    Abstract:
    The relationship between the fundamentality and professional orientation of cadets of military university of simplification logical functions is shown, which consist in finding dead-end, and then minimal forms of it. A convenient minimization method to simplify the search for gluing terms is the use of Veitch diagrams. The question of dual functions and the completeness and closeness of the system of logical functions is discussed.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования мотивов студентов классического университета к подготовке и участию в программе ВФСК ГТО. С целью повышения эффективности работы по вовлечению студентов в данную программу объективно необходимо изучить наличие, характер и устойчивость их мотивов к подготовке и выполнению нормативов комплекса ГТО. Установлено, что девушки-студентки менее ориентированы на выполнение нормативных требований ГТО, чем юноши; более мотивированы студенты, регулярно занимающиеся или ранее занимавшиеся спортом, фитнесом или другими физкультурно-оздоровительными видами физических упражнений.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the mechanism of implementation of the concept of sustainable development of rural areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author characterizes the concept of sustainable development of rural areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, meaning their stability, socio-economic development, growth and increase in the volume of production of the agricultural industry, as well as the achievement of full employment of the rural population, and as a result, the growth of their standard of living. As a mechanism for improving the efficiency of rural areas, the author suggests considering labor resources, their employment, which is based on the population. The development of rural areas is described in stages, starting in 1991. In conclusion, the author notes that the solution to the problems of rural development is directly dependent on the effectiveness of the state policy in the field of agriculture. Therefore, today the government's attention is focused on the development of the future of the Kazakh village, the strategy of social policy and the development of infrastructure in rural areas. As the main target indicators of rural development in Kazakhstan, the author suggests improving the living conditions of the rural population in 2021 to 64% compared to the indicators of 2018–58%; improving the quality of living for 80% of the rural population in settlements that would meet modern standards of quality of life by 2030, increasing the volume of agricultural products by 2.5 times compared to the same indicators in 2017.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of Plato's works «On the State» and «Laws», as a result of which it becomes clear what an ideal state from a political and legal point of view was for the thinker. Such aspects of his teachings as the form of an ideal state, the political and legal system, the social structure of society, the cultural and religious aspects of his organization, the personality in an ideal state are considered. The authors conclude that the works of the Greek philosopher have remained relevant to the present, since the main ideas formulated by Plato later adopted, developed and finalized many scientists, thinkers, writers of different historical eras. The question of the best social, political and legal order has remained open throughout human history, and the answer remains to be found. It is thanks to great thinkers, philosophers of the past that scientists can talk and argue today about the concept of the right state, laws, justice, politics, etc. It is emphasized that Plato's writings contain many provisions ready for acceptance by Russian law, in particular, the thinker formulated the modern principle of inviolability and general obligation of the law as a condition of harmony in society.

    In the article examines the consolidation of the right to work at the constitutional level in the Russian Federation in the historical and legal aspect. The author came to the conclusion that the constitutionalization of the right to work, despite the presence of factory legislation in the Russian Empire, can only be discussed from the moment it was fixed in the Basic Law, which in our national history happened only in 1936 for the USSR and in 1937 for RSFSR. At the same time, the appearance in 1918 of the obligation to work, then reproduced in the subsequent union and republican constitutions in the 1920s, is not an element of the constitution of the right to work.
