    Abstract:
    This article examines the age-related dynamics of academic motivation in students aged 10–17 in a modern school setting. The relevance of the study stems from the persistent decline in academic motivation during basic general education, despite the recognition of academic motivation as a key factor in success and personal development. The aim of the study was to identify characteristics and statistically significant differences in the structure of academic motivation among students at three levels of general education: primary (10–11 years old), middle (12–15 years old), and high school (16–17 years old). Ninety-nine students participated in the study. For diagnostics, the method of studying educational motivation by A.K. Makarova and N.V. Kontseva was used, which allows for the assessment of external motivation, cognitive motives, communicative motives and motivation for self-development, as well as the general level of motivation.     В статье раскрывается проблема эффективности «Палочек Кюизенера» как дидактического средства формирования математических представлений у младших школьников. Описана методическая ценность цветных счетных палочек для понимания состава чисел первого десятка, отношений «больше-меньше», арифметических операций и пространственных зависимостей. Приведен подробный конспект урока по теме «Состав чисел из двух меньших» для 1–2 классов с использованием игровых методик. Раскрыты преимущества метода: наглядность абстрактных понятий, развитие логического мышления, мелкой моторики, снижение тревожности перед математикой. Подчеркнута системная роль пособия в реализации ФГОС НОО и личностно-ориентированного обучения.

    В статье рассматривается проблема влияния стиля семейного воспитания на развитие личности младшего школьника. Анализируются основные стили воспитания родителей (авторитарный, демократический, либеральный) и их влияние на формирование личностных качеств ребёнка, таких как самостоятельность, уверенность в себе, уровень тревожности, самооценка и коммуникативные навыки. Особое внимание уделяется значимости благоприятного психологического климата в семье как важного условия гармоничного личностного развития младшего школьника. Подчёркивается роль родителей в формировании эмоционально-волевой сферы и социальной адаптации ребёнка в условиях школьного обучения.

    В статье представлена разработка и апробация урока математики по теме «Постоянная Капрекара» для учащихся начальной школы. Описан ход занятия: мотивационные задачи, разминка, открытие закономерности через алгоритм вычитания цифр четырёхзначного числа (максимум − минимум), демонстрация свойства числа 6174 (всегда достигается за ≤7 шагов). Приведены приёмы: релаксация, физкультминутка, рефлексия. Цели занятия – знакомство с математическим феноменом, развитие логического мышления, вычислительных навыков, интереса к математике. Подчёркнута ценность метода для наблюдательности, анализа и практического применения знаний.

    В статье рассматривается проблема преемственности ценностей и смыслов физического развития ребенка в условиях семьи и дошкольного образовательного учреждения (ДОУ). Обосновывается роль согласованного подхода к физическому воспитанию как основного фактора формирования здорового образа жизни и гармоничного развития личности дошкольника. Анализируются основные задачи физического развития, реализуемые в семье и ДОУ. Далее рассмотрены текущие проблемы, препятствующие достижению оптимальных результатов и возможностей физического развития. Предлагаются возможные пути решения выявленных проблем посредством повышения двигательной активности, налаживания тесного взаимодействия между семьей и ДОУ, привлечения дополнительных ресурсов и формирования осознанного отношения к здоровью у детей и родителей.

    Today, a generation with developed creative potential, flexible thinking, and capable of non-standard solutions is in demand in society. In this regard, high demands are placed on school graduates. The relevance of the topic is due to the contradiction between social demand and the lack of development of methodological material that promotes the development of creative thinking in the classroom. In our study, we reveal the potential of intellectual games using the example of mathematics lessons in high school, taking into account the age characteristics of students, the content features of the educational material, diagnostic indicators and the integration of reflexive and evaluative mechanisms, which provided a positive dynamic.

    Abstract:
    The authors underline that issues of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are gaining particular importance in Russian society. Large companies actively support education, healthcare, charity, occupational safety, and reduction of environmental damage, which strengthens their brand, partnerships, and talent pool. Despite external economic and geopolitical challenges, the implementation of social projects faces limitations in funding and weak government support. The purpose of the study is to analyze the evolution of corporate social responsibility in Russia. Methods of analyzing theoretical sources, statistics, and comparative analysis of indicators over several years were applied. Key problems were identified: a decrease in the share of social spending in the revenue of large companies, and a decline in the indices "Responsibility and Openness" and "Vector of Sustainable Development" in the electric power, transport, logistics, and telecommunications sectors. To advance CSR, it is proposed to develop a national standard for non-financial reporting, strengthen government support, and foster intersectoral collaboration on global environmental and social challenges.

    Abstract:
    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

Based on an analysis of international practices of green budgeting, the article identifies key ESG risks, assesses their potential impact on the regional budget, and identifies a set of tools for managing public finances and related risks. In the future, it is planned to test the proposed mechanism and evaluate its impact on economic growth at the sub-federal level.

    The chapter examines the mechanisms by which external rating management influences the development of regional energy supply systems in Russia. The author explores the theoretical foundations of rating management as a complex of organizational, information-analytical, and communicative measures aimed at interaction with independent rating institutions. A structural characterization of regional energy systems is provided, along with an analysis of the mechanisms governing their interaction with the external rating management framework through a closed-loop feedback cycle. Five principal mechanisms of rating management are identified and examined: informational, regulatory-legal, economic, organizational-managerial, and socio-psychological. Specific cases illustrating the impact of regional investment ratings, sectoral performance ratings of energy companies, credit ratings, international certification, and public monitoring on the development of regional energy systems are considered. The findings confirm that the combined effect of diverse rating management mechanisms creates a conducive environment for the advancement of regional energy systems and the enhancement of their operational efficiency.

    Abstract:
    The study presents a conceptual-terminological analysis of the problem and category of self-realization. It reveals the methodological assumptions and key theoretical approaches to the development of self-realization issues that prevail in Western and Russian traditions of scientific reflection on phenomenology and becoming of personality. Drawing on fundamental research, the author provides a comparative presentation of the key terms that comprise the categorical field of self-realization (self-actualization, self-fulfillment, self-expression, self-affirmation, self-development). The analysis identifies two methodological poles that form a continuum of approaches and theories of self-realization: ego-centric and culture-centric. The first pole consists of theories that reduce self-realization to an immanent property of the self. The second pole consists of concepts that view self-realization as a derivative of the socio-cultural experience of productive life. The study concludes that the bipolar configuration of the conceptual space of the problem of self-realization is relevant, as it encompasses most leading approaches and theories of heuristic understanding of this problem in its holistic ontology and phenomenology.

The system of pre-professional training is considered as an orderly, purposeful, long-term process of upbringing, education, musical and personal development of school-age children, which assumes a certain system of quality monitoring and control.     В статье рассматривается проблема формирования сложных пространственных представлений (проекций и схем) у детей старшего дошкольного возраста в контексте игровой деятельности. Обосновывается тезис о том, что игра создает естественную и мотивированную ситуацию для усвоения пространственных отношений, выходящих за рамки топологических («в», «на», «под»). В центре внимания – возможности сюжетно-ролевых, конструктивных и дидактических игр для развития умения мысленно менять точку отсчета (проекции) и создавать обобщенные модели пространственного расположения объектов (схемы). Представлены результаты педагогического наблюдения, демонстрирующие динамику от манипулирования объектами к оперированию их пространственными образами и условными обозначениями. Делается вывод о необходимости целенаправленного проектирования игровых ситуаций, требующих от ребенка применения и вербализации пространственных позиций и отношений.

Рассматриваются ключевые преимущества интеграции ИИ: глубокая персонализация обучения, развитие метакогнитивных навыков и поддержка сложных компетенций XXI века. Параллельно исследуются серьёзные риски: угроза атрофии базовых когнитивных функций, формирование интеллектуальной зависимости, эрозия академической честности и стандартизация мышления. Делается вывод, что реализация позитивного потенциала ИИ возможна только при условии его педагогически обоснованного применения в качестве интеллектуального партнёра, а не средства для пассивного потребления готовых решений.

    Предложенная в статье структурно‑функциональная модель – это гибкая система взаимосвязанных блоков, нацеленная на формирование комплекса профессионально и личностно значимых качеств в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС. Ключевое её преимущество – адаптивность: модель не имеет жёстко закреплённой структуры и способна динамично трансформироваться под влиянием меняющихся внешних и внутренних условий. Таким образом, обеспечивается её актуальность и соответствие современным запросам профессиональной подготовки.
