    Abstract:
    The article deals with the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of the family institution, which ensures the continuity of generations, natural repro-duction and harmonious transformation of social experience, historical and cultural traditions in modern conditions. The author emphasizes the special role of constitutional guarantees of support for family values with their determining influence on the formation of a fully developed humanistic personality, harmonious spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical development of the child. The article defines the special significance of the constitutional norms established as a result of changes approved at the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020 on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation for strengthening the institution of marriage and family relations and raising the status of the family as the basis of society. The author comes to the conclusion that the Constitution as the fundamental law of the state establishes the basic traditional values of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, support and protection of which is essential to the preservation and re-production of the multinational people of Russia, a continuous change of genera-tions and the harmonious development of the whole society and the state.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the problem of the formation of the moral and ethical foundations of modern Russian society. It is shown that family values, which are components of a person's moral foundations, determine the formation of his conscious citizenship. In its turn, it ensures the development of an active civil position, responsibility, patriotism, that, according to the author's model, are included in the components of the structure of a person's civil identity. It is the formed civil identity of the individual that is capable of developing the inner potential of a person, aiming it at achieving socially significant results, but also strengthening the basis of statehood, making our country prosperous.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to identifying the role of the «Dictionary of the Chuvash language» by N.I. Ashmarin in revealing the mental foundations of modern Chuvash and in determining the sociocultural and psychological type of character of the Chuvash. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that during the period of globalization and universalization of cultures, the return to the original values of the nation, the search for individual-folk traits of a person's character in his worldview and lifestyle, which is most clearly recorded in his language, is of great importance. The human language retains a large amount of information that contributes to its spiritual, scientific, technical and industrial development. Therefore, the analysis of vocabulary also contributes to the study of the history of the development of man, people, nation, humanity. The purpose of the research is to study the socio-historical, cultural and ethical information enshrined in the vocabulary of the people and recorded in this dictionary. The principles of methodology, that reflect elements of conceptology, hermeneutics and general philology are used in the study. It is concluded that the Chuvash language (more broadly, the Chuvash culture) is an integral part of the ancient Turkic world, therefore research in this direction expands the framework of understanding the philosophy, history, theology and everyday life of the Chuvash people.

Культурные антропологи утверждают, что традиционные культуры формируются из различных уровней институциональной культуры, концептуальной культуры, артефактной культуры и народной культуры. Общечеловеческая культура – это наилучшие образцы, формы научной, художественно-поэтической, производственной деятельности, мировосприятия жизни и действительности и единые способы-мироощущения, выработанные разными поколениями, народами, на основе которых человечество строит сейчас одну единую цивилизацию. Подобные образцы культуры и в данный момент являются ориентирами, идеалами в процессе построения единой цивилизации.

    Автором подчеркивается, что в современных условиях глобализации и трансформации ценностей актуальной проблемой является организация приобщения обучающихся с ОВЗ к ценностям отечественной культуры. На основе анализа нормативно-правовой базы, современных представлений о воспитании автор раскрывает различные аспекты создания образовательной организацией программы духовно-нравственного развития, воспитания обучающихся, делая акцент на ее содержательные моменты. Делается вывод о том, что эта программа является обязательной частью адаптированной основной общеобразовательной программы и задает вектор организации воспитания в неразрывном единстве урочной, внеурочной и внешкольной деятельности.

    В статье исследованы основные понятия экономической теории – производительность, эффективность, интенсивность труда; обоснована цель политики, направленной на повышение производительности труда, и пути повышения эффективности экономической системы; приведены фактологические примеры достижений в области труда в некоторых странах и в СССР; представлен обзор мировых достижений в области труда и их корреляция с научными постулатами; даны межстрановые сравнения по производительности и занятости работников; рассмотрены два основных фактора повышения производительности труда – мотивационная составляющая и квалификационный уровень; сделано предварительное заключение о том, что состояние теории производительности труда с определенной долей условности можно назвать кризисным.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of studying the Russian language as a mother tongue for the formation of national identity, spiritual and moral values, and communication and speech skills in younger schoolchildren is reviewed in the article. The purpose of the article is to identify ways to overcome the problems of a substantive and methodical nature in teaching of the new subject “Native Russian Language” by primary school teachers. Methods. Methods of analyzing the content of the basic course of the Russian language, a generalization of pedagogical practice and research activities of the Primary Education Department of SBEI of SVE “Nizhny Novgorod Institute of the Education Development” on the problem of the formation of communication and speech skills in primary schoolchildren and the development of communicative competence of a teacher, allowed identifying priority tasks, substantive blocks, practice-oriented and regional orientation of the program of the subject. Results. As a result of the study, the feasibility of the national and cultural and regional nature of the content and effective technological methods are highlighted. It is concluded that taking into account the specifics of the program, correctly selected by teachers relevant and appropriate content of educational material that meet the needs of younger schoolchildren, as well as effective teaching methods and tasks, contributes to solving problems, awareness of the national identity of the Russian language, cultural traditions and spiritual values of their people by students, and preserving the linguistic diversity of our country.

    Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена повышением уровня конкуренции в сфере производства товаров и услуг, а также необходимостью формирования таких преимуществ организации, которые смогли бы сделать её наиболее конкурентоспособной среди ей подобных. Одними из таких преимуществ являются корпоративная культура и корпоративные ценности. Автором было проведено исследование существующей корпоративной культуры в организации и различных способов формирования корпоративных ценностей. В качестве основного метода сбора данных в исследовании было использовано анкетирование. В ходе исследования была выявлена проблема: в связи с низким уровнем корпоративного духа большая часть сотрудников недостаточно удовлетворены условиями трудового процесса, а как следствие, не имеют желания и стремления к развитию.

    The article reveals some features of the innovative specialization «Ethnophonics». The purpose of the article is to actualize its significance for education and culture in Belarus. Based on the methods of generalizing pedagogical experience, the scientific and methodological activity of the Department of Ethnology and Folklore of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in teaching students authentic folklore was studied and generalized. The research results revealed the actual content of students' professional training and determined the priority pedagogical task – the development of the spiritual values of traditional culture. Conclusion: it is necessary to teach students authentic sound through the disclosure of the semantics of traditional rites and their practical reconstruction.

    Нравственное воспитание является частью целостного процесса развития личности, протекающего под влиянием трех основных факторов: наследственности, среды и воспитания. Создаваемая модель выпускника ЧГИФКиС содержит информацию не только о современной объективно необходимой деятельности, но и о той ее форме, которая понадобится по прошествии времени, ибо деятельность изменяется, развивается. Поэтому в процессе подготовки специалистов заложено некоторое опережение, ориентированное на перспективу. В модели специалиста выделяются две главные составляющие: профессиональная и личностная. Формирование вышеназванных компетенций целостной личности – личности специалиста – возможно при условии освоения идеи «обучения через всю жизнь».
