Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the problem of expressive speech of young learners. The paper deals with the problems of speech development of children, the characteristics of their age characteristics. The concept of «phonetic competition» is regarded in the light of communicative, activity, cognitive, creative and reflexive approaches for learning foreign languages.
