования soft skills. Обсуждаются механизмы влияния физической культуры на социальный капитал, академическую адаптацию и профессиональную идентичность.

    The article substantiates the relevance of the targeted formation of information competence in visually impaired primary school students as a key condition for their successful learning and socialization. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the specificity of the structure of information competence is revealed, taking into account the characteristics of children with visual impairments. A set of practical aspects is presented, including adapted pedagogical conditions, methods and means for the development of each component of competence. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate special technologies, compensatory techniques and universal learning activities into a unified process.

    В статье исследуется вопрос роли дисциплин по физической культуре в процессе социализации и профессионального становления студентов высших учебных заведений. Цель работы – выявить и проанализировать социально-психологические и профессионально значимые эффекты, формируемые в рамках учебно-тренировочных занятий и внеучебной физкультурно-спортивной деятельности. В ходе педагогического эксперимента были использованы методы анкетирования, тестирования (методики диагностики коммуникативных и организаторских склонностей, уровня социальной адаптированности), а также метод экспертной оценки. Результаты исследования подтвердили, что целенаправленно организованная физкультурно-спортивная деятельность статистически значимо способствует развитию у студентов таких качеств, как коммуникабельность, ответственность, лидерский потенциал, стрессоустойчивость и способность к работе в команде, что напрямую коррелирует с требованиями современного рынка труда.

    В статье анализируется методология комплексного перехода от интуитивного патерналистского управления к системному менеджменту в консервативной бизнес-среде. На примере кейса бухгалтерской компании исследуется процесс внедрения коучинговой культуры на трех уровнях: индивидуальном, групповом и организационном. Описаны инструменты преодоления профессиональной деформации экспертов, механизмы проведения стратегических сессий и индивидуального сопровождения сотрудников. Доказано, что интеграция компетенций коучинга в управленческий цикл является ключевым фактором масштабируемости и устойчивости бизнеса в условиях кадрового дефицита.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of developing teachers' soft skills and their application in the educational process. Modern teachers face the need to quickly adapt to new conditions of professional activity, effectively interact with participants in the educational process, demonstrate leadership qualities and creativity, and solve non-standard problems. The requirements for a teacher's professional competence bring to the forefront the use of a set of universal skills known as “soft skills”. The aim of the research is to clarify the concept of “soft skills”, determine their component composition, and identify the specifics of their use in the educational process, which facilitates effective interaction with both students and other participants in educational relations. It is important to apply an approach where the teacher serves as a role model and mentor, and the educational process becomes an environment for developing skills such as communication, critical thinking, empathy, creativity, etc. The article identifies a group of soft skills relevant for teachers in general education institutions and provides their characteristics. Special attention is given to digital literacy as a prerequisite for the safe and effective use of digital technologies. Based on the analysis, effective soft skills development methods were identified, including the implementation of psychological and pedagogical programs for teachers.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problem of developing phonetic skills in secondary school students through the integration of digital interactive technologies, in particular the online platform PlayPhrase.me. In the context of globalisation and increasing demands for practical foreign language skills, the issues of forming stable pronunciation and listening skills are becoming particularly important. Analysing the limitations of traditional methods based on textbooks and reproductive exercises, the authors conclude that the modern educational reality requires new teaching methods that are appropriate for the digital age. The article proposes a specific methodology for organising the English language learning process through the systematic use of interactive resources. It justifies the use of authentic video materials selected with the help of PlayPhrase.me in lessons, which help students immerse themselves in a natural language context, increase their motivation to study the subject, and contribute to more effective acquisition of phonetic norms and the development of communication skills. The experiment with 6th grade students at Arskaya Secondary School No. 6 showed a significant increase in phonetic competence using this platform, highlighting its flexibility for adaptation to different learning stages and language aspects.

    В статье исследуется взаимосвязь между качеством подготовки и мотивацией педагогических кадров и эффективностью построения партнерских отношений между школой и семьей. Доказывается, что традиционные модели профессионального развития учителей, сфокусированные исключительно на предметно-методической компетентности, являются недостаточными в контексте вызовов современного образования. Авторы выделяют дефицит психолого-коммуникативных и медиативных компетенций у педагогов как ключевой барьер для конструктивного диалога с родителями. На основе анализа отечественного и зарубежного опыта предлагается модель целостной системы подготовки и мотивации учителей, интегрирующая развитие «мягких навыков» (soft skills) и построение новой профессиональной идентичности педагога как фасилитатора и навигатора образовательного процесса. Показано, что устойчивая мотивация педагога, основанная на автономии, мастерстве и осмысленности деятельности, является критическим условием для трансформации ригидной схемы «школа – заказчик – поставщик» в гибкую экосистему «педагог – ребенок – родитель».

    Abstract:
    A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated. On this basis, a multi-level model for limiting the blocks of the identity crisis is developed, including the development of metacognitive skills ("digital surveillance"), the practice of conscious consumption of content, methods of narrative implement.

    The article discusses the issue of introducing virtual laboratories and simulations into the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular, in teaching information technology and computer science. The author does not agree with the approach in which virtual environments are positioned as a direct replacement for traditional physical practices. Instead, the need for a transition to a complementary or hybrid model is justified, where virtual and physical laboratories are used together, reinforcing each other's advantages. The paper analyzes the unique advantages of each format: tactile experience and working with physical limitations in real laboratories, as well as the safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of virtual simulators. It describes a two-stage hybrid learning model that combines theoretical modeling in a virtual environment with subsequent practice on real equipment.   • Participation in IT Startups as a Tool for Forming Soft Skills in IT Bachelor’s Degree Students

    In modern society, it is essential for any specialist to develop not only professional but also universal, so-called soft skills. These skills enhance professional competency (hard skills) by complementing it. For most employers in IT and technology companies, "soft" competencies are equally or even more important than professional ones. This leads to the conclusion that fostering soft skills in IT undergraduate students is necessary already at the university stage. This article explores the potential of participation in IT startups as a tool for developing soft skills in IT bachelor's students. It analyzes the concept and classification of soft skills, as well as key employer requirements for the soft skills of candidates at various IT position levels. The paper describes the experience of a group of IT bachelor's students participating in an acceleration program, during which the team completed an IT project to develop a low-code constructor for MiniApps. The stages of the project work are outlined, detailing the goals and content of activities at each stage, along with the associated opportunities for soft skills development. The results of the theoretical study indicated the high potential of student participation in such projects for soft skills formation, which was confirmed by a pedagogical experiment showing positive progress in student skill development.
